  1. @OffToSeeTheWizard On one of the devices that's not updating, do a restore device. Did that correct the issue for that device?
  2. @PGannon How is your PLM interfaced with the EISY, i.e. the UD cable kit or ? On one of the problem devices, run a diagnostic, show device link tables, then click on compare. Does it show any mismatched links?
  3. The two entries inthe IoX Launcher s now normal since the update to 5.7.0_5 Some people are seeing the "not found" message. For now you can ignore it. Take a look at this thread IoX Finder - Error Not Found warning - IoX Support - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com)
  4. Did you clear your java cache and download the IoX Launcher?
  5. Assuming you have an eisy, run this link which will display your configuration parameters. https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt The IoX Launcher will still display 5.7.0 Screenshot 2023-10-13 124905.pdf
  6. Updated EISY packages to 5.7.0_5. All went well. The disabled program issue is fixed. Cleared java cache and reloaded IoX Launcher. (I didn't get a message to clear java cache) PG3x updated to 3.2.10 My IoX Launcher now displays 2 entries for the EISY
  7. Your question is addressed in this post from earlier today. If you update to 5.7.0_4 it contains the debugging code.
  8. You should contact your internet service provider. The uncorrectable errors are usually due to a poor connector or a damaged cable causing signal loss.
  9. @rick.curl @Michel Kohanim There's a problem with the with website that hosts the support tickets. I got the same error message "There has been a critical error on this website."
  10. @GTench Did you update a Polisy or EISY?
  11. Try clearing your java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the latest version of the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  12. The Zwave device has an option (a button press) to put it into the linking mode, it would be the same function as when you added to your controller. What's the make and model of the device you're having an issue with?

UDI free support has ended however you can still get support from UDI for the ISY, but there's a fee. Maybe it's time to bite the bullet and upgrade to the EISY.
  14. If you're referring to the individual devices in a scene, use the Insteon option.
  15. Try putting one of the devices in the linking mode, then do a device query. The status window in the Polisy will be blank until that node sends a report.

@tas99 Take a look at this thread: https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/42117-cant-launch-the-admin-console/
  17. @GSutherland It's probably best to contact the developer @xKing

Unfortunately, I've run out of viable ideas. The only other suggestion, assuming you have a current and good ISY backup, would be to factory reset the ISY then restore the backup. If you don't have Zwave and battery-operated devices, the restore should go smoothly. It's also possible the SD card failed or the network connection has issues as it appears that your ISY to router connection may not be bi-directional.

Based on everything covered above, it seems the problem is between the ISY and your router. Verify that the ISY IP address and the MAC showing in your router are the same as those showing in the IoX Launcher.

@tas99 Are your computers and ISY on the same network. i.e. not on your guest network. Are you able to see the ISY in the list of installed devices on your router? Is the ISY connected directly to the router?

@tas99 Take a look at these threads. There has been issues with Windows 11 and the admin console Can't install Admin Console on Windows 11 - IoX Support - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com) New Windows 11 computer, unable to connect to ISY 994 - ISY994 - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com) Admin Console not Responding - PC version - IoX Support - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com)

Have you tried rebooting your router, and /or disabling your firewall. What type of computer are you using? Also try removing power from the ISY
  23. Techman replied to tas99's topic in ISY994
Here's where you insert the runtime parameters. Take a look at the installed devices and see if your ISY is listed. Did you previously reserve an address in your router for your ISY? Make sure DHCP is enabled in your router
  24. Attach the Zigbee antenna, as the RF from the unconnected port could be causing a problem. If the Zwave antenna is located close to a copper pipe or metal duct it could interfere with the Zwave RF signal. Try relocating the Zmatter enclosure using a USB extension cable.

Clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed applications" then download the (revised) IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
