Is there a way to turn off “upgrade available”?
Of late, the whole upgrade notification method currently in use by UD, is less than ideal. Besides the issue with UD Mobile notifying you daily about an upgrade, the upgrade notice in eisy, eisy.local/system/upgrade, just doesn't work. It rarely shows upgrade available when there is one. Case in point, I waited for two weeks when others on the forum indicate that the latest firmware was available before I upgraded. The upgrade status page in eisy never showed it was available. It was much better when staff made a post in the forum that and upgrade was available and gave some details about what changed.

How to Access eisy.ui
UD is moving to single sign on solution across all of their platforms. That's why we are seeing logins with portal credentials. Using port 3000 is a local login. When eisy.local, UD Mobile, or pg3 is signed in with a local account, certain plugins stop (because they are using portal credentials) and then restart ( so they are visible with local credentials). I don't recall the list of plugins this impacts off hand, but I know one of them is Elk. There have been several posts in the forum from members complaining about plugins stopping and restarting.

How to Access eisy.ui
Out of an abondance or curiosity, does https://eisy.local open eisy UI? Note: If you previously used port :3000, make sure it is NOT at the end of https://eisy.local before hitting enter. Sometimes browser cache comes in to play and you do not want to start eisy UI using port 3000.

How to Access eisy.ui
My explanation might have been an over implication. From Wikipedia: Multicast DNS (mDNS) is a computer networking protocol that resolves hostnames to IP addresses within small networks that do not include a local name server. t is a zero-configuration service, using essentially the same programming interfaces, packet formats and operating semantics as unicast Domain Name System (DNS). It was designed to work as either a stand-alone protocol or compatible with standard DNS servers. When an mDNS client needs to resolve a hostname, it sends an IP multicast query message that asks the host having that name to identify itself. That target machine then multicasts a message that includes its IP address. All machines in that subnet can then use that information to update their mDNS caches.

How to Access eisy.ui
I understand what you are saying. But, reinforcing my previous disclosure about not being a network guy, I don't think eisy.local relies on DNS. I "think" eisy advertises itself on your local network using mDNS (Multicast DNS). It is not a "real IP address". It is just yelling out "is there anybody called eisy.local" and eisy replies. I also don't think its the same setup as IoX Launcher.

How to Access eisy.ui
Have you tried it? I'm not a network guy, so I am sure others would be able to explain it better then I could. But I thought eisy broadcasted it's name across the network. Oh, all routers I have had in last 10 years had DNS built-in. Just use the router address if needed.

Moving from 994i/ Mobilinc HD to eisy/UD Mobile
Glad you got it working. I will offer up one more suggestion, for what it's worth. If I was in your situation, I would create one or more programs, including devices that make sense for your layout, either having no IF statement, or having a time based IF statement. For the THEN portion of the program, have the listed lights turn off. Next, I would leave the program disabled and when needed, either just run the THEN statement from UD Mobile, or if time based, enable the program. You could take it further and have the time based program set back to disable after running. If you end up with more than 1 program you could use 1 program to run a bunch of them. Doing this from UD Mobile it becomes much wiser then looking for lights or devices that are still on and turning off individually. Oh, it won't hurt anything to turn off a device that is already off.

Moving from 994i/ Mobilinc HD to eisy/UD Mobile
The best way I know to see at a glance what is on and what is off it to create a favorites page with a folder for lights. Create tiles for the lights you want to monitor and then add Advance Status Configuration and a formula to change the icon color when the light is on. This will stand out and let you see quickly what is on. I would think the bigger question is why or how are you needing to review what lights are on? If you have lights on that shouldn't be or you don't want to be on, why? If it is the result of programming not working or something else, maybe that need to be addressed?

Password reset procedure doesn’t work
Well, that's why I asked the question. Is that the button he is holding or is he doing something different? If he is doing it correctly, it's odd that it's not working for him. Any time I have tried, I never had an issue.

Password reset procedure doesn’t work
For starters, what device device are you attempting to reset the login on? When you say physical button, what button are you referring to?

Bond Node Server Comes up Disconnected
If you haven't run upgrade packages in awhile, try doing that. There was a recent version that caused some issues with certain plugins. It's best to get to at least v6.4.

What is suggested best practice to update to 6.x
If you are already on at lease v6.0, UD has suggested in other posts to do further upgrades from eisy.local.

Yes, from the menu you can select what is wanted. In the menu do you have a Home tab? You can click on Home and add what you want to the main page - sorta like favorites. There should be a gear icon in upper right that lets you modify the page.

Yolink Upgrade
When you get to the main page, refresh the page and it should load. Not sure what browser you are using, but on Chrome, that's semi circle just before the web address. Once you are in, go to the hamburger menu in upper left corner and select system from the bottom of the page. There you will see the version of IoX. You should be on at least v6.0.4. If not upgrade packages on the same page. Previous version had a bug that required a page refresh to load. There is no longer to set up eisy UI, info should just load. Use the menu to go to pg3, nodes, program status, or settings. Note: you can not edit or create programs from here yet, for that, use admin console.

Does http://eisy.local work? As I posted above, when you use port 3000 (which is no longer recommended) you are using a local port. That means your login credentials are your local credentials, not your portal credentials. If you are using https://eisy.local or http//:eisy.local, sign in with your portal credentials. If you receive a network error, then I suggest going to https://my.isy.io/index.htm and try to login with your portal credentials. If that still doesn't work, or you can login to the portal but not eisy UI with the same credentials using either of the two addresses I posted, then open a support ticket. Note: you could try a reboot first. For your information, UD is moving towards single sign on, meaning all logins will be using the portal credentials. As I said earlier, using port 3000 causes issues with some plugins.

I agree, and unfortunately, while I support UD completely, they have not always been good at disseminating information. For awhile we were being told when a new upgrade was available and what corrections or new additions had been included. Not so much now......

Try accessing PG3 via web browser by this address: http://eisy.local:3000/ @Geddy Using the local port 3000 is no longer recommend by UD. When using port 3000, there are certain plugins that disconnect and then reconnect. This happens when trying to access pg3, eisy UI, or UD Mobile (local) when using this port. That is why I suggested using the official method for accessing pg3. I know this from a support ticket on this issue. UD is aware of this and they are working on an alternative, but for now they recommend staying away from port 3000. I believe there are some post that include reply's from UD staff also mentioning this.

Thanks for the screenshot. I think the key to your issue is displayed in the screenshot. Notice it says "getting list of purchases"? To me, that means it is not getting the list and therefore, pg3 doesn't know you have purchased the plugin. There is a shortly of things I would try and if they don't work, I suggest you stop and open a support ticket with UD. Try rebooting, wait about 15 - 20 minutes and try again. Make sure when you log in you use your portal credentials. How are you accessing pg3? Right now, if you are on eisy, the official way to access pg3 is from https://eisy.local or http://eisy.local. Log in to the portal and double check your portal subscription is active and eisy is online. Try running upgrade packages, be sure to wait for the notice to reboot and give ample time before logging in again.

Z-wave connectivity
This is the kind of thing you should open a support ticket with UD on. Chris would be able to determine if it can be linked to UD device, or maybe even make a small tweak to make it so.

Go back to the main dashboard. Along the top menu there is an item that says Purchases. Is Yolink listed as a purchased plugin?

Not Seeing elk-m1 zone status
Something that is worth mentioning, the Elk M1XEP should have DHCP enabled in the M1XEP set up. Then go to your router and make sure the new IP address has a DHCP reservation for the IP address. If you don't do this and there is a power failure or your router gets rebooted, you may end up with a new IP address for your Elk system. If this happens you will be right back where you were and you will not have communication between easy and Elk.

Not Seeing elk-m1 zone status
Can't see Elk zones change status in what app? Not sure if you are talking about in eisy or something else? By Elk software, are you talking about Elk RP2? That is where you can find out what IP Elk is using. When you connect to your site, the is a popup to connect to the Elk M1XEP. You should be able to see the IP that was last programmed on the right side. Once connected to the M1XEP, there are various tabs for settings. If you are talking about easy, you need to sign in to PG3x and go to the Elk plugin, configuration screen to configure the Elk's IP address for the plugin to connect with it.

Instead of testing for a known value, can you include a "if it is not" and add all of the known values?

What does "fail" mean? The preferred way to access eisy UI is either: https://eisy.local or http://eisy.local What happens when you try these? Note, there is a bug that gives you a blank screen , refresh the page and it should then load.
