Several scenes corrupted after migration to eisy
@twired You didn't previously mention that you swapped out you PLM. Did you follow the replace modem instructions (see attached). This was written for the ISY994 but also applies to the newer controllers. You propably don't have to delete your devices, you can probably just do a replace PLM procedure. Replace Modem.pdf

motion detector not communicating with new eisy
Try doing a factory reset on the MS, then a restore device. Keep the MS fairly close to the Eisy during the restore

Several scenes corrupted after migration to eisy
You can run a Scene Diagnostic (Tools | Diagnostic | Scene test) This may pinpoint any issues with the scene. Post a screenshot of the results. It's also possible that there was a glitch durning migration which corrupted the link tables. Another option is to run a link table diagnostic on a device that is not supposed to be triggered by the scene (Tools | Diagnostic | Show device link Table) After the table populates, click on Compare which will show if there are any mismatched links between the Eisy and the Device.

motion detector not communicating with new eisy
What EISY firmware version are you running Are you using the MS1 or MS II Have you tried replacing the battery. If you move the MS closer to the EISY does it then correctly show the status?

Several scenes corrupted after migration to eisy
It sounds like some of the link tables in your devices may have been corrupted prior to the migration Do a restrore device for the devices in the scenes(s) your're having a problem with. What was your ISY994 firmware version? Was your firmware backup current prior to the migration? Did you uddate the EISY firmware prior to migration?

How to enable both LAN and wifi on EISY
With the EISY it's either LAN or onboard WiFi, it doesn't support both protocols at the same time.

Serial PLM vs. USB PLM
@Brian H Does the PLM's firmware reside on the main board or the daughter board? In theory, could you swap a serial daughter board with a USB daughter board?
-
Serial PLM vs. USB PLM
For the eisy and polisy, the serial PLM requires a serial to USB convertor. The USB PLM is more versatile as you use a stock USB cable There shouldn't be any noticeable difference in performance between the two

Motion Sensor and Variable setting
You can program the sensor to send only an ON command by checking the "on command only" box under the MS options. You'll first need to put the MS into the linking mode

Change status of Keypad Button
Your then statement should turn on the SCENE not the KPL button
-
Change status of Keypad Button
Have the program turn on the scene not the KPL button Not sure \what you mean by "find the P{M link table"
-
Change status of Keypad Button
All 3 devices in the scene are going to turn on when any one of them is turned on.
-
Device not Showing in Admin Console
If it doesn't show up in the Topology report then the only other option I can think of would be to factory reset the device and try to add it using the admin console. If it adds, then do a sync in UD Mobile
-
Change status of Keypad Button
If all 3 devices are in a scene as controllers, then all 3 will all turn on when one of them is turned on. You'll have to create a 2nd scene with a different keypad button in order for your program to work
-
Device not Showing in Admin Console
Are sure the device isn't somewhere in your device tree, maybe under a different name Under tools, run a topology report to see if it shows up there.
-
Change status of Keypad Button
Remove the switches from the scene. Leave the keypad button in the scene Change the THEN statement to: Set Scene ON Change the ELSE statement to: Set Scene OFF
-
Device not Showing in Admin Console
Try reboopting the eisy Do a sync on UD Mobile Is the keybpad still working?
-
Could not read config file
@rskirch The link tables from the scene may still reside in the devices that were in the scene. As @tazman suggested, do a factory reset on the device(s) that were in the scene, then a restore device(s).
-
Could not read config file
It appears that your scene may be corrupted. Try deleting the scene and then recreate it, adding only the devices you want in the scene Let me know if that resolves it.

How to test Insteon devices for ALL ON vulnerability?
@kzboray You should probably send an email to Insteon support as they may not closely monitor their forum. Some of the firmware mentioned in your posts has since been updated. There's no way to for the end user to retroactively flash the older firmware. The only option would be to replace the device. support@insteon.com

Insteon link optimization.
If you do a restore device. the link tables in the device will be rewritten with the link tables that are stored in the eisy. You can check and/or verify your device link tables using the diagnostic option in the device's right click menu i.e. show device links, after the table populates click on compare. That will compare the links stored in the eisy with the links stored in the device. If there's a link mismatch it will highlighted.

Remove Device never returns any devices
If you're moving to an EISY and If you're unable to exclude the zwave device(s) you can delete them from the ISY then factory reset the device(s) before including them in the EISY
-
Multiple Motion Sensors for Same Lighting Setup
If the motion sensor status changes to off before the 30 seconds in the THEN clause completes then the ELSE clause would run and the scene wouldn't turn off. Try also putting the "SET (light scene) off" in the ELSE statement.
