  1. @srjacob Is the eisy up and running? Are you looking for programming assistance for the eisy? Can you explain in more detrail exactly what help you need.
  2. Techman replied to HTTRC's topic in ISY994
When you replace your PLM, exactly follow the attached procedure If the ISY wasn't damaged then there's no need to to be concerned about your existing ISY backup. Your current ISY database will be used to populate your replacement PLM Replace PLM (ISY994).pdf
  3. @apostolakisl You should take a look at this possibility Amazon.com: CYANTEKOMS Copper Brass Lightning Rod Kit with 60 Feet 6 AWG Down Conductor and UL Listed Rod Clamp for Pole Top House Tower Tank Roof Safety : Industrial & Scientific

If you did a factory reset before you tried to include them into the eisy then there's not much else I can suggest. Being that both your devices and the eisy are zwave certified there's no reason why they shouldn't work. Do you have the instruction manual for the devices? Are their batteries new ?
  5. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
@joew One other thing you can try - Click on this link: Home - Universal Devices - The Most Powerful Automation, Energy Management, and IoT Platform In the upper right corner, click on My ISY, then click on "keep" and "open"
  6. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
Did you reboot your computer? Did you reboot your router? Remove power from the eisy for 30 seconds, then boot it up
  7. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
The issue you're having is totally unrelated to a failed PLM If you have a VPN turn it off, also turn off your firewall Remove power from the isy for about 30 seconds, then boot it up
  8. The only other option would be to use UD Mobile Why don't you want to use the admin console as that's the best option
  9. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
Are you on a PC or MAC and what version is it running I would focus on your Router. Verify that DHCP is enabled on the router, then reboot your router. Also try clearing your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp If you're then still having issues try turning off your firewall.
  10. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
@JoelW Do you have DHCP enabled on your router? Also check and/or replace the ethernet cable between the eisy and the router. Where your ethernet cable is plugged into the eisy, Is the orange led lit, and is the green led blinking?
  11. @hspindel @Brian H was referring to a procedure, not a function. The procedure to replace a PLM is attached Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  12. The trend chart is definitely not working. Don't know if this is a bug or if it's no longer supported.
  13. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
Have you tried doing a factory reset on them before adding them to the eisy Re: your battery devices with pending writes, manually put them into the linking mode and them click on wrtie updates. You should only have one device in the linking mode at any one time to avoid their link tables becoming cross linked. Being that your zwave network is functioning I doubt that UD Support can help.
  14. It's possible that you may have an eisy firmware issue. What's your eisy firmware version? Probably best to open a support ticket: My Tickets - Universal Devices - The Most Powerful Automation, Energy Management, and IoT Platform
  15. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
@PalChgo You should first address the pending writes on ZY 101, ZY 102, and ZY 111 as it's possible that they may be adversely effecting your Zwave network. You may have a weak Zwave mesh network and need a range extender to improve it. The Smarthouse is having a sale on Zooz products through July 8th. They have an excellent zwave range extender/amplifier. https://www.thesmartesthouse.com/ The BW8510US (aka ZRC-90US) is Zwave certified so it should be compatible with the eisy. Herer's the link to its certification and additional info: https://products.z-wavealliance.org/products/1526?selectedFrequencyId=2
  16. @hspindel When replacing a PLM it's important to exactly follow the replacement procedure (sere attached). Your previous problem was most likely with the serial to USB cable on your eisy. The 2413U uses a standard USB cable. Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  17. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
Can you post a screenshot of the ZY110 Controller window. It's remote possibility that those pending writes might be causing an issue. You should get that cleaned up. If you're still then having issues with BW8510US I would then exclude it, do a factory reset on it then do an include. Also, don't forget to do a Zwave backup any time you make changes to your Zwave devices as Zwave is NOT included in the regular eisy backup
  18. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
I noticed you have pending writes to ZY107 and ZY105. Are those your BW8510US? If so, put them into the linking mode, one at a time, and right click on the device and click on write updates. Being that Zwave devices are designed to work with various controllers, the names on its node may not reflect its actual purpose. You might also end up with nodes that you don't need in which case you can create a folder and move them into the folder in order to clean up your device tree.
  19. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
Are you using the UD Zwave/Matter board in your eisy? Do you have other Zwave devices that are working correctly? In your device tree do you see nodes for the BW8510US?
  20. Techman replied to PalChgo's topic in ZMatter
Are you using an EISY, POLISY or ISY994, and what's the firmware version?
  21. Techman replied to JoelW's topic in eisy
@JoelW Be sure to follow the replace PLM procedure. See attached Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  22. Have you tried removing power for about a minute? Does the eisy feel hot or warm to the touch?
  23. Techman replied to dpichow's topic in IoX Support
A couple of things you can try: Enable Automatic DHCP Reboot your ISY
  24. Techman replied to TUhl01's topic in UD Mobile
If UD Mobile is installed andI you're using an Android phone, then go to the Google Play Store and click on "manage apps and device", the update will show if it's available. Current version is 1.2.33 Not sure where the app updates are located on IOS phones
