  1. Try the refresh button in the Launcher. Also try powering down the eisy for a minute. Is your eisy on Wi-Fi or ethernet?
  2. Your firmware versions are correct for migration. Do you have Z-wave or are you just migrating Insteon?
  3. All your issues have been previously reported to UD. Hang in there, the next firmware update should resolve them.
  4. This is a documented issue UD is aware of it and it will hopefully be fixed in the next eisy / Polisy firmware release.
  5. @SteveT As far as the Zmatter board not detecting some device status changes, this is a documented bug and should be resolved in the next firmware release.
  6. The Polisy with the Zmatter card is a controller. A z-wave device can only be linked to one controller. What is it that you would like to accomplish?
  7. You also might want to contact the developer of the node server.
  8. Are you using an ISY994 or ? What's your firmware and UI version
  9. Do you have room to enlarge the admin console window. If not, then under FILES | THEMES, there's an option to adjust the font size. By reducing the font you might be able to fit everything in the main window
  10. @dpierre When you open the IoX Launcher, what do you see? If it's blank, then click the add button and insert your device IP address: https://x.x.x.x:8443/desc. This would be applicable for the Polisy and the eisy.
  11. Do you have the IoX admin console installed
  12. Try removing power from the Polisy, wait about 30 seconds then power it up. Is the Polisy now showing in the admin console.
  13. Are you sure you did a factory reset on the devices before you installed them 1. Remove the battery for 15 seconds 2. Press and hold the set button while installing the battery 3. Release the set button when the status led turns on
  14. The Polisy replaced the ISY994, the EISY replaced the Polisy If your devices are Insteon then you need a PLM
  15. My sensors are the same firmware and hardware versions. so, it's most likely not anything to do with your sensor. Did you try deleting the sensor from the ISY, rebooting the isy then adding it back as a new device.
  16. @ISY4Me Make sure your UD Mobile is not connecting to your guest network, and that only the network you're trying to connect to shows in the Wi-Fi set up window in UD Mobile. Also try removing power from the eisy then allowing it to reboot. I had similar issues and the above suggestions corrected it.
  17. It's possible that one of your programs is in a loop. Try disabling your programs to see if that helps.
  18. In that case I would send an email to support@insteon.com and ask them if they eliminated the heartbeat node. Be sure to give them the 4 digit date code and hardware version printed on the sticker in the device. My devices all have the heartbeat node showing in the device tree.
  19. @wes One other thought, Search your entire device tree, it's possible the heartbeat node got renamed and is displaying somewhere else in the tree RE: upgrading from 4.9.0 to 5.3.4 make sure to read the release notes as some user intervention may be required for scenes and programs
  20. Do you have another open/close sensor installed that shows a heartbeat node, or do you have one that isn't installed that you could test? Either the sensor is defective, or depending on your device firmware version, maybe they eliminated the heartbeat node, which is unlikely What's the 4-digit date code and hardware version of your device. it should be printed on a sticker inside.
  21. To factory reset an IOLinc: 1. Unplug it for 10 seconds 2. While holding down the set button plug it in and continue to keep the set button pressed in for 5 seconds 3. The IOLinc LED will blink once, then the IOLinc will beep as the LED turns back on
  22. Make sure that your admin console is the same version as your ISY firmware. Try doing a factory reset on the device then a restore device. If that doesn't add the heartbeat node than I would uninstall it, factory reset it, and then re-install it If then you're still unable to see the heartbeat node, then you might want to update your ISY firmware to the latest version which has numerous bug fixes and improvements.
  23. @wes Here's a sample of two programs I use to monitor heartbeat. The first program should be "enabled at startup". After you create it, manually run the IF clause to initially start the timer. If the heartbeat is detected, then the first program will restart the timer. If it's not detected, then the second program will run. Program 1 ----------------- IF Sensor heartbeat is not switched on or Sensor heartbeat is not switched off THEN wait 28 hours run program sensor heartbeat Fail (then path) ELSE (blank) Program 2 ---------------------- IF (blank) THEN send notification to your email ELSE (blank)
  24. @Javi Yes, the app is set for local connection. All was working fine until I installed the latest update, 1.0.14. I tried rebooting the Android device yesterday without success. My LAN is a Wi-Fi 6 mesh system. I don't know what changed between yesterday and today, but all is good now
  25. The Aeotec ZW078 is compatible with the ISY Here's their compatibility list https://aeotec.com/compatibility/ Note: the compatibility list contains devices and Hubs that Aeotec has tested and deemed compatible. They don't show the Polisy or eisy yet, but if they work with the ISY994 then they most likely will work with the Polisy and eisy.
