  1. @lionheartkc Try removing power from the eisy for about 15 seconds then let it boot up. If that doesn't work then it's possible that one of your loads on your modules is creating noise on the powerline which is interfering with the off command. Are all the modules involved all dual band? You can try disconnecting the modules, one at a time, to see if it may be causing issues.
  2. Hi everyone, First, I wish everyone a joyful holiday season and a very happy New Year! 2023 went by in a flash for us here at Insteon and we are already looking forward to 2024 and what it will bring! Speaking of holidays, we will be closed Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year’s Day (Jan 1). Additionally, orders placed after 11am PT on Dec 21 will not begin processing until Dec 26. Orders placed after 11am PT on Dec 28 will not begin processing until Jan 2. I also ask for your patience and understanding over the next few weeks as the holidays can impact our response times. We are a small team, and this time of year can affect our normal availability. On the Director app front, we are very close to having support for the Micro Open/Close module so stay tuned for that. I also wanted to share that my co-founder, Richard, will begin sending out routine updates as well starting in January. These updates will focus on the Director app, future products, and software news. One bit of exciting news is we now have LED Flicker/Glow Eliminators in our store! If you have LED lighting that never goes off completely or flickers, this could be your solution! And, if you have not already checked out the Tabletop Enclosure Kit for Keypads and Switches, you will want to. These are great for bringing the convenience of a switch or keypad to your end table or nightstand. Both the LED Flicker/Glow Eliminators and Tabletop Enclosure Kits are expected to begin shipping in early January. Lastly, if you have some feedback for us, you can let us know here. You can tell us product or Director app feature requests, product availability suggestions, comments about our website, or just general feedback. Be sure to select what type of feedback you are submitting in the “Select Feedback Type” dropdown menu. Every one of these submissions are read by our executive management team. Thanks, and have a great rest of 2023! Ken CEO, Insteon Technologies Feedback Form Link: https://www.insteon.com/general-feedback
  3. You need to keep the DHCP setting. It's possible the SD card got corrupted, if that's the case your backup date may also be invalid if you do a backup. What's you ISY firmware version? When you cleared your java cache did you check all 3 boxes? There are no old versions of the IoX launcher available. Did you download the IoX Launcher from here? https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  4. The firmware and instructions for installing it can be found here: 5.3.4 (ISY994) - Last release for ISY994 - Current Release Announcements - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com) Be sure to read and follow the instructions exactly. The firmware should be downloaded to your desktop, it will be in the ZIP format. DO NOT unzip it. Note: I'm assuming that you do not have the 300 Series Zwave board installed.
  5. It's the same display for Aeotec. In this screen shot the Aeotec firmware version is 1.10
  6. @EWhite Your Zwave menu is not the current menu that displays with the Zmatter dongle. Either your Polisy bios or Polisy firmware is not up to date, or the Zmatter dongle wasn't installed properly. Is your Polisy an early version, if so it may need a bios update?
  7. @gzahar I'm seeing the same options as you. What device are you trying to install and is it Zwave certified?
  8. The Zmztter dongle is Zwave certified and supports S2 security. What device are you trying to install. Is it zwave certified and does it support S2, if not then you should select S0 security option when installing.
  9. The Zmatter dongle is powered by the eisy, you don't need an additional power supply
  10. Before you disconnect your zwave devices from your existing home you should EXCLUDE them from the zwave controller. After all your Zwave devices have been excluded you can then factory reset the Zmatter dongle. You then won't have to factory reset the Zwave devices.
  11. Being that you're basically starting over you should do a factory reset on your Zwave controller and on your Polisy. Any devices that you bring wjith you should be factory reset before installing them in your new home.
  12. You can just ignore the Binary sensor node. Sometimes extra nodes are created depending on the device and the Zwave controller. I created a folder and move unused nodes into that folder which unclutters the device table.
  13. 120 degrees is pushing the limit. Attics can exceed that temperature in the heat of the summer. The Zmatter dongle has a pretty good range. I have mine in an equipment closet with other electronics and don't have any issues.
  14. I believe the batteries are in parallel, If that's the case, then when the battery level is low it means both batteries need to be replaced or recharged
  15. Usually you should get a pop up that says your system is upgrading, after the upgrade is complete you should get a popup telling you to reboot Being thaat you're on 5.7.1_7 you have the current firmware. It's probably best to reboot your system.
  16. @ShawnW Could it be that the Zmatter dongle isn't seated properly. You may want to try removing and reseating it. Worst case scenario, the dongle is defective.
  17. The current firmware release is 5.7.1_7 What do you mean by "they keep swapping"? Are you using an external or internal Zmatter dongle?
  18. Run this link in your browser : eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt and look for the attached info
  19. Try running "upgrade packages". there was a bug in 5.7.1_7 that was corrected. After the upgrade you'll still show 5.7.1_7
  20. Are your eisy firmware and UI the same version? Try putting the sensor into the linking mode, then do a restore device.
  21. What firmware and UI versions do you have Do you have the zmatter dongle or the Zooz dongle?
  22. When you installed the outlet did you use S2 security? When you try to turn the outlet on manually does the admin console show it as on even though it's still off? Set you event viewer to level 3 and then try to turn on the outlets and post the event viewer results.
  23. Exactly what's not working? What controller are you using. What is its firmware and UI version? Being that's a battery operated device you'll need to have it within range of a dual band device, or close to your controller.
  24. What's the make and model of the switch? What zwave controller are you using? Are you trying to control both oulets via a scene, or just one of the oultets??
  25. Techman replied to nowandthen's topic in eisy
Try deleting the program, then recreating it. Also verify that the time is set correctly in the admin console
