  1. How do I access the PG3 log?
  2. Rebooted the EISY, it didn't solve the problem. Any other suggestions?
  3. Updated the EISY packages, I'm now getting a "401 Unauthorized" error when I attempt to log into PG3x
  4. On the device that isn't working try removing batteries/power for a minute then put it in the linking mode and do a restore device.
  5. I have an EISY running numerous 2441ZTH on both battery and AC without issues. Put one of the devices into the linking mode and do a diagnostics | show device link tables, then a compare. Do the EISY and the Device link tables match? What's your EISY firmware and UI version?
  6. From the UD Wiki ISY Portal Migrate configurations to a new ISY - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com) ISY Portal Transfer Instructions - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)
  7. No, just via the LAN
  8. The Cloud access is still not working correctly on the EISY, 5.6.2, I'm unable to access tabs and programs. LAN is working correctly.
  9. There's no way to downgrade the EISY firmware. Try a power cycle, if that doesn't resolve your issue then you should probably submit a support ticket.
  10. Insteon traffic has never affected any of my Device link counts, and I've done a large number of them. I think your KPL is the issue. The v.45 KPL firmware is a stable and reliable version.
  11. @dex I have a large quantity of KPLs and occasionally get 1 or 2 mismatched links. What you're experiencing is most likely a KPL with a failing memory Run diagnostics "Show ISY Link Tables" a few times. If the result is consistent, then the problem is in the KPL. What is your firmware and UI version. How old is the KPL, what is the KPL firmware version?
  12. There appears to be an issue with the Cloud access. I just tried the cloud and experienced issues. For now just use the LAN. @Michel Kohanim Can you take a look at the cloud access.
  13. My date stamps are both 2023-06-05. Not sure if this is an issue, but you can try clearing your Java cache, including all installed applications, and then download the IoX Launcher: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  14. Click on Help | About and verify that your firmware and UI are the same version. Try rebooting your EISY/Polisy
  15. Create a 2nd program and move everything in your THEN statement to the THEN statement in the second program. In the first program have the THEN statement call the THEN statement in the 2nd program. The 2nd program will complete even if the door is closed.
  16. That option already exists. You first install the replacement device, which must be the same type of device that you're replacing, but don't rename it. Then right click on the failed device and click on "replace with", and point to the device you just installed. All your scenes and programs will be updated without any user input.
  17. @agoltz Clear your java cache, including all installed applications, and then download the IoX Finder from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  18. @agoltz When you change a PLM you'll always need to manually wake up battery operated devices in order to write the new PLM address into the device.
  19. What is your EISY and UI firmware versions? Did you clear your java cache, including all installed applications, and then download the IoX Finder from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  20. Have you tried rebooting your eisy/polisy?
  21. @TheA2Z Take a look at the attached screenshot. You should first try resetting the eisy network by clicking the front button 4 times
  22. You now need to update the eisy to the current firmware. Click on "update packages" in the configuration tab. It could take a while for the update to complete. This will update your firmware to 5.6.2 After the update you'll need to clear the java cache and then download the IoX Launcher again
  23. Are you on a PC or MAC? Clear your java cache including checking the box "all installed applications", then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Let me know if that resolved the issue.
  24. Are your firmware and UI the same version? Try removing power from the eisy for about 30 seconds.
  25. The PG3x update is working, I'm now on 3.1.29.
