  1. On your PROGRAMS tab, click on SUMMARY. there you'll find a column titled RUN AT STARTUP. Right click on the program and click on ENABLE RUN AT STARTUP
  2. Other than the documentation that came with the MS, I haven't seen anything additional. Once the MS is linked the only options are what show up in the admin console. Basically, what you see is what you get.
  3. @mdarcy If the above suggestions don't work, try putting one of the leak sensors in the linking mode, then do a restore device.
  4. @boonest In windows If you go to control panel, programs and features, do you see Java? If so, uninstall it. then download the 32 bit version from the Java site. I had a similar issue after updating Java, and the above resolved it.

    Ethernet or Wifi?

They both work well, I prefer ethernet as being more stable and easier to implement.
  6. The SCE HAN gateway requires Zigbee, you'll probably have to wait until UD implements Zigbee on the Zmatter card.
  7. it really depends on what type of Zwave devices you have. For devices like door locks S2 security would be beneficial.
  8. @tony5isy If you are connecting the serial PLM (2413S) to the Polisy, then the cable you need to use is the one that shipped with the PLM. It has a, ethernet connector on one end that plugs into the PLM, the other end of the cable has a DB9 connector that plugs into the DB9 connector on the back of the Polisy. You'll also need to update your Polisy firmware to the latest version, 5.6.0. If your current firmware is 4.9.0 then you have an ISY994, not the EISY or the POLISY, and the cable you need to use to connect the PLM to the ISY994 was included with the ISY994. There are three hardware versions of the controller: ISY994 (discontinued) Polisy (discontinued, but still supported) Eisy (the current version of the controller)
  9. @capitalny Here's everything you need to know regarding the EISY, including migrations instructions. Eisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com) The EISY should be back in stock in about a week.
  10. The older PLMs were prone to hardware failures, the current versions have updated firmware and hardware. If you're moving up to the EISY I would suggest buying a USB PLM from Insteon USB Modem Interface (PLM) – Insteon If you want to migrate your ISY to the EISY then you'll first need to upgrade your ISY firmware to 5.3.4
  11. @capitalny Welcome to the forum You can update your ISY to the latest firmware version at this link: 5.3.4 (ISY994) - Last release for ISY994 - Current Release Announcements - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com) The update from 4.9.0 to 5.3.4 requires some user intervention. Be sure to read and follow the release notes. The ISY has been discontinued and will shortly no longer be supported. The current hardware is the EISY which is currently on back order. Here's the specs and order info: UD Store - Universal Devices (universal-devices.com) If you have any questions or concerns let us know.
  12. Try clearing out the Java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, and reinstall the IoX Launcher.
  13. @macjeff I initially also got the Java error when I ran the Java updater. The solution was to uninstall Java, reboot the computer, and re-install Java. Now both Java and the admin console are working correctly.
  14. There's a new Java update: Version 8 Update 371 (build 1.8.0_371-b11). You should update Java before updating to 5.6.0
  15. Possibly because it has to update from the admin console.
  16. Insteon has never offered firmware updates for any of their products.
  17. A Z-wave device can only be linked to one controller at any one time. You would have to move the device to a controller that supports OTA then link it back to the EISY
  18. @svetter If you want to use S2 Z-wave security you can find the required pin code on a sticker on the device you're trying to include. It's usually located under the QR code on the device. Not all z-wave devices support S2 security
  19. @rayg Can you post all your related programs.
  20. UD plans to support OTA firmware updates for the EISY and POLISY in a future firmware release. In the meantime, you'll have to use a 3rd party application which may vary depending on the device manufacturer and requires that you first exclude the z-wave device from its current controller and include it into their controller.
  21. Only Error light blinking: ISY cannot communicate with the SD Card. Please ensure: The micro SD Card (on the front) is seated properly. Unplug ISY, remove the rubber cap, using a sharp object, push the micro SD Card in so that it pops out. Push it back in so it clicks in. Apply power to ISY If reseating the micro SD Card does not work, you probably have a defective SD Card. Please consult Replacing/Formatting SD Card
  22. Are you able to turn the switch on and off from the admin console? If you manually turn the switch on and off does its status correctly display in the admin console? Can you post a screen shot of the switch nodes as they appear in the device list.
  23. If you use UD Mobile on your LAN you don't need a paid subscription. If you want to access your ISY remotely then you'll need a paid subscription.
  24. @Hunter Aviator Be sure to do a Zwave backup(s) as you add the devices back.
  25. You can try excluding them, then including into the Polisy Are they 300, 500 or 700 series zwave devices?
