Lost all insteon devices
@shm It's possible your PLM is failing. What's the 4 digit date code and version number? The good news is that Insteon now has PLMs in stock, so you might want to order a backup replacement.

Lost all insteon devices
Unplug you PLM, wait about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Is the green led on the PLM lit? In the admin console, click on TOOLS, DIAGNOSTICS, PLM STATUS, does it show the PLM as connected?

isy with Insteon 2477d and electrical issue
@DRousseau Currently, does one of the switches turn on the load, or do both switches not turn on the load? If one switch turns the load on but the other doesn't then you need to create a scene with both switches as controllers in the scene.

Not able to sync
Remove power from the EISY, then power it up, wait a minute, then press the front button ONCE. Wait about 10 minutes while the eisy updates. Clear your Java cache, including installed applications and then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Are you using the same PLM for both the ISY994 and the EISY? What is the firmware version on your ISY994?

Polisy Migration
It looks like you have your Rx and Tx connections reversed. Also make sure that Insteon is enabled in your configuration screen. Let me know if that resolves your issue

Email customization body formatting
Use HTML and at the end of each line add "<BR><BR>" , which is a CR

Disconnected
Check to make sure your password is entered in PG3 under system You can also try removing power from the EISY, this worked for me.

All devices turning ON at random
Take a look at this link. Under these circumstances the EISY would not be aware of the ALL ON event INSTEON Random All On Events - Universal Devices, Inc. Wiki (universal-devices.com)

New Clean EISY - Fresh Update - Fresh Migration - Can't login to PG3x
To resolve the EISY PGx login issue, either press the button on the front of the EISY once and wait about 5 minutes while the EISY updates. If that doesn't work, then remove power from the EISY and then power it back up.

Insteon 2-wire 2474DWH LED bypass solution to not impact ISY signals?
You would need something like this. https://www.amazon.com/Aeotec-AEZW150-Bypass-Z-Wave-Dimmer/dp/B017BK1MIA The led bulbs are controlled by a built-in electronic circuit which does not allow enough voltage to pass to the 2474DWH switch, which has a triac dimmer, for it to properly work.

my Polisy keeps rebooting, about once a week or two
@bpwwer @DennisC In addition to the 401 error I was getting, lately every time I accessed the EISY in the AC I would get a popup that there were updates available and to press update packages, which I did, but the message would keep reappearing each time I opened the AC. I finally got both problems resolved by pressing the button on the front of the EISY once.

my Polisy keeps rebooting, about once a week or two
Here's the error message I get when I try to access PGx prior to removing power. An EISY reboot doesn't resolve the error. Any suggestions?
-
my Polisy keeps rebooting, about once a week or two
Almost every time I update packages on the EISY I'm then unable to access PGx. The only way I've found to resolve this is to remove power from the EISY.

Can’t Create Schedule/Program
What device is the screenshot from? Are on a ISY994, Polisy or EISY What are your firmware and UI versions?

ZooZ Zen34 Remote Switch Pairing/Functioning Issue - Please Advise
I add a similar issue with the Multisensor 6. Interview didn't resolve it. I finally got it resolved by removing the device from the eisy and re-adding it.

SynchroLinc Dissapointment.
@ShawnW I just ran some more tests on the Smart Switch 7 Switch 7. By changing Param 21 (Watt report Threshold) to 10, the switch reported the on/off load change within 2 to 3 seconds. So it will most likely work for your application.
-
Strange SwitchLinc behavior
Are the switches in a scene? Are they linked together? What are you using as a controller? A double tap will always turn the load on to 100%, a single tap will turn the load on to the value set in the switch that is currently turning on the load.

cannot determine insteon engine
@SHM What is the address of the switch you're trying to add? Is it a new dual band switch that you're trying to add? Do you have other dual band devices in your system? Are the 2 legs of your powerline bridged using dual band devices?
-
cannot determine insteon engine
The error message you're getting indicates that the PLM is unable to communicate with the switch. What is the 6-digit address of the switch you're trying to add as sometimes the address can be misread. If the address is correct then I would focus on possible noise on the powerline, Have you recently added any new electronics or devices that might be causing interference?
