Post a copy of the program, with all the relevant fields populated, that doesn't work 00D4 isn't a system node, it's a program ID You'll probably need to have the program set a variable Substitution Variables Substitution variables are available inside custom email definitions in the form ${<variable name>}. Substitutions can be manually made in the body, URL or header of Network Resources from version 4.3.26. If you included them in the URL then you cannot use the 'Encode URL' option In most cases, these variables use the ID of the element being referenced For example ${sys.node.11 22 AA 1.name} would use the name of the device node whose address is 11 22 AA 1 Instead of specifying a fixed address, the special character # may be used to reference the element in the event that caused the program to run. (Does not work in network resources) For example, if a status event for node 11 22 AA 1 caused a program to run, then ${sys.node.#.name} would use 11 22 AA 1 as the address.

Your eisy status window for the thermostat won't show any data until the thermostat sends the data, which usually happens when the temperature changes. Are your thermostats battery powered? Your screenshots are blurred so it's difficult see to them. I doubt that the zwave dongle has failed.

It sounds like you have poor comunications between the eisy and your devices. You should add a zwave repeater/amplifier midway between the eisy and your devices. Don't use S2 security which can reduce the device's range. Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Plus Range Extender ZAC38 - The Smartest House

The Polisy has a different firmware version than your ISY994. You need to clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the current version of the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
-
If you did a factory reset on the device(s) before uninstalling it the from the eisy then you should delete the device from your device tree before trying to add it to the eisy again. I would focus on one module at a time, once you get that working go onto the next one. Once you get everything working do a zwave backup If you install a device with S0 security you'll get better range than with S2. It seems that S2 security may be causing your problems. @greensha You have the Zwave/Matter module. In order to remove a zwave device from the eisy, you first have to put the device into the linking mode and then select "remove a device" from the Zwave menu. Also make sure you have the correct antenna connected to the Zwave module
-
@greensha Where do you see "zwave module 21100". The Zwave/Matter module doesn't have a version number. Is this the zwave module you're using? UD Store.url

What's your firmware and UI version? What Zwave controller are you using, Zwave/matter, or ?
-
I guess your only current option is to set the clock to 12 rather than 24 hours. You can also submit a support ticket and request a fix. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

Not knowing what type of remote setup you have on your compter, it's best to do it local
-
Did you try the default password for the admin console. You can also try clearing your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the admin console launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

Try setting your program to 22:00:00 instead of 10:00:00
-
@BRMeeke What do you mean by "I have bounced the ISY several times but no changes." If you did a factory reset then the password would revert to the default admin / admin
-
@m6bigdog Have you tried replacing the USB cable What is your UI version?
-
Have you tried editing your schedules using the admin console? Post one of the programs you're having issues with. It's possible that you have poor communication between your devices and your controller. What is your firmware and UI versions?

Her's the list of all the variables and their descriptions ISY-994i Series:EMail and Networking Substitution Variables - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki

@GSutherland Both your PG3x and your polisy/eisy firmware need updating, it could take up to 30 minutes What are your current UI and Firmware versions? I agree with @Guy Lavoie, you should run the update from the admin console

If the devices are placed in the scenes as controllers along with a specific keypad button, then manually turning on a device would also turn on the keypad button
-
You need to create a scene for each button and then place the devices in the scene that you want that keypad button to control. You would then have a program turn on or off the scene

After you install the extenders let me know if they solved your problem The zooz 800 serie extenders have a battery backup. If your eisy router and modem are on a ups you can set up notifications to alert you of power failures.

@steve-elves Are the Zwave devices you're having issues with 300, 500, or 700 series? Being that Michel has eliminated possible eisy issues, I would focus on marginal communications between the eisy and your devices. i.e. a zwave device that's noisy or the need for a repeater or two
-
I don't think the UPS's could be the problem as Zwave is an RF only platform. UPS's are known to create powerline noise which impacts Insteon devices but not Zwave. Have any RF devices been added to the home recently. Another possibility is that there's a defective Zwave device in the mesh network that's causing interference. You can also try adding a zwave repeater/amplifier to your system. Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Plus Range Extender ZAC38 - The Smartest House

There was a recent minor update For the eisy, you can verify your firmware versions at: eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt The current UDX version is 3.9.0_9 Current ISY version version is 5.9.1_18
