  1. Hi Tom, Please send an email to support@universal-devices.com and we'll help you through it. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @brandwidth, Those are memory segments for notifications (email). I suspect you have many text/emails being sent out. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @brandwidth, Let me take a look and get back to you. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi @TomL, Please send your UUID and node server logs to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @brandwidth, Where do you see that error? Can you please send a screenshot to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  6. @502ss As mentioned on the ticket, when you format the SD Card, YOU MUST reinstall the firmware. Never heard back from you. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @sanders2222, The first thing you should do is to check the error log. Here are the list of all SMTP error codes: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages#SMTP_Errors You might want to also increase the timeout to 10000. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi @Graybeard Geek, Your security settings are incorrect. 2nd bullet here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#ISY_Cannot_Communicate_with_ISY_Portal With kind regards, Michel
  9. @502ss, Jim, not sure what you mean you have not had much progress with the ticket. What's the ticket #? In all likelihood, your SD Card is defective. You need to install a new SD Card, reinstall the firmware then restore your backup. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @Jimbo, This looks great! With kind regards, Michel
  11. @Techman, The interface is the same interface as the one for Polyglot (https://polyglot.universal-devices.com). We do plan to have a migration tool once we are ready to move ISY to Polisy. This said, it's not trivial since ISY994 is Big Endian and Polisy is Little Endian. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @pdxcav, Unfortunately ISY994 does not have enough resources to maintain two persistent / HTTPS connections. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi @mapeter, Polisy has USB ports so anything is possible (short answer). Long answer, currently our plan is to support Zigbee (or anything else) through node servers. Just need developers to take on this task. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @dwakeham, Use folders and attach the condition of the occupancy sensor to the folders. This way, the programs in the folders will run IF AND ONLY IF the condition on the folder is true. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @ronbo, Thanks so very much for the update. This must be new since EZIO always worked without any modifications. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @rlanza1054, What's the model number on the bottom of your ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  17. @ronbo, Please unlink and then link again. If the problem persists, make sure you get status feedback from other devices. If you don't, restore your PLM. If you do, please contact SimpleHomeNet tech support. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @giesen, The actual and finalized dimensions are Dimensions 168 mm wide x 157 mm deep x 30 mm high. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @Blackbird, Thank you for the clarification but I didn't misunderstand you. The discount is for a "limited time" and ends on July 5. So, if the discount was a justification for lack of full potential, then it would have lasted till October or even later. Again, the discounts are just to say thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @Blackbird, No! For over 13 years, we have provided FREE firmware updates and for the past 8 years, on one product: ISY994. So, we are thanking those who believe in us with a discount. And, we are thanking developers with even more discounts. And, we are thanking those who have already developed Polys with a free unit. So, it's about thanking our community rather than justifying ourselves. We have already justified our existence, ethics, and integrity many times over. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @giesen, Dimensions are correct but you have to consider the accessories such as antennas (for WiFi and Bluetooh) and USB sticks. Also, you might want to use GPIO pins at some point. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @Blackbird, Thank you and, again, I do apologize. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @Blackbird, I do apologize. But why $400? Did you buy two? All the links and screenshots are here: https://www.universal-devices.com/introducing-polisy . With kind regards, Michel
  24. @blueman2, not much except for reverse proxy. @giesen, yes of course it will be available but, just like Z-Wave, it'll be higher in price @Blackbird, not really sure what screenshots you are looking for as, initially, the screenshot is that of Polyglot which YOU ALREADY HAVE SEEN. If you have not, install Polyglot on RPi and play with it as much as you wish With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi All, Thanks so very much for the lively discussion. Just a few points: 1. Market/App store is in the works. Trying to tie Polys to users, to Polisy, to developers, and back to our store. Currently designing SSO between these components 2. WiFi/Bluetooth, obviously you can purchase a USB stick yourself. The major difference is that we have tested what we are selling. It'll be very hard to support 10s of things out there and make them reliable. So, it's best to stick with what comes with Polisy With kind regards, Michel
