I just installed Putty. When I try to input the password I'm having the same issue as I did with Windows SSH. I don't see the keyboard input and I get a password denied. I'm using a wireless bluetooth keyboard, I wonder if that could be an issue? Password for polisy@polisy: End of keyboard-interactive prompts from server Access denied Keyboard-interactive authentication prompts from server: Password for polisy@polisy:

Thanks, I've got to run out, will give Putty a try when I get back

When I'm at the "Password for admin@polisy" prompt it still won't accept any input from the keyboard. Do I need a port number. Seems it's using port 22

Using SSH with windows 10 to login into Polisy - When it asks for password it won't allow/accept any typed input. Any suggestions?

This is the program you need. If If status front door is on Then Set dining room light on wait 25 minutes Set dining room light off Else (blank)

Please let me know if you're able to reproduce so I can eliminate it being a possible issue on my end

Zwave switch ON/OFF yields errors during Status/other checks
Techman replied to cdave1252's topic in Z-Wave - Series 300/500
@cddave1252 The 500 series Z-wave board is not compatible with the ISY 4.9.0 firmware. You need to update to your ISY firmware and UI to 5.3.4 Be sure to read the firmware release notes before updating as the update requires some user intervention. -
After running several tests I can confirm that Z-wave will not work on the Polisy if you don't have a PLM attached and the Insteon box is checked in which case I get the "Z-wave dongle not responding." message
-
Do I access the log file via Telnet or ??
-
The Z-wave dongle is now working. The log show that it stopped about 1/25, possibly after I did a Polisy package update. I unchecked Insteon (I don't and didn't have a PLM connected) and rebooted the Polisy which now shows Z-wave as active. It's possible that one of the Polisy updates didn't like Insteon being checked without a PLM attached and had an adverse effect on Z-wave.

@Michel Kohanim Yes, it's the Zooz 700 w/yellow cap. Polisy power supply is 1.5 amps Note: Z-wave was working until recently. UPDATE: I thought I would try a factory reset on the dongle but noticed that the only way to factory reset it is through the host software which I'm unable to access. Not sure if the dongle died or the issue is with the Polisy

I installed all the latest package updates and am now getting "Z-wave dongle not responding." I've tried rebooting, removing and inserting dongle, etc., but to no avail. Don't know if the dongle died or it's a firmware issue
-
Glad you got it resolved The node in red (ZW030 on-off power switch) should have worked as a controller in the scene.
-
What's your ISY firmware and UI What Z-wave board do you have the 300 or 500 series? Can you post a copy of your program
-
Did you right click on the Switch then click on add to scene as Controller. For your program use STATUS instead of CONTROL.

Polisy PLM , will it work with serial, usb or both types
Techman replied to EricBarish's topic in IoX Support
Polisy will work with Z-wave, without a PLM, if you use the Zooz 700 Z-wave dongle. Uncheck the Insteon box, in system configuration, if you're not using it. Not sure if it supports Zigbee. -
I've had Java remove the memory setting during a Java update. It's best to check the setting anytime Java updates

I no longer can find the ISY on Polisy using the launcher

Try rebooting the Polisy by sticking a paper clip into the hole in front of the Polisy and push the button ONCE -
@Michel Kohanim RE: Polisy and Aeotec Multisensor 6 If I select a parameter number and click on query should I be able to pull the value of that parameter from the device? Currently when I click on query with the parameter value at 0 it attempts to write to the device.
-
OTA = Over the Air firmware updates for Z-wave devices that support that feature.
-
@Michel Kohanim I just tested the Polisy with the Zooz dongle and the Aeotec Multisensor 6 using external power. I set the sensor's parameters to report every 30 seconds. I'm happy to report that the Multisensor 6 is reporting correctly. I'm assuming that the Aeotec ZWA039 Temperature & Humidity Sensor was indeed defective.
-
Are you trying to disable programs from the Admin console or ?? What is your ISY firmware and UI version?
-
@Michel Kohanim I tried installing it on both the ISY994 with the 500 board as well as the Polisy with the Zooz 700.. I experienced the same issue on both so I'm assuming that the device is defective and I'm returning it. Aeotec shows it as tested and compatible with the ISY994. If you still want me to run some tests with the Polisy Z-wave, I have some Aeotec Multisensors 6 that I could use with power. Let me know.

Mine looks the same except my NETWORK EMPTY shows True. I currently don't have any Z-wave devices installed
