ZMatter USB Dongle in attic
I don't have an exact answer for you, but 130 degrees could take a toll on the electronics. Generally speaking the recommended maximum temperature for electronics is 95 degrees fahrenheit to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Being that the dongle is enclosed in a metal enclosure there's no pathway for the heat to disperse. It's possible that the dongle temperature could exceed the attic temperature. If you need better range you could add a Zwave 700 series repeater.

How do I install?
To install the AudioPlayer, In the PG3 Plugins Store, click on AUDIO PLAYER. If you want the professional version 1.3.3, click in the install option which will ask for credit card info etc. The audio player will then install itself into your device tree on the EISY. If you plan on using the AudioPlayer with bluetooth devices, then install the free bluetooth service which can also be found in the plugins Store. The bluetooth service will install itself in the device tree on your EISY. There's really not much to setup or configure once they're installed

Envisalink-DSC Purchase Successful PG3 Store Doesn't Show As Installed
It shows that the plugin is installed in slot 1, and the license is perpetual. Your order ID is confirmation of your license, and the price you paid is $10.95. If you wanted to reinstall it you first would have to uninstall the plugin.

isy to eisy migration issues
If you change the ramp rate from 9 minutes to 0, does the light work. I dont think 9 minutes is supported even though it's an option.

Zwave 800?
In order for the Zmatter dongle to support Zwave 800 it requires a new chipset and possibly a new zwave certification. It's a costly and time consuming process so it will probably be a while before it's available.

Eisy upgrade from ISY - Problems communicating and restoring On/Off Plugin Modules
I believe the older ApplianceLinc modules were single band which could explain the communication issue. They also have outdated firmware and hardware.
-
Eisy upgrade from ISY - Problems communicating and restoring On/Off Plugin Modules
In addition to what @paulbates suggested you can run a diagnostics on a device to compare link tables. That may help you narrow down the problem. The older appliance links are outdated and should probably be replaced with the newer dual band on/off modules.

Transferring ISY to EISY, new EISY won't set time
@AD8BC Are on Windows or a MAC. Do you have any VPN software running? It sounds like the issue may be with your switch. Is everything is working correctly when you're directly connected to the router?

Polisy non-functional - Help
I think your issue is related to the MAC security blocking the IoX Launcher. I'm a windows person, hopefully a MAC forum user can better address your dilemma. You can also try the suggestions below. Java applications are blocked by your security settings Close all your browsers Go to System Preferences | Java to get to Java Control Panel Click on Delete Files and make sure you check Applications Click on the Settings Button Make sure Keep temporary files on my computer is checked Click on the Security tab on the top Click on Restore Security Prompts and then click on Restore All button on the ensuing dialog Click on the Edit Site List Click on the Add button Enter https://isy.universal-devices.com followed by hitting the Return key on the keyboard. Accept the warning Click on the OK button

My take on making sure the garage door is closed at night
@Jim P The IOLinc has 2 nodes, is it possible that the program you're having issues with is monitoring the wrong node? Also take a look at the IOLinc options. Is the relay following the sensor?

Transferring ISY to EISY, new EISY won't set time
When you connect to ethernet the wifi should automatically be disabled. When you cleared your Java cache, did you check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

My take on making sure the garage door is closed at night
Being that the IOLinc is a powerline only device it could be that you're having communications issues, maybe due to powerline noise, etc. Take a look at your log to see if there is any activity prior to the garage door status changing. You might also want to create a program that emails you in real time when the garage door is opened and closed. That will help you narrow down the problem by giving you an exact time frame. Another possibility is that the IOLinc relay is sticking, I've had this happen on occasion.

Transferring ISY to EISY, new EISY won't set time
The EISY uses different IP addresses for WiFi and Ethernet, so what you'ree seeing in the router is normal. Try removing power from the EISY for about 30 seconds, then boot it up. Also run the Package update on the EISY as there were some recent updates.

Transferring ISY to EISY, new EISY won't set time
Is your router configured for DHCP? Are you using a static IP address for the EISY? Have you tried replacing the ethernet cable between jthe router and the EISY? Try clearing your Java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, and then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

Polisy non-functional - Help
In the admin console, If you click on Help | About, what firmware and UI versions are shown? It sounds like your UI version may be incorrect. Clear your Java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes which will delete the admin console icon from your desktop, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp If you're still have issues then remove power frrom the Polisy for about 30 seconds, then power it back up.

Can't get Polisy to connect to portal
Exactly what steps did you take that created your Polisy issues. It's best to use DHCP with a reserved address for the Polisy. Are you able to access all the features of the Polisy via the admin console. If not, then clear your java cache, including checking all three boxes, then download the current version of the admin console from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
