Support thread for: PG3x v3.2.3 (August 29th, 2023)
Did the update packages, then rebooted. Now every time I open the admin console I get a need to reboot window. Removing power from the eisy stopped the reboot notices, but I'm still showing 3.2.3

Swapping ZMatter boards
I haven't tried replacing the Zmatter board. But the step I mentioned should be all that's needed. I would keep Zwave enabled. Exactly what problems are you having with your Zmatter.

Swapping ZMatter boards
In the Zwave menu there's a BACKUP and RESTORE option. Be sure to always have a current zwave backup.

eisy z-wave pin
If you disable S2 security in the eisy you should be able to link the MS7 without a pin.

ISY994i > EISY, "Restore Modem"
@KConover Most likely the led bulb wasn't compatible with the Insteon dimmer module, or that the dimmer circuit inside a bulb went bad, you might try a different led bulb. If the bulb(s) use an external power supply then the power supply could be the problem. There must have been something left over from your houselinc days that got into the eisy configuration file, thus the name on the PLM. Don't forget to backup your eisy.

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
What's your current firmware and UI? There's another firmware update coming out shortly. Have you tried clearing your java cache and reinstalling the IoX Launcher as it sounds like the issue may be with the Launcher or java.

Z wave gone
Under the configuration tab in the eisy, is the Zwave box checked and then saved? What did you migrate from, and what was its firmware version. What zwave device did you have on it? What's the current firmware and UI version on the eisy?
-
Reverse Zmatter migration
If the Zwave support box is checked in the configuration tab, then It's probably best to submit a support ticket. There's a remote possibility thar the current Polisy firmware doesn't support the Zooz 700., or that a Polisy configuration file got corrupted.

Reverse Zmatter migration
@awind Based on your first post, I was under the impression you had an eisy with the Zmatter board, but you also mention Polisy and the Zooz dongle. Can you clarify what hardware you have. Did you check, and save, the Zwave Support box in the configuration tab? If, so and you're still having issues, then the problem is most likely with the Zooz 700 Zwave dongle (ZST10). Reverse Zmatter migration
@ewind Also try removing power from the eisy.

Try factory resetting the Zwave dongle. Zwave | Advanced | Factory reset Zwave dongle

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
@gviliunas The firmware update that the EISY will support is not (yet) available on the Aeotec site. I'm working with Aeotec to have then post on their support site the firmware updates in the format that the EISY will use.

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
@Chris Jahn Aeotec sent me the version 1.13 firmware OTZ file for the Multisensor 6. This is the current U.S. version of the firmware. If you don't already have this file, let me know to send it to you. Note: V1.06 - V1.08 (Latest firmware is V1.08, updating above will brick this sensor) V1.09 - V1.13 (Latest firmware is V1.13, updating above will brick this sensor)

Sunset to sunrise seems to mean all day after eisy migration
I'm on 5.6.4 and all my sunset / sunrise programs work as expected. Try setting your sunrise and sunset values again and then save the program.

Purchase Modules-404 Error
@johnjces The climate / weather module for the ISY994 was discontinued some time ago. The EISY uses node servers for weather, cameras, etc. Once you're on the EISY you can access the node server store where you're able to purchase over 100 node servers An example of the available node servers can be seen at the following link: https://polyglot.universal-devices.com/

Zooz 700 vs Zmatter
The Zmatter dongle also supports Zigbee and Zmatter. If you don't plan on using the additional protocols, and the Zooz 700 is working, then there's probably no reason to replace it.

ISY994i > EISY, "Restore Modem"
When you deleted the PLM, which you shouldn't have done, it removed its links from the EISY. Try doing a restore device on one of your devices. If you're able to then control that device, then you'll need to restore each device. What was the firmware version of the ISY backup that you restored to the EISY? You should also clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed application" and then download the IoX Launcher.

ISY994i > EISY, "Restore Modem"
With the PLM connected, In the admin console, If you click on TOOLS, DIAGNOSTICS, PLM INFO /STATUS what does it show?
