  1. @Kentinada I've attached the manual for your devices. Adding to what @Brian H said, a load plugged into the older 2456S3E can create noise on the powerline. The newer replacement, 2634-222 is currently available from Insteon and has updated firmware and is dual band. Outdoor On/Off Module – Insteon 2456S3E-en.pdf
  2. You can recreate the query all program. Apparently, it doesn't migrate over. IF Time is 3:00AM Then Set ISY Query Some programs don't migrate over completely, so you'll have a line of code that needs to be manually updated. If you're still having issues with a particular program post a copy of it the forum and we'll try to debug it for you.
  3. @Kentinada Your outdoor devices appear to be the older powerline only models. If you have a dual band plug-in module, try plugging into the circuit closest to your outdoor modules.
  4. Try removing power from the Polisy, then allow it to boot up with the Zooz dongle attached. Make sure the Zwave box is checked in the configuration tab. If it still doesn't recognize the dongle then you should open a support ticket with UDI.
  5. If you do a factory reset on the Polisy, do a, "update packages" before you do a migration. If you didn't have Zwave on the ISY then you can't migrate the Zwave to the Polisy. All you would need to do, after the Polisy is powered up, is connect the Zwave dongle. It's possible that the Zooz dongle is either defective or corrupted, not sure if you can do a factory reset on it, take a look at its manual. Not sure about your node server.
  6. @Flex Make sure the Zwave box is checked in your Polisy configuration tab. If you factory reset the Polisy then the migration menu will return, but you'll have to do a new migration from your ISY backup.

@JMC Take a look at this thread. https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/42423-upgraded-java-now-the-console-will-not-launch/#comment-375182

What computer and operating system are you running Is your eisy connected via ethernet? Did you clear your java cache, checking all 3 boxes and download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  9. Check your router to make sure "use DHCP" is enabled in your LAN settings
  10. @AceRoehrborn A lot of your devices are the older powerline only version with older firmware. Updating your devices to the newer dual band devices will greatly improve your Insteon mesh network.
  11. @AceRoehrborn Set your event viewer to level 3, then do a restore device on one of the problem devices, and post the event viewer results.
  12. The version of java you're running is open source, so there could be security issues. You might be able to install java 8 in a virtual machine, or you can use UD Mobile which doesn't require java.
  13. What format is your firmware file in? UDI OTA supports .gbl and .otz
  14. The IoX Launcher supports Java 8. It may not support OpenJava (OpenJDK) You can try clearing your java cache and downloading the IoX Launcher again https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  15. First you need to clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp The downloaded launcher will place an icon on your desktop.
  16. After the update did you clear your java cache and download the IoX Launcher?
  17. Updated eisy to 5.7.1. All looks good. No issues
  18. @TMcCarthy Is the green led on the PLM lit, if not then its power supply failed. 10 years is quite old for a PLM. The older PLMs has issues with capacitors failing. In the long run you're better off with a USB PLM as there's less to fail.
  19. @ShawnW Check to see if there were any additional nodes that were installed during the migration that are showing ON/OFF. I just took a look at my Zwave devices, and some are showing the ON/OFF status. Try a Zwave Synchronize by right clicking on one of the devices then click on synchronize.
  20. Try clearing your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Let me know if that resolved your issue.
  21. When you clear your java cache be sure to check all 3 boxes You should download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  22. @rlebel It's working as designed. The time will automatically adjust for DST or not based on your location.
  23. What are you using for a motion sensor. Is it battery or A/C powered. What do you mean by it "won't handle all situations", can you elaborate.
  24. @jdlugosh The information you're looking for is towards the bottom of this manual. 2334-2222 Keypad Dimmer manual.pdf
  25. @KHouse Take a look at this document, the ISY Cookbook, It has a lot of insights into programming. It may take a while for the site to load, you can then save the pdf file for future reference. universal-devices.com/docs/production/The+ISY994+Home+Automation+Cookbook.pdf
