@gviliunas @GTench Your issues appear to be unique to your platforms. I didn't experience any of the issues you mentioned after the 3.2.2 update.

Admin Console won't load programs
The UI and firmware versions can be found in the Admin Console under HELP | ABOUT One thing you can try is removing power from the ISY, then remove the SD card and reseat it. Let me know if that resolves the problem.

Admin Console won't load programs
What's your current firmware and UI versions?

Admin Console won't load programs
Most likely your firmware and UI don't match. What's your current firmware version? Clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed applications" then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
@Chris Jahn I just heard back from Aeotec. They may have the firmware in the OTZ format, they're currently looking for it. Is that workable?

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
@Chris Jahn I just sent a support ticket to Aeotec to see if they will furnish the raw firmware file for the Multisensor 6. What file format(s) do you need for OTA updates?

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
Hi Chris, Aeotec has the latest firmware, version 1.15, on their site for the Multisensor 6. The update files are available in two formats, RAR, and HEC. I've zipped both and attached them. Does your OTA support HEC? I noticed that their firmware update for the illumino dimmer switch is in the GBL format OTA of ZW100_MultiSensor 6_US_V1_15.zip MultiSensor 6_US_v_1.15.zip

Aeotec Siren 6
@mikek The documentation is attached. The included sound effects may differ a little from what the documentation shows. Ecolink Zwave Chime.pdf

Aeotec Siren 6
If you have Zwave, an alternative to the Insteon siren is the Ecolink 700 Ecolink 700 Series Z-Wave Siren/Notification Device - Ecolink (discoverecolink.com) You can record custom voice messages on an SD card in addition to using its prerecorded sounds. It works well with the ISY994, the Polisy and the EISY.

PLM replacement trouble
Both the 2457D2 and the 2635-222, both in stock at Insteon.com, will also work as range extenders.

Migrating PLM from HCA to eISY. Can I import everything already in the Link tables?
The eisy supports the 2413U. I'm assuming that all your devices are Insteon. If you want Zwave or Zigbee support then you'll need the Zmatter module for the eisy. Unfortunately, you'll have to start from scratch. Doing a factory reset on the PLM, and all your devices, and then link them to the eisy. This is the only method for the link tables to be recognized by the eisy. Your programs and any scenes will have to be manually recreated in the eisy. You'll first need to install the admin console from this link: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Prior to linking any devices you should do an "update packages", from the admin console, on the eisy which will bring it up to the current firmware version. The UDI Wiki contains a lot of useful information, take a look at this link: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page Once you're up and running you'll find the eisy to be an impressive controller. Someone is always available on this forum to help if you have any questions.

Migrating PLM from HCA to eISY. Can I import everything already in the Link tables?
The only migrations options to an EISY are from either a Polisy or an ISY994 What's the model number of your PLM?

Where do i find 5.6.4 or 5.6.3 for my 5.6.0 ?
In the admin console, under the configuration tab, click on upgrade packages. Thet will update your eisy to 5.6.4 After the update, which may take a while, a window will pop up asking you to reboot, clear your java cache and load the Iox Launcer.

Admin Console Wont Load
Reboot your computer, then clear the java cache and download the IoX Launcher (again) I think you had multiple versions of launcher programs running at the same time. You should only have the java Web Launcher running in the windows task manager. Web start launcher shouldn't be running.
-
Admin Console Wont Load
Are you on a Windows or MAC, and what version? You might have to disable firewall software before installing IoX Launcher. The java you have installed is correct.

Admin Console Wont Load
@ulrick65 Clear your java cache, including checking the box "installed applications, then download the IoX Launcher, from the link below, which will put a shortcut on your desktop. https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp You'll also need to update your ISY to 5.3.4 (assuming that you're not using the Zwave 300 card) prior to migrating to the eisy. Be sure to carefully read the ISY to EISY migration instructions before trying to migrate. Any time you update the ISY or EISY firmware you'll need to clear your java cache and reinstall the IoX Launcher You also need to update your eisy firmware prior to migration. This may take a while so be patient. Let me know if this resolves your issues.

Query all not running
Everything you need to know is in this document universal-devices.com/docs/production/The+ISY994+Home+Automation+Cookbook.pdf
-
Query all not running
1. bad bulb 2. Lose connection in the socket 3. The triac in the Insteon dimmer is on the way out 4. Voltage fluctuations in your light circuit
-
Query all not running
It should stay a solid green, even with Insteon traffic.. Could be a defective led or a problem with the PLM power supply. If everything is working, I would ignore it.

question - what is Install Dev Packages
My bad, I totally overlooked it. I believe it has been used to fix node server issues. I'm not sure exactly what gets updated.
-
Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
@Geddy The first time I clicked on Upgrade I didn't get a reboot notice, I clicked on Upgrade a second time and the reboot window popped up after a short while. All my Zwave devices are working normally after the 2nd upgrade.

Where do you see "install Dev Packages? "Upgrade packages" updates your firmware to the current version

Post a copy of the program.

Support Thread for IoX 5.6.4
@landolfi For the Multisensor 6, Aeotec states: Do not update V1.08 (or previous versions) to V1.09 or later, this will brick older MultiSensor 6 units. Currently, Aeotec states that you have to use the Zensys tool and Zstick to verify firmware version. This requires unlinking the device from the ISY and linking it to the Zstick. Not the most desirable option. It's possible that the Xray tool can show the firmware version under Command Class but I'm not sure where you would find it
