  1. @larryllix, Thank you. I created a section for it: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Talk:Main_Page. You will need an account on the Wiki in order to comments. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @larryllix, What is "Talk" page? With kind regards, Michel
  3. @apostolakisl, This is wonderful. I sincerely apologize for not fixing UD Mobile app. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Bruce, If you are a tinkerer, then probably you don't need either. Or, you could even use Home Assistant or even develop your own. Unlike all other options (except for the one you develop on your own), ISY is a commercial product and UDI fully supports it. With regards to the second question, yes, you can add Z-Wave later. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @danncas, Do you still have this problem? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello @dwengrovitz, Unfortunately this is completely out of our realm. Would you please contact SmartHome? This is actually one of the bugs we submitted to them: temperature is inaccurate depending on a couple of factors. With kind regards,
  7. dwengrovitz, Did you click on the Calibrate button? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi @asbril, No, thanks so much. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi @asbril, Thanks so very much! Can you please send your backup and error log to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regard, Michel
  10. Hi asbril, Does the node actually disappear from the AC? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi apostolakisl, Thank you. I have sifted through the log and the only anomaly is the bombardment by CAI. I do think that 5.0.10B might fix this issue. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi apostolakisl, Not yet. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @asbril, Are those devices that don't communicate battery devices? With kind regards, Michel
  14. @gdingus, I am so very sorry to hear. Have you tried positioning ISY vertically with LEDs facing down? If the Z-Wave heal completes and if you still have problems, then it seems that the routes are not recreated properly. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi @smokegrub, I have asked @bmercier to chime in. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @apostolakisl, can you please let me know what node servers you are running and the size of your log (especially the error log)? Or, better yet, can you please send your error log and log to support@unviersal-devices.com? Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  17. @drprm1, Ok, thank you. Please keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @drprm1, Please check your junk mail. Also, why would you have time outs for sending emails? The bottom line is that it seems that you might have a program running in an infinite loop. If you can login, check your programs. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @asbril, Yes, you can turn query on restart back on . With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Teken, Haven't heard back. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi smokegrub, Something like this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration_V3#Instructions_for_using_Multiple_ISYs_with_one_Echo_Accout With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Jim, Let me try again: ISY Query != Program.QueryAll ISY Query (right mouse click on node | Query), queries EVERYTHING including properties. Program.QueryAll only queries the status (ST) and NO properties. So, if you do not have Query at boot up enabled, all you get is ST and NO properties (on level). With kind regards, Michel
  23. Nooooo. Query all program only queries status of devices. It does NOT query properties such as on level. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Jim, Correct. Query All only queries status. You need to manually query the device. And it should be enabled at Startup. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Jimbo, 3AM query only queries the status. What are you querying? With kind regards, Michel
