  1. You probably have either a scene or a program that is linked between the office lights and you KPL
  2. To do a factory reset on the switch you need to pull out the button, then push it in and continue holding it in until the switch starts beeping. Once the beeping stops then let go of the button. You'll then need to do a restore device. Pulling the button out then pushing in back in doesn't reset anything.
  3. Try doing a restore device on that KPL. You may have some corrupted links After the restore, do another scene diagnostic.
  4. I just ran an upgrade packages on the eisy from 5.7.1_5 to 5.7.1_7. Now eveytime I open the admin console I get the attached popup, Running upgrade packages again doesn't clear the popup
  5. In your "then" statement What is "set basement light check" Is it a KPL button? Do you have any scenes related to that button?
  6. What device is connected to your office lights? What controller are you using. What is your firmware and UI versions? It's possible that the link tables on the device that's conected to your office lights got corrupted. Right click on the device and do a restore device. You could lso have noise on the powerline and a device that's failing. When the lights went off did the admin console show them as off or still on?
  7. Clear you java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the curent IoX Launcher fromhere: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  8. @mikef137 What controller and firmware are you currently running? Make sure your firmware is up to date as there were a few bugs in previous versions.
  9. @Kentinada I've attached the manual for your devices. Adding to what @Brian H said, a load plugged into the older 2456S3E can create noise on the powerline. The newer replacement, 2634-222 is currently available from Insteon and has updated firmware and is dual band. Outdoor On/Off Module – Insteon 2456S3E-en.pdf
  10. You can recreate the query all program. Apparently, it doesn't migrate over. IF Time is 3:00AM Then Set ISY Query Some programs don't migrate over completely, so you'll have a line of code that needs to be manually updated. If you're still having issues with a particular program post a copy of it the forum and we'll try to debug it for you.
  11. @Kentinada Your outdoor devices appear to be the older powerline only models. If you have a dual band plug-in module, try plugging into the circuit closest to your outdoor modules.
  12. Try removing power from the Polisy, then allow it to boot up with the Zooz dongle attached. Make sure the Zwave box is checked in the configuration tab. If it still doesn't recognize the dongle then you should open a support ticket with UDI.
  13. If you do a factory reset on the Polisy, do a, "update packages" before you do a migration. If you didn't have Zwave on the ISY then you can't migrate the Zwave to the Polisy. All you would need to do, after the Polisy is powered up, is connect the Zwave dongle. It's possible that the Zooz dongle is either defective or corrupted, not sure if you can do a factory reset on it, take a look at its manual. Not sure about your node server.
  14. @Flex Make sure the Zwave box is checked in your Polisy configuration tab. If you factory reset the Polisy then the migration menu will return, but you'll have to do a new migration from your ISY backup.

@JMC Take a look at this thread. https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/42423-upgraded-java-now-the-console-will-not-launch/#comment-375182

What computer and operating system are you running Is your eisy connected via ethernet? Did you clear your java cache, checking all 3 boxes and download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  17. Check your router to make sure "use DHCP" is enabled in your LAN settings
  18. @AceRoehrborn A lot of your devices are the older powerline only version with older firmware. Updating your devices to the newer dual band devices will greatly improve your Insteon mesh network.
  19. @AceRoehrborn Set your event viewer to level 3, then do a restore device on one of the problem devices, and post the event viewer results.
  20. The version of java you're running is open source, so there could be security issues. You might be able to install java 8 in a virtual machine, or you can use UD Mobile which doesn't require java.
  21. The battery operated remote can only be added to a scene as a controller. In the admin console you'll notice that's there's no relationship associated to the "is responder to". This is by design. If you list a device that is capable of being both a controller and a responder, then the associations would show up.
  22. What format is your firmware file in? UDI OTA supports .gbl and .otz
  23. The IoX Launcher supports Java 8. It may not support OpenJava (OpenJDK) You can try clearing your java cache and downloading the IoX Launcher again https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  24. First you need to clear your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp The downloaded launcher will place an icon on your desktop.
  25. Correct. It can only be a controller. It is unable to "respond".
