I'm in the same boat on a MAC, tried to follow all the instructions.  I am a longtime ISY user. Everything was working 2 months ago, just wanted to update some times and have spent the last two night trying to "Find ISY."  Now the UD icon is gone off my desktop and when I click on start.jnlp it get the screenshot shown below, can't verify developer.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to solution

Open System Preferences, and click on the Security and Privacy icon, General tab.  You should be able to allow 'start.jnlp' from there.

Thank you!!  It worked as described.  Really appreciate the support, it would have spent endless hours trying to get this to launch.  Thx, Ron

Glad that @Bumbershoot was able to provide the help. It seems that's similar to the directions in the ISY Wiki for MAC users found here - https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#MAC_Users

EDIT: Moved from prior location as was new issue.
