Is your router Wi-Fi 6 , Is you connection on 2.4 or 5ghz Do you get any error messages in UD Mobile when you're connected via Wi-Fi. Are you connecting via a LAN or the Portal
-
@Javi The setup was done from Settings > Wi-Fi Configuration. I don't see Wi-Fi Credentials. I have remote Connection Settings access disabled, and Local Connection Settings enabled. The local port is set at 8080. The system was not connected to the Portal. I reset the network on the eisy and then retried a Wi-Fi configuration. It showed that the Wi-Fi credentials were uploaded to the eisy, but when I try to access the eisy from UD Mobile on the LAN I get an error "Unexpected close, Host unreachable" When I test the local connection for the eisy from UD Mobile, I get "ERROR (IOException) java.net.ConnectException:Failed to connect to /192.168.1.200:8080" I can see the eisy on the LAN when I use a wired connection, but not on Wi-Fi. I'm only using the home network. eisy firmware is 5.5.2

All the devices should included in the scene as Controllers.

I'm trying run my eisy on Wi-Fi, on the LAN with limited success. Ethernet connection works without issues via UD Mobile and the IoX launcher. In the eisy Wi-Fi setup, it connects to the System Access Point, and sets the WiFi credentials, but I get an unexpected token error when I try to synchronize. I also show a "System error Unexpected Close. Host unreachable" on the main page. I'm able to see my programs, devices, etc. Anyone have their eisy on a LAN with a Wi-Fi connection? If so, what ports are you using?

In the configuration tab, click on Upgrade Packages

@Illusion I was looking at your device link table for the 1.15 SynchroLinc and noticed that one has 3 lines of links. Mine only has 2 lines, the last line being all 0. I think that there's some data still embedded in your device(s) that didn't clear when you reset it. I would try several factory resets. I've attached the user manual in case you don't have one 2423A5 SynchroLinc Manual.pdf

Yellow is Zwave Red is Zigbee/Matter

These are the Multisensor 6 nodes than now show up with the 5.5.2 firmware and Zmatter The humidity node which should be in the "Multisensor" node is now displayed in the "Weather Sensor" node

The one I have installed was done many years ago with an older ISY firmware. I do have a spare, but it's buried in a box and hard to get to. If you're still having issues I could try to dig out in a day or two. The SynchroLinc is a single band device, so you might try putting it closer to the PLM when you attempt to link it. Be sure to do a factory reset on it first. If you have Zwave, the Aeotec SmartSwitch 7 will accomplish the same and more as the SynchroLinc.

I have a SynchrolLinc, Hardware 1.15, firmware v.30 that's on my ISY994 running firmware 5.3.4 with no issues.
-
The 2412S PLM is an older single band device with a limited link database. Its RS232 interface is outdated and may not support some of the newer devices. It was replaced by the 2413S. It's possible that it's not compatible with the Polisy and eisy.

@GTench Humidity is there, it's showing up in a separate node called weather sensor, not in the window where it should be. After doing a Synchronize, I still have UV displayed in the main window

@Chris Jahn With IoX 5.5.2: Detect Button Press now correctly defaults to OFF The Multisensor 6 does not correctly update the motion status node, and the temperature is still reporting in Centigrade rather than Fahrenheit

IoX 5.5.2 is now available. Click on update packages to install it. After the update you'll need to clear your Java cache and download the IoX Launcher

Replaced Keypad Link using 'replace device' - lost all settings
Techman replied to Illusion's topic in IoX Support
In that case, In the scene, adjust your preferred settings for that specific device. This is a necessary step when adding a device to a scene. Once the device parameters are set, "default" should no longer appear. -

Remove PLM from 994 & plug into eisy - rebuild devices & links
Techman replied to GJ Software Products's topic in eisy
Cannot determine Insteon Engine means that the PLM is unable to communicate with the device. To link the bulb, you need to remove power, when you then power it up the bulb will go into linking mode for a few minutes, you can then link it to the ISY. The bulb cannot be connected to dimmer switch. -
@Poporo The Admin Console and the Device hardware must match, otherwise you can experience issues. On the eisy, go to the configuration tab and click on Update Packages. You can also try clearing your Java Cache, including installed applications, then download the IoX Launcher The is the first time I've seen 5.5.1 of the admin console. It must have just been updated.

First program having major issues
Techman replied to ILey's topic in New user? Having trouble? Start here
The red exclamation marks means that the PLM is unable to communicate with the device. Hold the set button until the green led flashes, then right click the device and left click on write updates. After the write completes, tap the set button to take the sensor out of linking mode. -
If you cleared your Java cache, including al installed applications, then you should only have one instance of the launcher in your program list. Bring that you have multiple entries, your cache was not cleared, thus there lies your problem. The only entry should be the IoX Launcher
-
There are a few bugs in 5.5.0 that weren't in the previous release. A firmware update is coming out soon, not sure if it will address your issue.
-
When you click on the IoX Launcher does the attached window open up? If so, then click on ISY, another window will open showing 3 options, LAN, Cloud, and Dashboard, click oh LAN

Right click on Programs, Select new program: Note: once the sensor wet status is triggered, you'll need to press the sensor set button to reset the sensor to DRY. Keep it simple. You don't need variables IF Leak Sensor WET Status is on THEN Do what ever ELSE (blank) -
The wiring diagram is posted on the forum, you'll need to search for it. The box that the PLM came in has a DB9 to PLM cable stored in the bottom of the box. If you still have it then you just need a serial to USB convertor, which is available on Amazon.
