  1. View the log!!
  2. Burglar alarms, fail-secure locks, electric hot water heaters to name a few.
  3. It's not possible for "something" to be on the neutral wire that is not also on the line wire.
  4. Hold the Off button until the KPL beeps, about 5-6 seconds. Release. The top and bottom buttons will begin blinking. Hold the button a 2nd time until it beeps. Release. Hold the button a 3rd time until the blinking stops. The Off button will illuminate when the load is off.
  5. The device is remote controllable. Have you ever turned something on of off inadvertently by remote control?
  6. I could be if the lights are in the MS FOV. It could also be a low battery.
  7. Have them post the issue here
  8. Safety note: Even if the device did not return to an ON state, no one should toss a flammable object on something that can get hot, most especially if it's remote controllable.
  9. Grouping is purely cosmetic, it's independent of function.
  10. If you did not change the default port, then entering only the LAN IP address (without any suffix) should open the HTML interface asking for your user name and password. Does that work? If you did change to port number, then add : followed port number to the IP address (no spaces).
  11. That's it? Did I miss the part that makes it "better?" Does a different method require less than the more than a dozen or so steps you've outlined? Do other methods require that you have to ask Alexa to add the devices more than a few times? Or can they not do that at all? I'm not saying that what you've done isn't great. I just don't know what makes it better.
  12. I thought I made it clear that I was referring to the topic, specifically, Question about the repeat command I guess I wasn't specific enough. Lee, you are correct. I should not be so terse
  13. Since the topic is about the command itself, I'll add the placing one or more statements between Repeat 0 times and Repeat 1 time has the same effect as REMing those statements. The ISY does not provide a REM command. Great for troubleshooting a program.
  14. The only diagrams I found also don't really show reset button wiring. Power up the spare and test the voltage across the Reset button in both positions. Hopefully you have access to 220VAC, but if not, 120VAC will provide some information.
  15. In the interim, could you mention some specifics. Which is better, a sports car or a moving van?
  16. Alexa has a few different responses when thanked
  17. That was an out-of-home call
  18. Good to know. I should've known that few hour call would take nearly all night
  19. Hmm, I've been asking about that. I'll be out for a few hours. That's good, it'll give you some time to provide a more accurate description of the wiring
  20. This is what I get when clicking on your link: 404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
  21. That coincides with the nightly system query. The log may provide some clues.
  22. That's makes sense only if there's a second 2-wire cable.
  23. No image!
  24. That sounds like the button is set to non-Toggle Off, not non-Toggle On.
  25. Still confused. You indicated that, at the 4-gang box, the black wire from the 2-wire cable connects to the black screw on the 3-way switch. Also, that the black wire from the 2-wire cable connects the red wire from the 3-wire cable.
