  1. @TVC15 When you clear your java cache be sure to check all 3 boxes. Download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  2. Did you recently update your controller firmware? Have you tried clearing your java cache and downloading the IoX launcher again
  3. A back up file size of 225KB is about right, 6400KB is not normal
  4. Hi Chris, Does this release fix the issue with the bluetooth service losing its setting upon reboot? Backing up 5.8.4 took less than two seconds. Most impressive. I had to check my file list to make sure it actually backed up as I never received a "backing up" notice.

Hi Javi, Ticket submitted. Please let me know if you need any additional info
  6. The manufactures of Z-wave devices usually include nodes that are specific to a controller. It's not unusal to end up with numerous nodes that the UDI controller doesn't use. You'll have to play with all the nodes to find the ones that are applicable to the UDI Controller. Most users create a folder to put the unused nodes in.

Just updated UD Mobile for Android with the latest release Synchronize fails with error message "Could not get node object. Too many rows in cursor2398" The app now opens in the device tree rather than the previous home page. There's a graphic at the top of a window that I dont want. The home button opens to a blank page The automation button opens the previous version home page, plus a graphic at the top, the previous home page icons in the middle and examples at the bottom. I much prefer the previous versions layout which worked well except for a small issue with the favorites moving around when they weren't suppose to.
  8. @Nestor If you followed the migrations instructions, and had a good ISY backup, any issues should be minimal. Eisy:User Guide - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)

  11. The only problem I've come across with the Multisensor 7 is that the USB socket is right next to the set button. When a USB cable is plugged into the sensor it's almost impossible to use the set button. They recently came out with the Multisensor 8, however I haven't seen one so I don't know if they relocated the set button. You might want to contact Aerotech support and ask them if that issue has been resolved. I use several battery operated Multisensors outdoors under the eaves. They work well and I haven't had any issues with them.
  12. Scenes are more efficient than programs. You would add each device into a scene as a Controller. When a device in a scene, or the scene itself, is turned on or off all the devices in that scene would also turn on or off. Here's a link to a scene tutorial ISY-99i/ISY-26 INSTEON:Working With Scenes - in-depth tutorial - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)
  13. @djones1415 When you rplaced the PLM did you follow the "replace plm procedures"? see attached Replace PLM.pdf
  14. It's possible that those devices have a marginal signal. Have you tried adding a z-wave repeater? It looks like device 168 is communicating with the controller but not the other devices. Are the devices 500 or 700 series?
  15. Are any of the devices that you're unable to update battery powered? Which controller and Z-wave dongle are you using, 500 or 700 series?
  16. Use HTML instead of text For line feeds insert <BR> at the end of the line.
  17. In PG3x, if you've tried "Auto Discover IoX's" and "Refresh IoX's", then it's probably best to submit a support ticket To submit a ticket: https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets
  18. I've never used the 2663-222, but the specs say it supports load sensing. If there's an option in the admin console to turn on or off load sensing you might try tweaking that feature. It's also possible that the relay for the bottom plug failed. Being that the outlet is rated for 15 amps it should be compatible with your pump unless the pump is bogged down and drawning more that 15 amps.
  19. @Javi RE: Icons, I noticed that when you have grouped devices only the primary icon can be changed. Is that by design?
  20. One longshot you can try is removing power from the Polisy for about a minute, then boot up
  21. Techman replied to tibbar's topic in ZMatter
The Zmatter dongle specs, and Z-wave certification, show that Z-wave LR is supported
  22. What type of device is 27.EC.8F Try doing a diagnostics / compare on the device to see if the link tables are damaged.
  23. In your device tree, disable the motion sensor then try the backup again The battery state shouldn't make a difference as the device is usually asleep when you do a backup.
  24. Perhaps @bmercier might have a suggestion
  25. In PG3, in the IoX Configuration tab, have you tried "refresh Iox" and "auto discover iox"?
