  1. @tosterhouse, Replacing the PLM require restoring the PLM. Restoring a backup after you have restored a PLM requires another restoring of the PLM. In short, there is a one-to-one mapping between a PLM, ISY configuration for devices, and INSTEON devices. You cannot just replace one and hope that everything will work. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello everyone, This is a Java regression bug that's fixed in Java 1.8v92. As @MWareman suggested, if you know your ISY's IP address then http://ip address/admin.jnlp does NOT require Internet Connection and is always at the latest UI. On Windows, you can simply go to http://isy/admin.jnlp (doesn't require the IP address). With kind regards, Michel
  3. @BigRic, Please send your error log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi @johnmalachowsky, Please upgrade to 5.0.13D. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi @beninsteon, It's quite possible. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from Google. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi @jwagner010, All Z-Wave thermostats push state changes to ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @MWareman, Because each feed requires different API and code inside ISY. Polyglot will do the same without impact to ISY codebase. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @smokegrub, Please send to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @smokegrub, Can you tell me what is installed on your ISY? i.e. node servers, Z-Wave, etc.? You can also send me your Tools | Error Log. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @rccoleman, everything is related to: Mon 2018/09/03 10:03:54 PM System -170001 UDQ: Queue(s) Full, message ignored Mon 2018/09/03 10:04:04 PM System -170001 UDQ: Queue(s) Full, message ignored Mon 2018/09/03 10:04:14 PM System -170001 UDQ: Queue(s) Full, message ignored It seems that ISY is just way too busy. The error 6 is for PSub (Portal subscription) and not the actual portal connection. I wouldn't worry about it The main question is: what has happened to your system such that you have all these queue full errors? @smokegrub, have you also looked at your error log? With kind regards, Michel
  11. @apostolakisl, As a corporation, we had to purchase a business license. As an individual, you can get your own license. Just like the apps you can download on their website. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @apostolakisl, Yes, that's correct: a node not a module. Apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @rccoleman, Two questions: 1. What does Echo history show? Did she hear/interpret the command properly? 2. Do you have any errors in the error log? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi @apostolakisl, ELK should also become a module. The main question is time/resources. For Weather, we are paying $$$$ monthly fees that we cannot recoup. And, therefore, that's our first priority. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi @apostolakisl, Please send a list to support@universal-devices.com with their corresponding new names. As long as the account has your email address as the admin, we can change them for you. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi @apostolakisl, That's precisely the reason for node servers. The properties and commands have meaningful units associated with them and then you can use .raw for the value without units. With regards to the climate module, I am a little ambivalent mostly because the same underlying structure is used for programs and everything else. So, it'll be too intrusive to have separate paths for units vs. no units. This said, we are very much hoping to move the Weather Module to a node server. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi @smokegrub, The main question is: what did Alexa hear? Have you checked the history? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi @larryllix, Please send your error log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @starmanj, Will definitely look into it. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi apostolakisl, Thank you. Can you please send your error log to support@Universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel

  22. Hi Marc, If you're interested in developing the interface using Polyglot, please let me know. With kind regards, Michel
  23. apostolakisl, Usually, there are two error messages one of which is DHCP. Do you get two? With kind regards, Michel
  24. @gviliunas, Thank you. I think they are related. Looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi @gviliunas, Thank you. I missed a step. When you do Synchronize All, you will see some non functional nodes (these have not been excluded). Right Mouse click/Z Wave/Remove failed Z Wave device. With kind regards, Michel
