Try running "upgrade packages". there was a bug in 5.7.1_7 that was corrected. After the upgrade you'll still show 5.7.1_7
-
Are your eisy firmware and UI the same version? Try putting the sensor into the linking mode, then do a restore device.
-
What firmware and UI versions do you have Do you have the zmatter dongle or the Zooz dongle?
-
When you installed the outlet did you use S2 security? When you try to turn the outlet on manually does the admin console show it as on even though it's still off? Set you event viewer to level 3 and then try to turn on the outlets and post the event viewer results.
-
Exactly what's not working? What controller are you using. What is its firmware and UI version? Being that's a battery operated device you'll need to have it within range of a dual band device, or close to your controller.
-
What's the make and model of the switch? What zwave controller are you using? Are you trying to control both oulets via a scene, or just one of the oultets??
-
Try deleting the program, then recreating it. Also verify that the time is set correctly in the admin console
-
All you need to do is to find the following files in Java temp directory (on Windows: c:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp) and delete them. Or, you can simply search the computer for udi_*.state or ud_*.state file patterns: ud_finder.state udi_finder.state udi_frame.state udi_launcher.state udi_pgm.state udi_tree.state

@GDavis01 Are you downloading the IoX Launcher from this link? https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
-
Try doing a factory reset on the switch, then a restore device. It's also possible that there's a program that has a link to the switch. Take a look at your log to see what's happening at 3:59am
-
Clear your java cache, be sure to check all three boxes, then download the newer IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp This will put an icon on your desktop for the admin console

Powercycle didn't help, ticket submitted UPDATE: Just heard back from UDI, it's a known bug. They expect a fix by the end of the week.
-
That would be the Trusted Platform Module 2.0. Not sure how to get that update as upgrade packages doesn't install it. It might be in the developer packages. I'll wait for comment from UD.
-
You probably have either a scene or a program that is linked between the office lights and you KPL
-
To do a factory reset on the switch you need to pull out the button, then push it in and continue holding it in until the switch starts beeping. Once the beeping stops then let go of the button. You'll then need to do a restore device. Pulling the button out then pushing in back in doesn't reset anything.
-
Try doing a restore device on that KPL. You may have some corrupted links After the restore, do another scene diagnostic.
-
I just ran an upgrade packages on the eisy from 5.7.1_5 to 5.7.1_7. Now eveytime I open the admin console I get the attached popup, Running upgrade packages again doesn't clear the popup
-
In your "then" statement What is "set basement light check" Is it a KPL button? Do you have any scenes related to that button?
-
What device is connected to your office lights? What controller are you using. What is your firmware and UI versions? It's possible that the link tables on the device that's conected to your office lights got corrupted. Right click on the device and do a restore device. You could lso have noise on the powerline and a device that's failing. When the lights went off did the admin console show them as off or still on?
-
Clear you java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the curent IoX Launcher fromhere: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
-
@mikef137 What controller and firmware are you currently running? Make sure your firmware is up to date as there were a few bugs in previous versions.
-
@Kentinada I've attached the manual for your devices. Adding to what @Brian H said, a load plugged into the older 2456S3E can create noise on the powerline. The newer replacement, 2634-222 is currently available from Insteon and has updated firmware and is dual band. Outdoor On/Off Module – Insteon 2456S3E-en.pdf

You can recreate the query all program. Apparently, it doesn't migrate over. IF Time is 3:00AM Then Set ISY Query Some programs don't migrate over completely, so you'll have a line of code that needs to be manually updated. If you're still having issues with a particular program post a copy of it the forum and we'll try to debug it for you.
-
@Kentinada Your outdoor devices appear to be the older powerline only models. If you have a dual band plug-in module, try plugging into the circuit closest to your outdoor modules.

Trying to migrate to Polisy - stuck on zwave
Techman replied to bob123's topic in Z-Wave - Series 700
Try removing power from the Polisy, then allow it to boot up with the Zooz dongle attached. Make sure the Zwave box is checked in the configuration tab. If it still doesn't recognize the dongle then you should open a support ticket with UDI.
