  1. Your device link tables are corrupted. Did you try doing a restore device? Also do a show device link tables for the eisy. If the eisy link tables for the KPL are corrupted, then you you'll have to delete the KPL from the eisy and re-link it.
  2. @MarcusD Support for the ISY994 ended on 6/1/2023. You can no longer add modules to the ISY. Your only option is to move up to the eisy.
  3. @bob123 Did you check, and save, the Zwave box under the configuration tab? You should also update your Polisy firmware to 5.6.3 Once you get Zwave up and running be sure to do a zwave backup.
  4. To put the MS into the linking mode you need to hold down the set button for 5 seconds. When it's in the linking mode its red led will steady blink. The MS will stay in the linking mode for 4 minutes or until you tap the set button twice. Once a MS is in the linking mode do a restore device. Note: The MS won't detect motion when in the linking mode.
  5. The red ! means that the eisy is unable to communicate with the device. Try rebooting the eisy then do a restore device on each KPL. If you're still having problems then you may have something on your powerline that's causing interference.
  6. I'm not sure what would be causing those errors. Try updating packages, and then a reboot. If you then still have those errors you should probably submit a support ticket. Also take a look at those two programs and make sure that there's no errors in the syntax.
  7. 5.6.3 is the current firmware version. Did you exactly follow the following migration instructions: Eisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)
  8. It's possible that during migration individual programs can get corrupted. Open each individual program associated with your devices and make sure that the program data is correct, then save the program. If everything looks OK then reboot the Polisy/EISY. Keep in mind that after a reboot the device status window may not display data until the device changes state.
  9. What controller are you using. What's its firmware version? What did you migrate from and to? You can also try saving the associated programs and do a reboot of the controller.
  10. If right clicking on the KPL, and then clicking on "write updates" doesn't resolve your problem you could try a factory reset on the KPL then a restore device.
  11. It's possible that the eisy is updating its packages, which can sometimes take a while. At this point I would let it sit, with hands off, and update for an hour. What firmware version is the eisy on?
  12. The MSII is the only Insteon motion sensor available. It's not that new, it has been out for several years. It works with the ISY but has some limitations. It runs on either batteries or 5v USB power. Currently the only other viable option is Zwave motion sensors.
  13. Insteon dual band devices use both RF and powerline. If your garage subpanel is 220v then you want to make sure that you have a dual band device on both garage powerline legs. You can verify that the legs are bridged using the 4 tap test. You also should verify that your controller in the house and your garage are communicating by also using the 4 tap test. 4 Tap test.pdf
  14. 3.1.36 is available, If you're on an eisy, try pressing the front button once which will update packages. 3.2.x should be released shortly, if you're still have issues updating then you many want to wait.
  15. @MarcusD Don't use delete PLM. Have you followed the attached procedure? Replace Modem.pdf
  16. The newer PLMs are basically the same as the older models, some improvements in the serial interface and better quality components. Is the PLM plugged directly into an outlet and not a power strip? When you changed PLMs, did you follow the PLM replacement procedure?
  17. Strange, Is the red wire on the keypad connected to the load? What exactly is the load, LED? What wattage?
  18. Try setting Button A to non-toggle off. Also check that the ON level for button A is set to a correct value. Let me know if that works.
  19. Take a look at this link regarding your linking issues https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=INSTEON:_Troubleshooting_Communications_Errors
  20. Hi everyone,    It has been an incredibly busy summer for all of us at Insteon and we are not letting this heat wave slow us down! I am very excited to share that i3 Keypads are now available for purchase. What I personally like about this device is that it can be configured as a dimmer or as an on/off switch plus the button controlling the load is user assignable – an Insteon first! I also want to thank everyone who beta tested the i3 Keypads to help us get ready for this launch. If you would like to be part of future beta tests, please click here to apply. On the product availability front, we have the Table Top Enclosures, Dimmer (High-Wattage), and Dimmer (2-Wire) units on order so expect to see pages with NOTIFY ME options coming soon plus more details on ETA’s for those items. Since we have Powerline Noise Filters back in stock, we do get a few questions about why you would need one. Here are a few tips (read more) As someone who has been using Insteon technology for close to 20 years, I know how important it is to make sure you are eliminating powerline noise culprits as much as possible while also making sure your Insteon devices are all dual-band to ensure the most reliable communications possible. Another quick note about Director, we expect to have in-app Siren support by the end of August, and we are still working on I/O Module – Low Voltage Controller (I/O Linc) support. We have also revived the Insteon Connect site (to a certain extent, that is). Yes, the first four-footer links (Favorites, Rooms, Scenes, and Check-In) are still only compatible with the Hub 1. But we wanted to add some valuable information and resources in the next two links – House Configuration and My Account. In House Configuration, you can see all the devices on a selected Hub, including Insteon ID, Device Type, Schedule, and Rooms for each device. This can be exported as a .csv file to help with such tasks as setting up a factory reset Hub 2 with a clean device list. In My Account, you can see your subscription status and expiration date. You can also do a change password request from here. I wanted to end this note with a request. We have enabled Product Reviews and Questions to our store. Please help us and the Insteon community by leaving reviews with candid and detailed feedback on products you have purchased from our store. To leave a review, you either need to be logged into your account on https://shop.insteon.com/ or use the link provided in the email asking you to leave a product review. If you have a question about a certain product, your peers may have that same question as well so please post it. I am so proud to be part of this great community and I really encourage you to participate with reviews and questions. Thanks, and have a great week!    Ken  CEO, Insteon Technologies  Feedback Form Link: https://www.insteon.com/general-feedback
  21. Remove power from the eisy.
  22. Zigbee uses 2.4 Ghz. If you have other devices on that band, i.e. wireless phone, your router, etc., it could impact your coverage. You may need a Zigbee repeater between the Polisy and your shade. It's mostly a trial-and-error situation.
  23. Do you have the"Query on restart" box checked in the configuration tab? Can you post a copy of a program that is related to one of your devices that gets turned off. Also check to see what programs run at startup under the program summary tab.
  24. The 2342-242 replaced the RemoteLinc2 which should be a single paddle device. Try using the Remotelinc2 option under Link Management.
  25. Connect your eisy via ethernet. There's less chance of connection issues. What are the devices you're having connection issues with. What method are you using to link them to the eisy. There's a possibility that you're misreading their 6 digit ID. i. e. B and 8
