3.2.5 was just released. So probably going for the latest would be best.

Not going to work with out a SD card. Mine has a 1GB one in it.

Make sure that 3.2.4 is displayed in the UI and Firmware lines of the Help Tab About Choice. Do you have any Dual Band Devices or a passive phase coupler in your setup to bridge the homes split phase power?

You should have a micro SD card behind the cover. You may want to contact the vendor you bought it from. Though I know UDI's support is second to none and they may post some added thoughts.

Power Strip? If the power strip has noise filtering in it. It can absorb the Insteon Signals. Try a test with direct AC wall power.

Lee, My ISY994i has a small plasitc snap on cover on the front marked. "MicroSD" next to the red error LED. I have never peeked inside it.

It does sound like some transient or noise. Messing up the KPLs electronic. If you pull the Air Gap Switch on the KPL and wait a few seconds. Then gently push it in to its normal position {too far may reset it}. Does the problem clear up?

The ISY Maximums you listed are for the Pro versions of the 99i and 994i The Standard 99i and 994i maximums are 256 Devices/Scenes and 300 Programs.

Did you use the Start Linking choice when adding the devices and then stop the process after you where through with the Finish Button? Is the LED on the PLM still flashing like it is in the linking mode?

Yes. That is what the manual says. Battery has to be removed and then reinstalled a few seconds later for the jumper change to happen.

blueman2; V2.4 is more likely the hardware version. That would be the number on a white sticker. What firmware version is reported by My Lighting?

Regular incandescent bulbs being used? The InLineLinc Dimmer isn't powered through another switch is it?

I have seen the internal photos of the 2491T in the FCC Database. It does look like it can take the Humidity Module. You may want to see if the module is installed as I believe it maybe an option. If not the HUM/NO HUM jumper is set to NO HUM.

I have seen some internal photos of the Dual Band wired in devices, in the FCC database. There antennas are not in an ideal place for coverage.

Teken; You just don't have any older hardware 2476S SwitchLinc Relays. They all didn't have an Air Gap Switch and used a 100% different Factory Reset procedure. My thoughts are the 2476ST was also developed from the before Air Gap Switch was added to the relay style Switchlincs. To factory reset a 2476S that has no Air Gap Switch: Hold top paddle for 10 seconds. Then release. Press the set Button and then release. Press the set button again and continue to hold it for 10 seconds before releasing. In a few seconds the load turns On and the Factory reset is complete. You may want to look at the 2411R Manual to see if your TV remote will work with it. It only accepts NEC IR Codes. Page 12 of the Users Manual gives examples. http://www.smarthome.com/manuals/2411R.pdf I believe the unit ships with a remote also. They also make IR Extenders. Where you point the remote at a IR receiver and it sends a RF signal to its mating receiver in another part of the home. It then converts it back to IR that can then activate the IR sensor you added to the 99i.

The 2412N Smartlinc is not compatible. You need a 2412S or 2413S PLM. The RJ45 connector on the 2412S and 2413S may look like a network connector but they have RS232 serial signals on them. Not a network connection like the 2412N has. The 2412S is discontinued and replaced by the 2413S Dual Band PLM. Since the 2413S does not provide power to the ISY99i like the 2412S did. Any linking and scene creation should be done through the Administrative Console. The Administrative Console doesn't know the manual links you did and will not show status changes and may eventually over write the devices link database as it doesn't know existing links are in it. Also if the modules are new. They are probably I2CS protocol ones. So ISY firmware 3.2.3 should be used.

Are the SwitchLinc and TriggerLinc module recently purchased? Did you do the linking and scene creation through the Administrative Console? Devices linked with the Manual Set Button Sequence will not show up in My Lighting.

I believe the wiki said below 2.7.15 only supported 512K or smaller. Someone may have more data for you. From what I see it. When you remove the old SD Card the firmware goes with it and you pick the firmware you want to add to the new one during the procedure.
