Jimbo, The filename is the hex value of the INSTEON address. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi drmacro, There was a bug in 5.0.12 where the websocket connection ignored authentication header. 5.0.13 fixed it. Please make sure you send the correct authorization header. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Broyd, Thanks so very much for the feedback. We'll definitely look into it. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Broyd, Hoping to use USPS but I have yet to find anything lower than $6.00. Will try stamp.com. Hi giomania, Yes. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Broyd, Excellent questions and one which I should have addressed: in the unlikely event that we have to change the hardware, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Otherwise, everything else is field upgradeable. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello everyone, We need a max of 100 very eager volunteers who don't mind spending some time testing our newest 500 series Z-Wave dongle. Just to let you know what's involved: You must be running 5.0.13 You must backup your Z-Wave dongle (Z-Wave | Tools | Backup) … this is going to take a LONG time so, if you decide to go for this beta, it's best to backup now Disable query at restart Replace the dongle Restore your Z-Wave dongle by doing Z-Wave | Tools | Restore … this is going to be pretty fast Test communications, Heal the network, backup, and range (should be a little better) Retail price for this dongle will be $39.94. For the beta, you can get the dongle for $19.94 + shipping. Delivery within a week. Due to exorbitant administrative tasks involving shipments to other countries, for now, this is just for our U.S. volunteers only. Rest assured that we will make it available to everyone as soon as we are done with this phase. If you are interested, please send an email: To: sales@universal-devices.com Subject: Z-Wave 500 Series Beta Body: Your address Thanks in advance. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi MauiLights, I am so sorry to hear. With ISY Portal, you need to create Occupancy nodes (not variables as is the case with MobiLinc). For instance, you can have a node called Home and another Office. Here are the instructions for configuring them: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Node_Server_Occupancy_V2_%26_UDI_Mobile_app_Instructions For iPad/iPad, you need Locative. All you need to do is to insert the In/Out URLs to Locative. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @Teken, thank you! The opportunity is always there!!!! ? @smokegrub, thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello @johnstonf, I have absolutely no clue! Editing posts is even more of NO NO NO for us than deleting spammer's posts. And, unfortunately I cannot find a log for activities. In any case, THANK YOU for all your support and I am so very sorry for the trouble. One question: are you certain no one else has access to your credentials? With kind regard, Michel
  12. Hello @johnstonf, I am so sorry but not sure which link you are referring to. We do NOT ever delete any posts with the exception of spammers. And you are not one. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi nwchicago, You can still use Locative. This said, we do have a partner in Brazil who's working on one. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello all, thanks SO very much for the feedback and enthusiasm! @larryllix, We already do offer a 30 day trial with no CC/payment requirement whatsoever. All you need to do is to go to https://my.isy.io and setup an account. It's rather simple. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi raderu, Please submit a ticket. In the meantime, you might want to try clearing your Java cache and retry: With kind regards, Michel
  16. Thank you all for the feedback. We took many factors into consideration before coming up with the price the three most important of which were: 1. We still believe in local processing and don't want to move everything to the cloud 2. There are toyish competitors that offer Alexa/Google Home for free. Unfortunately for us (and fortunately for all our respective customers), we need to compete with them at some level 3. We still need to pay for infrastructure Thanks again. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi GreyFox, Thank you. Definitely signal/noise … the green 1011 icon means that there are still pending updates that have to be written into the device. This has nothing to do with turning the device on/off. In addition, although some of your scenes are working, it does not mean that everything else is working. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi GreyFox, What's your firmware version? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Zach, I think you are using the wrong URL. Please try https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp . This is new and will figure out which version of UI to load for you. If that does not work: Are you certain your ISY is on the same network as your computer? When you reboot ISY, do you see this pattern on the front? If you are still having issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi GreyFox, Right mouse click | Write updates to device. If that fails, it's signal/noise related. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @jgcharlotte, Please send your error log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @jgcharlotte, You only have two choices: connect via serial and change your settings. Or factory reset and restore a backup. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello all, We have provided feedback to Google. They are looking into these issues. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi @jgcharlotte, NO, it's not a gigabit port. It's a USB Serial port. It has nothing to do with PLM. You can have everything hooked up while having ISY connected to your computer via USB. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi @jgcharlotte, Do you have a miniUSB to USB cable? If so, you can connect the Monitor port on the back of ISY to your computer and then use something like putty (115200, 8, 1, None) to connect to ISY's shell. There, you can reset to DHCP using the command CT. With kind regards, Michel
