  1. A few things to try/check In your Sunset program you need to run the DOWSTAIRS "THEN" not the "IF" Make sure your variables are STATE and not integer variables if they trigger a function. I see where you're setting the variables but not where they are in the program Sometimes adding a 2 second WAIT before a line that's not executing helps.
  2. The newer on/off switches have only 2 leds, on and off. They install and work just like the previous release. On/off switches are not, and cannot, be used as dimmers as they use a relay and not a triac, to control the load.
  3. 170001 are informational messages and can be ignored.
  4. If you have an unused/spare zwave device, try installing it In the Zwave menu, under advanced, zwave information, you should see the info in the attached screenshot, assuming that you don't have the Zooz dongle attached.
  5. Try removing power from the Polisy for about 15 seconds. The Polisy should see the new board, If it's still not recognized then It's probably best to open a support ticket with UD support@universal-devices.com

If the red led blinks when you push a KPL button it means that one of the responders didn't acknowledge the message. If it flashes green that means that the responder(s) acknowledged the message If it's just a faint red while the KPL is idle I would just ignore it and move on.
  7. Yes, but the migration option isn't available yet, hopefully sometime this week. For now, I'm using the Polisy as a test platform, and using the 994i to run everything
  8. Make sure "Zwave support" box is checked on the configuration tab. Zwave should be working using the current firmware.

The 2334-222 is in stock Dimmer Keypad, 8-Button – Insteon Did you try doing a factory reset by pulling out the set button, then pushing in the set button, and holding it in until the KPL beeps, continuing holding it in until the beeping stops. The load should then turn on. Then do a restore device from the admin console.
  10. When you hear back from UD could you post the steps taken to resolve the issue for others who may have the same problem
  11. It's probably best to open a support ticket with UD. support@universal-devices.com
  12. @inovermyhead Try removing power from the Polisy for about 15 seconds then allow it to reboot If it's not on 5.4.5 then try another package update
  13. Try pressing the reset button on the front of the Polisy ONCE which should update you to 5.4.5 After the update clear your Java cache, including all applications and then download the ISY launcher
  14. Probably a wise decision.
  15. If I do a restore device I get the attached error message.
  16. I had a similar problem. I did a synchronize nodes which fixed it.
  17. They're in the email sent by UD
  18. Just finished installing the Zmatter board. When installing the antenna connectors on the Polisy case place the serrated washer on the inside and the split locknut on the outside under the nut. Once the nut is tightened down the antennas won't move. You might have to rotate the antenna connectors when inserting them into the Polisy lid, they definitely fit without doing any modifications to the lid Connecting the antenna leads to the Zmatter board once the board is installed is somewhat difficult, as the Zigbee lead barely makes it to the board. It's probably best to connect the antennas to the board before inserting the board. I started fresh and removed my Zwave devices and the Zooz dongle before the installation. After the installation I installed a few test Zwave devices without out issues. For now, you just get the basic Zwave options. Looking forward to future firmware updates with the enhanced Zwave features.
  19. Insteon is alive and well. Some products are currently available, others will be available in Q1 2023. Here's the link to the new Insteon store: Collections – Insteon

Try removing power from the Polisy. If that doesn't work you can manually add it to the finder using the ADD button in the finder,

Some things to check: Make sure your network has DHCP auto enabled Your ethernet cable must be plugged into the port closet to the DB9 connector
  22. Hello, I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! I know I speak for everyone at Insteon when I say how thankful we are for all of the support we have received since we acquired the company back in June. From the kind words in handwritten notes to valuable constructive criticism and questions on Zoom webinars, we take it all to heart and appreciate it. As we head into this holiday season, we are not slowing down. We have more product on its way. We have more updates to the Director app coming soon. We will continue to keep this momentum going. So, again - thank you. Ken CEO Insteon Technologies Insteon Technologies 4790 Irvine Blvd. Suite 105-665, Irvine, CA 92620
  23. Actually, the Betamax format was superior to VHS. VHS won due to marketing and politics.
  24. Each Z-wave controller can support 232 devices. The Insteon protocol is superior to Z-wave on many fronts. Here's a Q & A for Z-wave Z-Wave FAQs (clarecontrols.com) Advanced Z-Wave Concepts (clarecontrols.com)
