  1. Current firmware for Polisy is 5.5.4 Try removing power from the Polisy, then clear your java cache, including installed applications, then download the IoX Launcher.
  2. @NFLnut My Multisensor 6 is showing Fahrenheit with eisy running 5.5.4. Try removing power from the MS6. After it powers up it could take a while before it changes from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, so give it a couple of hours. All my Multisensor 6 which I have on the ISY994 started out reporting in Centigrade then after a couple of hours changed to Fahrenheit. It's possible that it needs location information from the Hub.
  3. Try clearing your Java cache, including installed applications, then download the IoX Launcher Do you see the Polisy in the IoX Launcher
  4. The Polisy supports the following PLMs: 2412S and 2413S through the DB9 connector on the back. 2413U and 2448A7 through the USB port on the back
  5. My eisy updated to 3.1.20 without issues. My Polisy is at 3.1.16 and won't update. I tried removing power, and did an Iox reboot, but it still won't update.
  6. Take a look at the Polisy user guide, it contains the migration instructions: Polisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)
  7. Try the refresh button in the Launcher. Also try powering down the eisy for a minute. Is your eisy on Wi-Fi or ethernet?
  8. Your firmware versions are correct for migration. Do you have Z-wave or are you just migrating Insteon?
  9. All your issues have been previously reported to UD. Hang in there, the next firmware update should resolve them.
  10. This is a documented issue UD is aware of it and it will hopefully be fixed in the next eisy / Polisy firmware release.
  11. @SteveT As far as the Zmatter board not detecting some device status changes, this is a documented bug and should be resolved in the next firmware release.
  12. The Polisy with the Zmatter card is a controller. A z-wave device can only be linked to one controller. What is it that you would like to accomplish?
  13. You also might want to contact the developer of the node server.
  14. Are you using an ISY994 or ? What's your firmware and UI version
  15. Do you have room to enlarge the admin console window. If not, then under FILES | THEMES, there's an option to adjust the font size. By reducing the font you might be able to fit everything in the main window
  16. @dpierre When you open the IoX Launcher, what do you see? If it's blank, then click the add button and insert your device IP address: https://x.x.x.x:8443/desc. This would be applicable for the Polisy and the eisy.
  17. Do you have the IoX admin console installed
  18. Try removing power from the Polisy, wait about 30 seconds then power it up. Is the Polisy now showing in the admin console.
  19. Are you sure you did a factory reset on the devices before you installed them 1. Remove the battery for 15 seconds 2. Press and hold the set button while installing the battery 3. Release the set button when the status led turns on
  20. The Polisy replaced the ISY994, the EISY replaced the Polisy If your devices are Insteon then you need a PLM
  21. My sensors are the same firmware and hardware versions. so, it's most likely not anything to do with your sensor. Did you try deleting the sensor from the ISY, rebooting the isy then adding it back as a new device.
  22. @ISY4Me Make sure your UD Mobile is not connecting to your guest network, and that only the network you're trying to connect to shows in the Wi-Fi set up window in UD Mobile. Also try removing power from the eisy then allowing it to reboot. I had similar issues and the above suggestions corrected it.
  23. It's possible that one of your programs is in a loop. Try disabling your programs to see if that helps.
  24. In that case I would send an email to support@insteon.com and ask them if they eliminated the heartbeat node. Be sure to give them the 4 digit date code and hardware version printed on the sticker in the device. My devices all have the heartbeat node showing in the device tree.
  25. @wes One other thought, Search your entire device tree, it's possible the heartbeat node got renamed and is displaying somewhere else in the tree RE: upgrading from 4.9.0 to 5.3.4 make sure to read the release notes as some user intervention may be required for scenes and programs
