Smarthome is sold out of all PLMs and won't have stock for the foreseeable future. However, there's a few USB PLMs available on amazon for $20 over list price. This may be the last chance to pick one up.

No need to, fortunately Michel and his staff have done a great job

From UDI website: Polisy is powerful. It boasts 1Ghz Quad Core AMD CPU, 4GB RAM, 32GB 3D NAND SSD, 3 x 1 GB Ethernet ports, and extensive I/O features. Its prowess is assured by a lean fine-tuned version of BSD Unix. Its security hardened by TPM boot. Its reliability, viability, and support is guaranteed by the same team that brought you the ISY.

Try removing power from the ISY, then power it up. What lights on lit on the ISY front panel? Prior to downloading the launcher did you clear your java cache including applications?
-
try rebooting the ISY and/or rebooting your router.

110022 is "Open file failed" 110012 is "SD Drive Config file open read failed" Try removing your SD card, clean the contacts with a soft eraser and reinsert the card. If that doesn't fix your problem then you may have to replace the SD card. Be sure to remove power from the ISY before removing the SD card.

You would use the same settings as you use for your regular email program Set timeout for about 6000 Don't check USE TLS The update from 4.x.x to 5.x.x was a major update and requires some user intervention as set forth in the update notes.
-
When you update from 4.x.x to 5.x.x some of the configuration parameters may get changed. Take a look at your email settings in the ISY.

Hard to say, sometimes the link tables get corrupted due to power line voltage fluctuations or noise on the powerline. Glad you're squared away.
-
In the Admin console, do a restore device on the Kitchen Table Chandelier switch and the two other switches.. Your link tables may be corrupted and the restore device should correct it. Another possibility is that you have noise on the powerline that's interfering with the commands. Are the recessed lights you're trying to control low voltage or ??

You should be able to use your 2413S with the Polisy using the serial cable that shipped with the PLM. The Polisy will also support the USB PLM -
Sometimes when installing Z-wave devices you'll end up with extra phantom nodes. I just create a folder and move those nodes to the folder and ignore them. Not sure exactly what your configuration issue is. You could be entering an incorrect value. When you do enter a value be sure to click in the "set configuration" button to the left

Take a look at Z-Wave options Something like this may work: Zooz Z-Wave Plus 700 Series Universal Relay ZEN17 with 2 NO & NC Relay - The Smartest House

When you make changes to a value you need to click on the button to the left, i.e. "BEEP" to save it. What are your firmware and UI versions? -
My guess is that the regular log contains device and program activity and the error log contains system activity
-
17001 is informational, i.e. "-170001 [HTTP:0-26] Closing socket normally " If there's an error after the 170001 then you would need to follow up

AWS Stauts report 2:04 PM PST We have executed a mitigation which is showing significant recovery in the US-EAST-1 Region. We are continuing to closely monitor the health of the network devices and we expect to continue to make progress towards full recovery. We still do not have an ETA for full recovery at this time.
-
Will the Polisy, using the Zooz Z-Wave stick, support over the air updates to Z-wave devices that support that feature?

Amazon and some other services including Prime Video and Alexa have been hit by computer problems. Thousands of users across the world have been reporting problems on the outage tracking website Downdetector. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing arm, which provides services to governments, companies and universities, is also affected. Amazon said it had identified the cause and was "actively working towards recovery", but gave no timescale. The company added that not all regions of the world had experienced problems. There are reports the biggest disruption for customers is being seen on the US east coast. On the Amazon shopping website, many users reported just a slow loading of pages rather than an inability to use the service.

Being that's it's device specific I would assume that if a device has marginal communications between it and the PLM increasing the PLM retires might improve reliability. On the other hand increasing retries will create additional traffic on the mesh network.

Your device will either send a low battery signal or a battery level signal to the ISY. I'm not familiar with the leak sensor you're using so I'm not sure what signal it sends. You need to take a look in the ISY at the nodes the device installs. If there's a low battery node then you'll need to set the parameter in the leak sensor to the percentage value sent to trigger the ISY low battery node. In the ISY you would then write a program that notifies you when the low battery node status is on. If the device sends the actual battery percentage, then you would use the program I suggested in my previous post.
-
In the admin console status window for some devices it should display the battery percentage node. You would then use that battery node in your program IF (Device name) Battery level is <90% Then Send message

I have these, works well with the Polisy. https://www.amazon.com/USB-Male-Female-Extension-Adapter/dp/B07QYS3FD8/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2RTDD1D9GGK3V&keywords=posdou%2Busb%2B3.0%2Bmale%2Bto%2Bfemale%2B90%2Bdegree%2Bright%2Bangle%2Bextension%2Badapter&qid=1638384205&sprefix=posdou%2Busb%2B3.0%2Bmale%2Bto%2Bfemale%2B90%2Bdegree%2Bright%2Bangle%2Bextension%2Badapter%2Caps%2C207&sr=8-3&th=1
