Are there instructions somewhere for setting up Geofencing on UD Mobile? I'm on Android, so maybe this isn't possible.

Before trying anything else, I decided to reboot my router to see if that would help. It SEEMS as though it has. I've been watching PG3 for more than a few minutes and haven't seen the red banner with the disconnect message. Fingers crossed. I would be happy to run a log if you still want to see it.

Okay, I hit "Restart Polyglot 3" and gave it plenty of time and then logged in. Still the same. Log attached. pg3_2-26-2023_93207-AM.zip

I'm on a Polisy. I pushed the button in the Admin Console for "Upgrade Packages". Now I can't get a stable PG3. It keeps cycling between "Connected" and "Not connected to server...Try refreshing the page. This will disappear once the connection is re-established." in a red banner. The cycle feels like 30-45 seconds or so. PG3 Version 3.1.18 Frontend Version 3.1.18 ISY Version 5.5.7 UI 5.5.7 No amount of rebooting ISY and/or PG3 makes any difference. I've allowed plenty of time after reboots before logging into ISY and PG3. I've tried unplugging the Polisy and waiting awhile before plugging back in, but get the same result.

Sounds a little encouraging. I have no idea how this stuff works, so I'm just throwing this out there without knowing what I'm talking about... Home Assistant has an Integration for Pentair ScreeLogic, so someone there has cracked it. Would it be possible to look at that project and figure out what you need to know?

I've tried to poke the node server geniuses in this direction several times, but I'm told there just isn't enough interest, so I gave up.

Can't help but wonder if there might be some better icons to use other than arrows. @Jimbo.Automates

I believe so, but I'm not an Apple guy, so I can't really comment.

Just another data point for you... It's pretty simple to run Home Assistant on a virtual machine (I use VirtualBox) if you already have a PC running 24/7 or a spare laying around. You don't have to buy a RPi or Yellow.

Pretty sure this is not possible. Only Activity information can be accessed on the Harmony Hub, not button presses. This was always a shortcoming that us enthusiasts wanted to see. Harmony has never allowed Home Control actions to be attached to a button or sequence, only starting and stopping Activities. I used to see this subject come up all the time on various forums and there was never a solution and Harmony never changed their software to allow it.

I very much appreciate both comments offering alternatives to my concern. Reality is, I am aware of and have dabbled or used both in the past. Both are indeed solutions and there is no down side to either EXEPT for the straying from the Polyglot ecosystem for my integrations. In a perfect world it would be great if all my integrations fit neatly into the PG3 ecosystem. Speaking specifically to the Network Resources solution, I actually used to have it all set up that way. But when the (unofficial) Autelis Node Server was made available in PG2, I switched everything over to it.

I sure hope not, I'll be screwed. No one has converted the PG2 Autelis/Pentair Node Server to PG3. Nor is there is a Pentair Node Server.

I love the concept of the mini remotes, but I am so disappointed that they are not styled exactly like the switches and keypads.

Wow, Micro Modules. I didn't expect to see those anytime soon. Of course, On/Off modules are not yet in stock, which is the one I need. At least I don't live in Canada. Sounds awful.

I deleted (maybe naively) that program years ago on my system. Never missed it. Just sayin'.

@JimboAutomates I'm a little confused with the README Manual instructions. The first part says to delete the NS on PG2 and install PG3 in the same slot. But then the instructions say to copy the configuration from PG2 to PG3. How can the configuration be copied from PG2 if the PG2 NS has been deleted? I would love a no-muss no-fuss way get my Hue Emulator from PG2 to PG3. I can't use the Backup and Restore method.

I've always had to use the Add button and manually enter the URL. Might try that.

I've been following this with interest. There are many references to deleting an individual PG2 Node Sever and I'm wondering what is the preferred method for doing this? There is a Delete function in both PG2 and in the AC. Which one do I use? Does it matter? Maybe they both function the same?

Yup. I use one to turn on either my bedroom fan or fireplace, depending on the season, with the same button on my Harmony. So pressing the button on my Harmony actually turns on or off the Virtual switch. Then a program is triggered by the Virtual switch. The program determines whether to turn on the fan or fireplace. In this case, my off program just turns them both off. I know the Virtual switch Node Server really branched off into something involving temperature or whatever, but it started as just a binary switch, and that's all I've used it for. So, triggering a program is it's real use for me.

The original iterations of Virtual used variables. However, this changed. A Virtual switch is no longer tied to a Variable. Just turn on/off the switch itself.

@bpwwer Moving this from PG2 to PG3. What is the best course? Delete from PG2 and install in PG3 in same slot?

I run Home Assistant on a Win10 VirtualBox VM. Pretty easy-peezy. No RPI needed.
