  1. My date stamps are both 2023-06-05. Not sure if this is an issue, but you can try clearing your Java cache, including all installed applications, and then download the IoX Launcher: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  2. Click on Help | About and verify that your firmware and UI are the same version. Try rebooting your EISY/Polisy
  3. Create a 2nd program and move everything in your THEN statement to the THEN statement in the second program. In the first program have the THEN statement call the THEN statement in the 2nd program. The 2nd program will complete even if the door is closed.
  4. That option already exists. You first install the replacement device, which must be the same type of device that you're replacing, but don't rename it. Then right click on the failed device and click on "replace with", and point to the device you just installed. All your scenes and programs will be updated without any user input.
  5. @agoltz Clear your java cache, including all installed applications, and then download the IoX Finder from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  6. @agoltz When you change a PLM you'll always need to manually wake up battery operated devices in order to write the new PLM address into the device.
  7. What is your EISY and UI firmware versions? Did you clear your java cache, including all installed applications, and then download the IoX Finder from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  8. Have you tried rebooting your eisy/polisy?
  9. @TheA2Z Take a look at the attached screenshot. You should first try resetting the eisy network by clicking the front button 4 times
  10. You now need to update the eisy to the current firmware. Click on "update packages" in the configuration tab. It could take a while for the update to complete. This will update your firmware to 5.6.2 After the update you'll need to clear the java cache and then download the IoX Launcher again
  11. Are you on a PC or MAC? Clear your java cache including checking the box "all installed applications", then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Let me know if that resolved the issue.
  12. Are your firmware and UI the same version? Try removing power from the eisy for about 30 seconds.
  13. The PG3x update is working, I'm now on 3.1.29.
  14. Tried to update the EISY from 3.1.28 to 3.1.29. Seems I'm stuck on 3.1.28. I tried several times using both the update packages and a single button push on the eisy, with reboots, to no avail.
  15. The antennas are color coded, there should have been instructions that came with the Zmatter board that detailed the antenna placement. The red banded antenna is Zigbee/Zmatter
  16. Hi everyone, I hope you were able to join us on our ‘Lunch with Insteon’ webinar. If not, here is a recording of it. The passcode is 3UDS$nrv. As I mentioned on the webinar, June 9 is a special day as it is the exact date Insteon Technologies was publicly launched one year ago. We are thrilled with the progress we have made in such a short time, but we know we have so much more we want to do. Here is a quick recap of what we discussed: For the rest of June, we are offering free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $125 when using coupon code INSTEON1YR at checkout (see details here) We introduced the newest addition to our Insteon i3 line – the i3 Keypad which will be shipping in July You can now leave a review or ask questions about our products in our store. We encourage you to do both to help the Insteon community gain peer-to-peer insight to our product line Richard shared some updates on Director app development in regards to I/O Module - Low Voltage Controller (AKA I/O Linc), Mini Remotes, etc From testing hardware (like the new i3 Keypad), to new features in the Insteon Director app, to reviewing Insteon integration with third parties, we need beta testers. Click here to learn more and apply. Last, but certainly not least, we had our first Bright Ideas segment where we highlight customers using the Insteon ecosystem in clever ways. Anne has an incredible story (video) and joined us to share a few comments on how Insteon is a critical part of her accessibility journey. We thank her so much for putting a spotlight on this important community. Thanks and have a great week! Ken CEO, Insteon Technologies Feedback Form Link: https://www.insteon.com/general-feedback
  17. The ESY has four 3.0 USB ports so there's really no need for a splitter.
  18. The Zmatter enclosure has a standard USB connector. You can locate it outside of your cabinet using an USB cable which connects to the USB port on the EISY.
  19. You might have a corrupted link table in the device, try doing a restore device
  20. After a reboot the device status will default to blank until a device status change takes place. If you want an immediate status update on all your device(s) do a query or query all
  21. If I recall there are other options above or below the Migrate option, but I don't remember what they were. Once you click the correct option that menu will go away and your zwave will be fully operational.
  22. No issues with the EISY. Update went smoothly.
  23. @Scott Korvek In addition to what @lilyoyo1 is suggesting, the sequence you should follow is: Remove power from the Polisy and the PLM connected to the Polisy Factory reset the eisy and the USB PLM Power up the EISY with the new USB PLM Restore your backup file to the EISY Do a "restore devices" on the EISY Delete the devices from the EISY that you want to keep on the Polisy Remove power from the EISY and the USB PLM Power up the Polisy and delete the devices you want to keep on the EISY, then power up the EISY. Note: doing a factory reset on a PLM then a restore PLM usually frees up PLM storage space.
  24. @Scott Korvek When you moved over to the EISY your previous PLM addresses would have moved over as well. Being that you're basically starting with a new system you should delete all your devices and PLM from the EISY, then install the new USB PLM and then install each Insteon device. When you restored your previous backup to the EISY it also installed your previous PLM data which is embedded in each Insteon device link table. Doing a restore PLM would write the old PLM data into the EISY. The only workaround is to start anew.
  25. @smithlevenson Are your firmware and UI the same version. Which zwave board do you have, the 300 or 500 series?
