@dgwete Glad you're up and running. Are you able to view your config file. It shows the current UDX and the OS versions //eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt
-
@dgwete Check your connection between the eisy and your router. Try another ethernet cable if vyou have one. Is there any led activity on the eisy network socket?
-
@walkman9999 It appears that you have a lot of the older single band, powerline only, devices. If that's the case you could have noise on your powerline that's interferring with the Insteon signals

@walkman9999 When you replaced your PLM did you follow the attached procedure? Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf

In the admin console under help | about, what are your firmware and UI versions Can you see your eisy in your router? Try removing power from the eisy for about 15 seconds. If that doesn't correct the issue then you should probably submit a support ticket.

@dgwete If your using an eisy, copy this line into your browser //eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt

@dgwete When you run the attached url, what does it show for your UDX version View EISY config file.url

The Matter support is a work in progress. The current release is beta and only supports a limited number of devices. Initial support for light bulbs and plugin modules: -- WiFi direct. -- WiFi through a Border Router such as Google Nest Hub or Apple HomePod. -- Thread through a Border Router. The current release of the UD Mobile app supports Matter

What you're seeing is normal, the link count will vary if the PLM is active. It's best to do a link count when there's no activity.

AudioPlayer will not start after Big Updates 5.9.1

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the player. Are you on an eisy or polisy? You can also try rebooting. -

My audio player works fine after the update. Your issue might be with the YouTube plug in. Are you able to play the default sounds from your audio player? -
@pjjameso Try clearing your java cache and reloading the IoX Launcher. Also try rebooting your eisy/polisy
-
The sort works for me. Try clearing your java cache and reloading the IoX Launcher, also try a reboot on your eisy.

When you replace your PLM be sure to exactly follow the replace PLM procedure (see attached) Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf

After the update to 5.9.1 my router still shows the eisy mac address
-
@bobbob21 Try replacing the ethernet cable between the router and the eisy. Also try removing power from the eisy for about 15 seconds.

Sorry, I didn't notice you were originally referring to airthings. I'm not familiar with it, hopefully someone who is has an answer for you.
-
What are you using to view/access your devices, admin console or UD mobile When you mention "account" are you referring to the Portal. Do you mean different controllers, not devices.
-
If you're referring to devices in the device tree, You can disable a device but you can't hide it What exactly are you trying to do?

The UD Zwave dongle is backwards compatible. The downside of using a 3rd party zwave controller is you probably won't be able to back up your Zwave network. The UD dongle is zwave certified. If your zwave devices are zwave certified then they should be compatible.

Is your Polisy and eisy both running the same firmware and same data file If so, remove power from the PLM and the eisy, wait about 15 seconds then connect the PLM to the eisy, power up the PLM, wait 15 seconds then power up the eisy Let me know if that works.
-
Out of curiosity, What was the resoluition?
-
Either your Polisy bios needs updating or you have a signature failure. You'll need to contact support. Here's the link to submit a support request: https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

The PLM was manufactured in July 2017. The current PLMs have improved hardware and firmware.
