  1. Same link as prior versions. https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  2. First Alert ZCombo is now correctly displaying status, thanks Chris.

@teverk If you're using the serial PLM (2413S) then you would need the serial to USB conversion cables, which are available on the UD Store website. If you have a USB PLM (2413U) then it can be plugged directly into the USB port using a standard USB cable.
  4. @toddlock Remove power from the eisy, then power it back up. That should fix it. It's a known bug.
  5. Battery operated devices have to be awake before you can write the configuration changes to it, or to query the configuration status. Not sure about the Zooz devices walking up every 12 hours A while back we used a program to write changes to a battery operated device. Not sure if this still works with the current firmware. You could set the program to be active for a limited time frame so it would not always be trying to write to the device. This worked for pending link writes, not sure if it would work for configuration updates as they don't show as pending writes. IF Device is switched on THEN Write changes
  6. @GreyFox Please read my post above. Did you read the update instructions before you updated your firmware?
  7. The RED line indicates that the last time the program ran the ELSE clause executed. If the THEN clause ran then the line would be GREEN. Not sure why the "run at startup" is enabled on all your programs as it has to be manually enabled. It's possible that your UI and firmware don't match, if so, this can cause unusual results. If you click on help about, what are your firmware and UI versions. What was your firmware version prior to the update?
  8. @GFrazier Battery operated devices won't respond to a query unless you first wake them up. Reason being is that they go into a sleep mode to preserve battery life.
  9. Try sending an email to support@universal-devices.com
  10. @Wes Westhaver Click on help, manage modules. There should be an option to purchase the network module (which is a software update).
  11. @Geddy Here's the spec sheet for the ZRTSI. The only downside is it uses the 300 series chip Somfy ZRTSI.pdf
  12. @BigMojo I recently spoke with Somfy tech support. He said there is no future development for the ZRTSI and that it may be discontinued in the future. Please let me know the results once you include the ZRTSI into the EISY.
  13. The eisy uses the zmatter board with the Z-wave 700 series chip and external antennas. The ISY uses either the 300 or 500 series chip. The 700 chip, with its external antennae, has a greater range over its predecessors. The First Alert Zcombo smoke detectors use the 500 chip. Battery operated devices don't repeat the Z-wave signal so you might need Z-wave repeater(s) depending on the location of your devices. Not sure if there's a hardwired Z-wave detector, you might take a look at the First Alert website to see what's available.
  14. @bigmojo Which Z-wave dongle are you running on your Polisy, the Zooz or the Zmatter? I currently have the ZRTSI running off my ISY994 with the 500 series board and it's been working without issues, but I would like to move it over to the eisy with the zmatter board and wasn't sure it it's currently compatible. I recently spoke with Somfy to see if there would be any further development on the ZRTSI and was told that it will probably be discontinued.
  15. Has anyone successfully included the Somfy ZRTSI Z-wave interface into either the Polisy or eisy using the Zmatter board? I want to make sure that it will work correctly prior to moving it over from the ISY994
  16. @tlightne The only node that updated on the eisy was the battery. I didn't try the smoke. The Polisy and the eisy basically use the same Z-wave firmware.
  17. @Chris Jahn @tlightne I excluded the Zcombo smoke detector from the eisy and included it into the ISY994. The device status correctly displays in the ISY but not in the eisy, so there's definitely an issue with the zmatter firmware.
  18. When you communicate with Chris could you please mention that the "Smoke Alarm Test" node doesn't populate in the eisy when the test button is pressed on the Zcombo.
  19. @tlightne I just included the First Alert ZCOMBO into the eisy running 5.5.7. I selected no security, and it installed without any issues. I haven't tried including it with S2 security. The attached file shows the associated nodes UPDATE: I just noticed that when I pushed the test button on the Zcombo, the eisy status window for "Smoke Alarm Test" did not populate. Not sure if this is an eisy firmware bug. I haven't tested smoke or CO2. Battery level populates correctly.
  20. Try removing power from your eisy or polisy, wait a minute then power it up. If that doesn't resolve the problem, then you should open a support ticket.
  21. Your admin console and ISY firmware must always match. You need to clear your Java cache, Including checking the box "all applications and applets", then download the IoX Launcher from this link: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp This will install the IoX Launcher and will automatically match your existing ISY firmware. Note: the most current ISY firmware is 5.3.4, you should upgrade as it contains bug fixes.
  22. Battery operated devices cannot be queried because they go to sleep in order to save the battery. The query option is there in the event you use an external power supply to power the device.
  23. That doesn't sound right as it appears to be IoX firmware related. Are you sure your issue was understood?
  24. @rstotts I think you should submit a support ticket. It's possible that there's a bug in the IoX 5.5.6 firmware as more than one op is experiencing the same problem.
  25. @rstotts If you're still unable to see all 8 nodes then I would try deleting the device, and reboot the eisy. Then do a factory reset on the KPL by pulling out the set button and then pushing it in and continuing to hold it in until the device stops buzzing. then install it again. Let us know the results.
