Seems you somehow have an extra byte in your program that shouldn't be there. try deleting the "Thermo Bonus Sensor" again, save the program then reboot the ISY. Then add the sensor back to the program. Post a screenshot of the email customization.

Some things to try: Check your ethernet cable. Check the ISY power supply voltage. Reboot the ISY Do you have a PLM plugged into the ISY? It's possible that the SD card is not seated properly or is defective

You have an extra character your temperature report which may be interfering with the value. Try deleting the Thermo Bonus Sensor in your program, save the program, then reenter it. T

Odd Admin UI Behavior with Z-Wave Devices
Techman replied to matapan's topic in Z-Wave - Series 300/500
It could be due to marginal communication issue or a minor issue with the Admin console. What version of the Zwave board do you have What are your ISY firmware and UI versions -
It sounds like you have a defective device that when queried creates noise on the powerline. You might want to try independently querying each of your devices to see if you can narrow down the culprit.
-

You can't query a battery-operated device as the device goes to sleep to preserve battery life. The admin console will always show a blank status for battery operated devices after a reboot until the device is activated. It doesn't retain the previous status.

Take a look at this thread, I think it has a solution for you:

@isy99user Take a look at these instructions. Before you download the ISY launcher you need to clear you Java cache and installed applications. ISY Launcher - Current Release Announcements - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com)

When you get home do a PLM link count. If the count is usually low, then it's most likely a PLM problem. You can also try doing a restore PLM which will write all the links stored in the ISY to the PLM. About how many Insteon devices do you have installed, that will determine what the approximate PLM link count should be.

NO To test the sensor place it on a wet paper towel. Once the wet node is on you need to manually reset the sensor by pressing the set button once. The wet should then show as off and the dry mode as on.
-
Try clearing your Java Cache, be sure to check the box "all installed applications", then download the ISY launcher. The ISY 99i was discontinued and is no longer supported, however the ISY launcher should still work. The ISY firmware version should appear in the Version field of the launcher.

Looking ahead, what will be the process for the following: Zwave migration from ISY with 500 series board to Polisy with ZMatter board Zwave migration from ISY with 500 series board to eisy with ZMatter board Zwave migration from Polisy with Zooz 700 dongle to eisy with ZMatter board Where is the Zwave data stored in the ISY with the 500 series board, on the 500 board or in a file?

For some reason the router isn't seeing the Polisy. Make sure the Router is set up to "use the router as a DHCP server". Try reserving a fixed IP address to the Polisy in your Router

Restored PLM now scenes are failing
Techman replied to atmarosi's topic in New user? Having trouble? Start here
Scene data links are stored in each device and the PLM If you disconnect the PLM and then activate a member of a scene all the other scene members should respond as they are not dependent on the PLM Being that the scenes work but not from the ISY, the restore PLM should correct your issues. -
It's possible that the SD card had an issue, or wasn't fully seated in the Ecolink. Once the card is inserted, unplug the Ecolink, that seems to re-read the card once it's plugged back in.

The PLM was manufactured in the 46th week of 2016. It's possible that it has capacitors that are failing. Unfortunately, PLMs are difficult to find. Most of the forum members are either replacing the components or sending the PLM out to someone for repair. Hopefully someone who has had theirs repaired can chime in with more details When you power cycle the ISY and PLM. First plug in the PLM, wait about 15 seconds then power up the ISY You can also try doing a restore device on one of your problem devices to see if that resolves the problem.
-
If you click on "help | about" in the admin console what shows as your UI and firmware versions? What is the 4 digit date code and version number on your PLM? It's possible that your PLM might be failing, or that the power supply for the ISY is failing. Take a look at your error log to see if there's anything related to your issue.

Yes, the ISY recognized them. Click on default sound and you should see all the numbered files on the SD card. Mine goes up to 52 I had to reformat the SD card to FAT16 in order to get it to work properly. ------------------------ From the manual "SD-Card - To override the built-in sounds via the SD-Card format an SD-card with a FAT16 filesystem. The sounds on the SD card must start with a decimal number followed by the name of the sound with a .wav file extension. The encoding for the wav file must be mono.
-
If you're still having issues, unplug the Ecolink from the AC power then plug it back in. I've added, and numbered, my custom sounds 31 to 42 and also overwrote some of the default sounds. Mine works without any issues using the following: Supported Sound Files File Extension: .wav Channels: - Mono Sample Rate 8 kHz Sample 16-bit PCM

It's possible that your Zooz controller is the problem. I would call Zooz technical support. The ZST10 has a 5 year warranty. It doesn't sound like the problem is with the Polisy I believe others on the forum have had to replace defective ZST10s
-
@btreinders Is your Polisy firmware and Bios current? What are you using for your Z-wave controller? Do the same devices always disappear? If you manually reboot the Polisy do the devices disappear?
-
Check your power supply, and all your cables

Take a look at Amazon, their cup runneth over with them. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=2gb+sd+card&crid=2ZG6OSRUWTC0K&sprefix=2gb+sd+card%2Caps%2C127&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
