Z-wave error
@Michel Kohanim I just tested the Polisy with the Zooz dongle and the Aeotec Multisensor 6 using external power. I set the sensor's parameters to report every 30 seconds. I'm happy to report that the Multisensor 6 is reporting correctly. I'm assuming that the Aeotec ZWA039 Temperature & Humidity Sensor was indeed defective.

Cannot disable programs
Are you trying to disable programs from the Admin console or ?? What is your ISY firmware and UI version?

Z-wave error
@Michel Kohanim I tried installing it on both the ISY994 with the 500 board as well as the Polisy with the Zooz 700.. I experienced the same issue on both so I'm assuming that the device is defective and I'm returning it. Aeotec shows it as tested and compatible with the ISY994. If you still want me to run some tests with the Polisy Z-wave, I have some Aeotec Multisensors 6 that I could use with power. Let me know.

Z-wave error
Mine looks the same except my NETWORK EMPTY shows True. I currently don't have any Z-wave devices installed

Z-wave error
@Michel Kohanim When I remove the device, factory reset it, and re-install it I get the following errors. Please take a look at my previous post. Not sure where my problem lies.

Z-wave error
Polisy with Zooz Z-wave When I try to either query or set a parameter for the Aeotec ZWA039 Temperature & Humidity Sensor I get the following error(s) after I wake up the sensor. The sensor is within 5 feet of the Polisy. Not sure if it's a defective sensor, which I just purchased, or a Polisy bug.

Creating the ZWave mesh network..Having issues
Does you ISY have the 300 or 500 series Z-wave dongle? The ISY Z-wave signal has a limited range so your best bet would be to install a Z-wave repeater within 20 feet of the ISY. The Aeotec repeater is both a repeater and signal amplifier. Keeping in mind that the Z-wave mesh network is RF it's best to keep the repeater plugged into an outlet that is high up and free of obstructions. You may need more than one repeater depending on you layout. The Z-wave outlets have their antennas buried in the wall which reduces the RF signal range.

ISY Admin Console Disable Device question
When a device is disabled the ISY ignores the device, whether it's powered up or not.

Total Bust
Currently the Zwave dongle in the Polisy doesn't display version or library info. Maybe in later firmware releases.

Alternative to Insteon Motion Sensor II?
If you have Z-wave then the Aeotec Multisensor 7 or Aeotec Motion Sensor are both excellent products. In addition to motion they also show temperature and humidity depending on which one you use.

Rebuilt os and can no longer get into admin console
You need to download the ISY Launcher which will put an icon on your desktop. Make sure you have Java installed on your computer before installing the ISY Launcher. Click on this link to download the ISY Launcher: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

What would I loose if I migrated now from an ISY994 to a Polisy?
That's correct.
-
Total Bust
Under configuration you need to check (enable) the Insteon and Zwave boxes

What would I loose if I migrated now from an ISY994 to a Polisy?
You should run the PLM link count when the ISY is not busy, the link count could vary somewhat due to ISY activity 532 is the current number of links stored in your PLM

Insteon keypad button & backlight synchronization - 2 keypads controlling one scene
The backlight levels for a keypad can be set using the admin console Set your keypad buttons for TOGGLE. Why do you have buttons B, C and D in the scene? Button A should light when the scene is on and turn off when the scene is off.

Hit limit on adding Mini Remotes
Is your device a 4 scene or 8 scene? (do you have buttons A - H) Make sure the battey is fully charged before you try to link. Being that it's an RF only device try moving it closer to the PLM. If that doesn't work then do a factory reset on the device and try again. What is you UI version

Z-Wave migration
@Michel Kohanim Do you have an approximate timeframe when the ISY to Polisy Z-wave migration will be available? Will it include OTA device update feature, if not when do you think it will available?

Is Insteon dead?
It's possible that the dimmers may be back in stock about February. The Polisy is the replacement for the ISY. You may want to take a look at Z-wave devices. The ISY and Polisy both support Z-wave

What firmware should I upgrade to from 5.2?
Anytime you update your ISY firmware you MUST clear your Java cache including applications and then download the ISY launcher.
-
What firmware should I upgrade to from 5.2?
When you click on Help | About the admin console what does it show for firmware and UI? When you cleared your Java cache did you also check the box for Applications. Which would have deleted your ISY Launcher from your desktop. You would then need to download the ISY Launcher.

ISY on Polisy v5.3.0 (IoP) - OUTDATED
The Z-wave migration from the ISY to the Polisy in still under development. Currently your only option would be to build your Z-wave network from scratch on the Polisy. The PLM shipped with a serial cable that works with the Polisy's 9 pin serial port. The Z-wave dongle which is compatible with the Polisy is the Zooz ZST10. It uses the 700 series chip.

Backup Errors -->need a solid backup before moving to Polisy
What is your current firmware and UI version?

ISY on Polisy v5.3.0 (IoP) - OUTDATED
Polisy is the replacement for the ISY994. The Polisy, as does the ISY, requires a PLM which is currently unavailable. No one knows when it will be restocked. The Polisy can support Z-wave without the need for a PLM

Control condition not picking up the switch press...
It's possible that your PLM has reached its capacity. When you delete certain items the link tables will continue remain in the PLM. The only way to remove those unused links and reclaim storage space in the PLM is to do a factory reset on it then a Restore PLM. If you don't have any battery-operated devices then it should go smoothly. If you do have battery operated devices then you need to disable automatic writes to battery devices in the admin console before you do a restore PLM. You'll then need to put each battery device into the linking mode, only one at a time, and then do a restore device. Take the device out of the linking mode before you restore the next one. Don't forget to do an ISY backup before you do anything.
