  1. @barrygordon Are using the Zmatter dongle with your Eisy. If so, it works well the Multisensor 6. Being that the Zmatter interfaces with the eisy via USB, you can remotely place the Zmatter dongle for best RF coverage.
  2. The Query all program didn't migrate over. You can just create a new one.
  3. Try running update packages again. You can also try removing power then rebooting.
  4. You'll have to manually enable your programs. There was a bug fix released that should have corrected the "disable programs" issue. You may want to run Upgrade Packages again, however that won't enable the programs that were previously disabled.
  5. Run your Query all program.
  6. Are you using the IoX Launcher to access your controller.
  7. @Kentinada Did you have a good and current backup prior to putting the repaired PLM back on line? You might try doing a factory reset on the PLM, then a restore PLM Is the PLM address the same as it was before the repair, if so then the factory reset / restore PLM should be all that you need to do.
  8. @Chris Jahn @RRalston Chris, The OP mentioned that after "update with interview", the device was removed from programs, should that be the case?
  9. When you open the IoX Launcher, the PG3 option should be listed under the Admin options Once you log into PG3x you will see the drop down menu for the Node store
  10. The options I gave you came from UD. I would have thought the update with interview would not have had an effect on your programs. I think it's best to submit a ticket as it's possible that OTA may need a tweak. Are you on a Polisy or EISY, What is your firmware and UI version?
  11. @arosacope What is your eisy firmware and UI version?
  12. A battery operated device must be awake for it to receive a Firmware update. To verify the device has been updated you need to first either uninstall and reinstall the device, or right click on the device and click on Zwave | Synchronize | Update with Interview. Then verify the firmware version using Xray | DH Command Class Let me know if the update was successful. An update can take up to 10 minutes.

    ISY problems

Your ISY firmware and UI is outdated. The latest version, assuming that you don't have Zwave 300 installed is here: 5.3.4 (ISY994) - Last release for ISY994 - Current Release Announcements - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com) This firmware release contains bug fixes and improvements. Be sure to read the release notes before updating.

    ZOOZ 800?

I would assume so as most zwave devices are backwards compatible. The 800 series devices are not widely available.
  15. Correct, IF Keypad is switched ON or Switchlinc is switched ON THEN Program run then (program name)
  16. Techman

    ZOOZ 800?

The 800 series requires a different chipset so Zmatter won't directly support it. The eisy / polisy probably can't support two controllers at the same time.
  17. IF Status Swirtchlinc is ON THEN Program run then (program name) ELSE
  18. When you cleared your java cache did you check the box "installed applications"? Which will remove the IoX Launcher from your desktop.
  19. @kartman_canada Make sure your laptop is on the same network as your eisy, i.e. not the guest network. Best to clear your java cache and download the IoX Launcher after the upgrade not before.
  20. To confirm the device's current z-wave firmware version information: Right click on the device | X-Ray | DH Command Classes, click on go and look for the Version command class (134) and you will see something similar: data.applicationMajor = 1 (0x00000001) data.applicationMinor = 10 (0x0000000a) In this case it equates to version 1.10
  21. Yes, it's OK to now update to 5.7.0 on the eisy.
  22. @xlurkr You should also clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed applications" and then download the newer version of the IoX Launcher https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  23. The PLM power supply most likely failed. This is somewhat typical on the older PLMs. The newer PLMs have improved components, and updated firmware.
  24. Insteon engine not found means that the PLM is unable to communicate with the device. Is the green led lit on your PLM? Are you able to communicate with other Insteon devices? When you updated to 5.7.0 did you clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed applications" and then download the (new) IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  25. Are you sure that the .GBL update file is newer than the firmware that's currently on your sensors. Have you verified your current device firmware? The update process could take about 10 minutes and should work with the 5.7.0 eisy firmware.
