  1. It's remotely possible that the SD card is damaged. Also check your ethernet cable and try rebooting your router. Are you trying to access the ISY from the admin console?

@JSchumann I'm using the same email settings as you, however I don't have TLS checked and I'm using a different ISP, not Comcast You might try increasing the timeout, and/or unchecking TLS

I'm running 5.3.4 and use text messages via ATT.NET and found it to be very reliable with no delays. I have my timeout(ms) set to 6000
  4. @larryllix Could you post a screenshot of your "search" option. Are you referring to "find/replace"?
  5. Update your ISY firmware an UI to 5.3.4, it has bug fixes that may help. The update is easy.
  6. You can try both I have several Multisensor 6 and found them to be very reliable. On one occasion I had to remove and re-add one to the Zwave network to clear up an anomaly. When you re-add the sensor it may report in Celsius for a short while before it automatically changes to Fahrenheit. What ISY firmware and UI are you running? What Zwave board do you have, the 300 or 500 series?
  7. What's the make and model of your sensor? You can try uninstalling and re-installing the sensor, that may clear up the anomaly.
  8. Check your ZW009_1 to make sure it's configured for Fahrenheit and not Celsius.
  9. Change your email notification from TEXT to HTML
  10. Seems you somehow have an extra byte in your program that shouldn't be there. try deleting the "Thermo Bonus Sensor" again, save the program then reboot the ISY. Then add the sensor back to the program. Post a screenshot of the email customization.

The forth coming zmatter add-on hardware for the Polisy, and the upcoming eisy, will support 3rd party devices that support matter. Matter will not be available for the ISY994. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matter_(standard)
  12. Some things to try: Check your ethernet cable. Check the ISY power supply voltage. Reboot the ISY Do you have a PLM plugged into the ISY? It's possible that the SD card is not seated properly or is defective
  13. You have an extra character your temperature report which may be interfering with the value. Try deleting the Thermo Bonus Sensor in your program, save the program, then reenter it. T
  14. What's the version number of the KPLs I wonder if they took older KPLs and updated the date for warranty purposes.
  15. Looks like you bought the only two they had, they're now out of stock
  16. It could be due to marginal communication issue or a minor issue with the Admin console. What version of the Zwave board do you have What are your ISY firmware and UI versions
  17. It sounds like you have a defective device that when queried creates noise on the powerline. You might want to try independently querying each of your devices to see if you can narrow down the culprit.
  18. @ewind Try these variables in your email notification settings
  19. You can't query a battery-operated device as the device goes to sleep to preserve battery life. The admin console will always show a blank status for battery operated devices after a reboot until the device is activated. It doesn't retain the previous status.
  20. Just received this email: for my friends up North Hi all, This is the update I have been waiting to send! Not only do we have more units of the Dimmer Switch (2477D) in stock, we also have a very limited supply of the Keypad Dimmer, 6-Button (2334-232) and Keypad Dimmer, 8-Button (2334-222) available. Additionally, we have worked with our logistics partner and are now able to offer shipping to Canada. If you have not done so already, please create a new account on our new store at shop.insteon.com. Remember, this store account has nothing to do with your Insteon Hub account (ie, what email and password you use to log into your Insteon mobile app). Rest assured, we have more product in the pipeline. We will let you know when it hits the store later this month. Thanks, Ken CEO Insteon Technologies 4790 Irvine Blvd. Suite 105-665, Irvine, CA 92620

Take a look at this thread, I think it has a solution for you:
  22. @isy99user Take a look at these instructions. Before you download the ISY launcher you need to clear you Java cache and installed applications. ISY Launcher - Current Release Announcements - Universal Devices Forum (universal-devices.com)
  23. When you get home do a PLM link count. If the count is usually low, then it's most likely a PLM problem. You can also try doing a restore PLM which will write all the links stored in the ISY to the PLM. About how many Insteon devices do you have installed, that will determine what the approximate PLM link count should be.
  24. You may have to do a factory reset on the KPL, then right click on the device in the ISY and do a restore device.
  25. NO To test the sensor place it on a wet paper towel. Once the wet node is on you need to manually reset the sensor by pressing the set button once. The wet should then show as off and the dry mode as on.
