Your description. Sounds like the old Switchlinc X10 receive only devices. In that case they would send no power line signals to control any other devices. Model number as Stu mentioned would be needed to answer your question.

The 8015 didn't work correctly with the I/OLinc if you connected it to the 1/8" sensor interface jack. As it was incorrectly wired to work with it. It was originally made for an earlier Smarthome device. If you cut off the 1/8" plug and wired the cable to the terminal block. It could work. I also found if used on AC over a few volts. It violated the reverse voltage specification for the Optocoupler in it. That could be why the kit had low ratings. It didn't work correctly.

I reversed engineered the connections and did have an 8015 work OK on an I/OLinc. I would guess the 8013 also had the reversed signals on its 1/8" jack.

Have you tried a different cable between the PLM and the ISY99i? You may want to open a support ticket with UDI. If you followed the wiki and still get the safe mode. There is a small chance the power surge that took out the PLM. Also damaged the serial port in the ISY99i.

I don't see the 2441ZTH listed in the drop down list of modules it knows about. You may want to verify it can even be added to an ISY setup.

Power supplies in some electronic devices will make power line noise or absorb Insteon power line signals. If you can try a different circuit not tied to the I/OLinc that may help or put the POE's AC power supply on a Filterlinc

How old is the SwitchLinc? The earlier hardware versions had a tact switch issue. The paddle would activate the switch and it would click but it didn't make electrical contact. Symptoms where similar to what you are seeing. Paddle works intermittently or stops completely working. Though a controller had complete control. Smarthome actually gave the SwitchLincs in the possible problem manufacturing date range. A seven yeay warranty. You may want to try a power cycle reset on them.

You can't add it to your ISY994i setup as Stu pointed out. Actually after a Factory Reset. The 2000STW has a default X10 address of A1. You can program a different one into it. You can send X10 commands from your ISY994i but only in programs. 17 is a very low count. Did you try a count a few times? Any Insteon traffic during the count can make it incorrect. Do you know about how old the 2413S is? There are many reports of them failing in around two years. Mine died at 2 years and 3 months. Just out of warranty. I rebuilt mine from the information in one of the threads here. I understand they recently updated the hardware and firmware in them to correct problems.

They have been doing a complete update to both the Smarthome.com and Insteon.com web sites recently. I had problems from time to time that came and went. Seems much better now. Though I had to get use to some of the new pages and how they access other pages.

The ISY99i is discontinued and because of firmware limitations. It will not support any of the latest Insteon Devices due to older firmware. The last firmware for the ISY99i is 3.3.10.

I can't say about the sales pages. I can verify almost all of the links the developers use. Are now giving an error 404 page not found error. With a message they are getting ready for some big improvements. I just went to the sales site and it seemed to be running OK now. Maybe it is now corrected.
