Did you remove the Z-wave dongle while the Polisy was powered up?

Did you follow the installation instructions? Is your ethernet cable plugged into the port closest to the DB9 connector. Can you access the Polisy from the admin console?

Do a reboot

If you pick one up, could you post a review. It looks promising, especially with the ability to add custom sounds

Your best bet would be to search on the Z-wave Alliance Catalog of Certified Z-Wave Products for U.S. / Canada / Mexico (z-wavealliance.org)

Do you have the ISY994 or the Polisy? What version of the Zwave dongle do you have, 300, 500 or 700? What is the distance between the closest non-battery operated Z-wave device and your controller? Are you Z-wave devices plug-in or in the wall?

If the fluorescent tubes use a ballast, then it would be considered an inductive load. Some of the newer fluorescent tube replacements use the led technology.

Unplug it, wait about 30 seconds then try another factory reset, then a restore device. If that doesn't work, then it may have reached its end of life

The additional Z-wave nodes are due to an anomaly between the Z-wave device and your controller. As oskrypuch mentioned, create a folder and move the nodes you aren't using into that folder, that way you won't see them.

@smarthome_newbie What are your ISY firmware and UI versions? What version of the Zwave dongle are you running, 300 or 500? Early versions of the siren had compatible issues with some versions of the ISY firmware

Try clearing your Java cache, including applications, then download the ISY launcher. If that doesn't resolve the problem then you may need to also install the 32 bit Java, which is Version 8, Update 331.

This is the download for the ISY launcher, which is the one you should use. Be sure to clear your java cache including applications before you install the launcher When the launcher opens you can click on either LAN or Cloud access to the ISY start.jnlp

In the Polygot setup window, The ISY address should be that of the Polisy and not the ISY?

After the upgrade did you delete your java cache, including applications and then download the ISY Launcher. The correct link is below. https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

Your IOLinc is a fairly recent version. Your hex address is clear, so there's no chance of any digits being misread. Delete the device from the ISY Do a factory reset on the device by unplugging it, then hold down the set button while you plug it in. After a few seconds you'll get a long beep, continue holding in the set button until the beep stops. In the admin console go to Link management, New Insteon device. type in the 6 digit hex address and click OK. The ISY should auto discover and install the correct device.

What is the 6 digit hex address of the device xx.xx.xx ?

On the Polygot settings page, verify that you have the correct parameters for the Polyglot web port and for the ISY settings

Sometimes you just end up with phantom nodes, if you find that you don't need them put them in a folder.
