  1. apostolakisl, That's not normal. Is it possible that your phone has this app under power saving mode? With kind regards, Michel
  2. @Jimbo This is why we resisted this concept in general and types in particular. I think it's best to use nodes and attach the hints to specific nodes. Otherwise, we will be regurgitating the same nonsense as other protocols. And NEVER use bitmaps. It just defeats the purpose. Hints should be used as hints and nothing else. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi zg825, You probably need more range extenders. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello everyone, Thanks so much for all the testing and feedback. Extremely helpful especially those related to security. To answer some of your questions: 1. After everything is OK, you can check query at restart 2. Yes secure material are restored. This said we will verify again There are a couple of new things in the 500 series. One of them is signal to noise ratio below which the dongle starts having communication problems. This is something we can check. So, based on all the feedback, it seems the issues are mostly related to secure devices. Thanks again and we shall keep you posted with whatever we find. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi all, For those who haven't installed yet, please do not do a Network Heal initially. Please test everything as is and do a Network Heal if and only if necessary. We are testing a few scenarios here. Michel
  6. Hi @blueman2, before doing a heal, can you please try Z-Wave | Tools | Synchronize Nodes | All? If that does not help, please try Z-Wave | Advanced | Factory Reset and then retry another Restore. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi @blueman2, What if you just restore your Z-Wave backup and do NOT do a heal at all. How's performance without the heal? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello everyone, Thanks so very much for the interest. Here are the instructions again: You must be running 5.0.13 You must backup your Z-Wave dongle (Z-Wave | Tools | Backup) … this is going to take a LONG time so, if you decide to go for this beta, it's best to backup now Disable query at restart Replace the dongle Restore your Z-Wave dongle by doing Z-Wave | Tools | Restore … this is going to be pretty fast Test communications, backup, and range (should be a little better) If communications are not good, try a Network Heal With kind regards, Michel

  22. Hi MauiLights, I am so sorry to hear. With ISY Portal, you need to create Occupancy nodes (not variables as is the case with MobiLinc). For instance, you can have a node called Home and another Office. Here are the instructions for configuring them: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Node_Server_Occupancy_V2_%26_UDI_Mobile_app_Instructions For iPad/iPad, you need Locative. All you need to do is to insert the In/Out URLs to Locative. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @Teken, thank you! The opportunity is always there!!!! ? @smokegrub, thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello @johnstonf, I have absolutely no clue! Editing posts is even more of NO NO NO for us than deleting spammer's posts. And, unfortunately I cannot find a log for activities. In any case, THANK YOU for all your support and I am so very sorry for the trouble. One question: are you certain no one else has access to your credentials? With kind regard, Michel
  25. Hello @johnstonf, I am so sorry but not sure which link you are referring to. We do NOT ever delete any posts with the exception of spammers. And you are not one. With kind regards, Michel
