2487S LED Brightness
I found a 2487S v44 in my stash, and sure enough, everything the OP @mango ran into I was able to replicate. After a factory reset it is much brighter than is achievable using the ISY. Seems the only way OP can solve this is to replace the v44 with a v45.

2487S LED Brightness
This doesn't bother me nearly as much as the decision to make the multi-button mini remote look different than the keypad. I know they couldn't make it exactly interchangeable, but they didn't even try to simulate the look. To the OP @mango , I find this all very curious. I think I will go through my stash of older Insteon and see if I have the version keypad that is being problematic for you.

2487S LED Brightness
As @MrBill noted, there is a bug in the ISY UI when trying to adjust the LED brightness. It will give you the impression that it has updated to the setting you want, when in fact, it has not. This is why I suggested using a program instead. You haven't indicated that you've tried this method.

2487S LED Brightness
I may not fully understand your issue, or what you have tried, but it sounds like you are trying to do this by pushing buttons on the keypad? I adjust mine with ISY programs. You might want to look into this method. At a minimum, write a program (no condition, just THEN statements) that sets the LEDs how you want them, but keep the program disabled and just run it manually. Set Light Switch LEDs - [ID 002C][Parent 005C][Not Enabled] If - No Conditions - (To add one, press 'Schedule' or 'Condition') Then Set 'Master Bedroom / Master Bedroom Bed Light @KP' Backlight On 15 / Off 1 Set 'Family Room / Family Room Light' Backlight 20% Set 'Master Bedroom / Master Bathroom Tub Light' Backlight 20% Set 'Master Bedroom / Master Bedroom Bed Light' Backlight 20% Set 'Master Bedroom / Master Bedroom Foyer Light' Backlight 20% Set 'Outdoor / Patio Lights' Backlight 20% Set 'Outdoor / Patio Lights @Master Bedroom' Backlight 20% Set 'Sitting Room / Sitting Room Light' Backlight 20%

New Pool Equipment want to integrate into ISY or POLISY.
I have a Pentair Intellitouch that I like fine. My integration with ISY would be difficult/impossible to duplicate as I use an Autelis to bridge between the Intellitouch and ISY. The Autelis has been unobtainable for quite some time now. I actually think I got one of the last ones as I had to wait for him to make some more. The Autelis is controllable through Network Resources. There is also a Polyglot Nodeserver for the Autelis, but it has yet to make it to the Polyglot store. The Nodeserver does not control lights, but they can be controlled through Network Resources. Having said all this, Home Assistant recently added an Integration for Pentair that talks to the Pentair ScreenLogic Interface directly. No Autelis required. I don't believe it yet has light controls either.

Don't want to open this can of worms but curious about the ISY part of the PolIsy
If these people exist, why don't they get anything done? Rhetorical question.

'Options' to turn off the dimmer switch LED, but can you do it in programming?
Keypads can be turned completely off, but the LEDs on the regular switches don't completely turn off even if set to zero. They will be very very dim, but your darkness adjusted eyes will be able to see them.

Wiring in a Micro Dimmer (2442-222)
Posts like this always make me nervous. I know we all have to learn somehow, but this is one of those things that, if you have to ask the question, you shouldn't be doing this yourself. Just my 2 cents.

Best (simple) wired window shades setup
@jfai Very helpful. Thank you. At this point I'm very much leaning toward the 24V motors. My only problem with this scenario is that I have to commit to wired from the start, I can't convert from battery at a later time. I may have to do some surface run wires until I can get them in the wall. I've never really considered going with RS485. Honestly, I have no concept of how this would work as i haven't researched it. I DO know how RTS works and integrates, so that's what I'm planning. I just hope I am right in my assumption that the combination of 24V wired and RTS is readily available. Otherwise I will have to go back to 12V.

Best (simple) wired window shades setup
Do you make this comment because the 24V motors would need heavier gauge wire? Or because the 24V motors are also RS485 and need 3 additional wires? Somfy is a pretty large learning curve and I'm still learning.

Ugh. Are you saying that Somfy has different motors for battery vs hardwired? I was planning on buying battery packs to get them installed quickly and then later figure out how to run wire to them. I assumed it would just be a matter of removing the battery wand and plugging in a wired source. Now doing some research, I see that the battery packs are 12V and the wired motors are 24V. To me, nothing is easy with figuring this all out.

I think our nervousness is justified.

Don't want to open this can of worms but curious about the ISY part of the PolIsy
And if I'm honest, I'm feeling rather duped for buying a Polisy. Had I known there was any question whatsoever about it supporting Insteon, I never would have been an early adopter. As it is, I've had the Polisy for over 8 months waiting for the changeover. I had Polyglot happily running on a VM, but I was excited about the prospect of everything in one box (some day) and I wanted to support UD, so I purchased the Polisy. Now, as I already said, I'm feeling a bit duped, but I will continue to wait, and now hope. In fairness to Michel, I will say, I didn't realize until this thread that there was no support from Smartlabs, and that the Insteon integration was reverse engineered. What a pain that has to be. Grateful to Michel and crew for all the work over the years.

Somfy and Bond work great
@jmwhite5 What kind of range are you getting from the Bond (to the Somfy blinds)? I might go this route. Just doing a little research, it seems z-wave is pretty popular for blinds. But I have no z-wave so I know I will be in a nightmare situation trying to get a z-wave blind to work.

@Michel Kohanim Of course, your company, your choice, but I really hope you continue supporting Insteon.

Node Server Configuration - HTTP error 400
I'm trying to set up Occupancy on ISY Portal. I can only get as far as Configure Connection and I get a window that only says "HTTP error 400".

how to integrate ISY994I with my setup? (Brilliant, ring, insteon)
No, it doesn't connect. But it sure seems like it should (layman's opinion), since the Home Assistant Emulated Hue connects easily.

No. Seems everyone is too busy to look into this for us.

"Else" portion of program
Since he referred to "default" he must be trying to use Adjust Scene, which probably is indeed not what he wants. I've always wondered what the use case is for Adjust Scene? If you want a group of lights to do different things, wouldn't/shouldn't you create multiple scenes instead of trying to "adjust" the one scene?

All Disabled Programs Suddenly Become Enabled
You don't need to (and probably don't want to) enable program B in order to run it. Just make a call to run it while still disabled.

Harmony Elite Button Press to ISY
Hue Emulator will do exactly this, but only for "Home Control" buttons on your remote. You didn't say what remote you have, but I know this will work for the Elite and newer Companion remotes. To map to the the rest of the buttons is entirely different problem. I've seen other home automation systems where someone has written a "Roku Emulator" that will do this, but I haven't really played with any of them. Someone would have to write a "Roku Emulator" nodeserver for ISY, but nobody has yet.
