  1. Once the new software has been upgraded the Node Server needs to be restarted. Once done select update profile in the AC for the parent virtual Node. Close the AC and log back in and everything should appear. Sometimes both the Polyglot & ISY Series Controller need to be rebooted one at a time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. When time permits another feature request is having the ability to reset the low & high counters. Ideally, each counter could be independently reset in case the user really needs to keep track of either. Rebooting the ISY Series Controller / Polisy Node Server isn't ideal to solve this problem.
  3. I believe all of this is working as expected as seen below. I'm not going to lie but this took way longer than it should have! ? ? Regardless, this was a huge undertaking by @markv58 Thank You -Sir! ?
  4. @markv58 I'm not have any luck getting this to work unless the second THEN in the program is set to use a State Variable. Can you provide an image capture of how you have this set up so it displays a precision decimal??
  5. As I’m sitting in the garage just sweating balls. Had a few seconds to login and that just made my day! [emoji3] Keys to the Rolls Royce is under the welcome mat. 7. @markv58 You're just grinding it out today! ? Would it be much work to put a third box to indicate the average temperature. Also, can you change the heading to see how it would look with Current Temp, Previous Temp?
  8. OK - Tease! ? ? Now, impress me by incorporating the ability to track the low, high, and current temperature!
  9. @markv58 That would be great and have changed the precision from 0 - 1. I'll change it to 2 to see if something shows up in the AC. As you noted this is a AC display issue as far as I can tell because the temperature data is coming in and the state variable is changing. This shouldn't be so hard to get working and thus my frustration with myself. ☹️
  10. I don't believe this latest release is operating as one would expect to be honest. In 1.0.3 everything just worked and the only changes I needed to do was change my program to use Convert raw to precision. Now, things simply don't work and what's odd is the State Table when I pressed the set temp in any of those nodes changed, than flipped to some random single digit value?? The AC never updates the system with the most recent value?!? As an aside when people append their programs as much as I appreciate it - it really has no value. As the text doesn't render and display the true option selected. Everyone is going to have some random word that describes their widget - that's meaningless. This is why I always try to upload an image capture of my settings when I'm in front of a PC. There is no guessing or ambiguity as to what option in a drop down was selected and almost everyone one can follow that. Lastly, when someone is looking at the AC for each node and see's three buttons from Set Temperature, Convert Raw to Prec, Convert F to C. Am I the only one who feels you're supposed to click on them and expect something to happen and stay that way??? Having pressed these buttons in the early stages at first glance I was like *Great a single button to enable something* - Nope! All it does as far as I could tell is it will literally at that moment in time do X. And when X changes the system will return to what ever X was before?!? I've seen this in several other node servers so this isn't unique to this one. I pretty much just ignore pressing any of these buttons unless its something so obvious like *Enable Logging, Update Profile, Rediscover* etc.
  11. I'm just seeing zeros in the AC and the variables are updating per the summary page.
  12. Spoke too soon everything just stopped updating in the AC?!? Really trying to hammer out all the steps to make this work but just shooting in the virtual dark. ?
  13. @markv58 Just updated the profile - success! I had to change all of the programs back from set temp to convert raw to prec. Just sitting watching all the of system environmental sensors update as the day gets hotter. Please add the update profile as a trouble shooting tip to the configuration help file. Thank You - Sir! ?
  14. Updated to 1.06, updated all values to temperaturecr, restarted the virtual server - no joy. ☹️ Even changed the ISY Prec to 1 and 0 just to see if there was something obvious - no joy. ? Reviewing the virtual node server logs simply states *Converting to raw* nothing else. So the system does see the new values coming in but doesn't convert them to precision. As a Hell Mary pass, I just changed one program back to *Set Temperature* where the system reads the State Variable - Some Joy! ? I don't care what anyone says but being able to see the previous value is just sexy as all hell! Thank You! ?
  15. You don't need to purchase anything this is solely to unify the users login experience using SSO. Just create a portal account and insure both credentials match for the forum and ISY Portal.
  16. @markv58 Had a few moments to go into the programs and selected the virtual device in the THEN section and saw the three new options in the drop down list. I toggled between a few of them and returned to convert raw to prec. No joy . . . ?
  17. OK, loaded 1.04 and have entered temperaturecr back into the value field. Was there something else I needed to do before the readings will stream in as they all reset to zero even after watching a few sensors update?!?
  18. @viper14 I've been thinking about this all day (I know worried about others problems?) can you enable the default mail server. Change one of your programs to use the UDI default mail server and lets see what happens. This way it eliminates a configuration for SMTP but doesn't identify any network related issues on site. As Mr.Bill noted, please grab the error log and append it here . . .
  19. @markv58 I'll let someone else take one for the team this Friday! ?

    Polisy?

I look at it this way like a eight cylinder vehicle. If you're just putting around just getting laundry and grocery done - great! This doesn't remotely tax the engine in any way and you just keep sipping gas. Now, you got that really heavy load in the back and you're going up a steep hill. You think having a four cylinder engine towing tonnes of weight is this going to be fun - Nope! Now, that same eight cylinder monster under the hood will just laugh and tow your skinny aszz up that hill while there's a stupid grin on your face!
  21. Welps, If its possible I would take the controller to a off site and see how it performs. If you can send mail reliably for the entire day you know its something in your network that is causing this block. If on the other hand you see the same thing well its the configuration of the SMTP or the controller. If after checking all of the SMTP settings you can always go for broke and restore the controller . . . Submit a TSR (Technical Support Request) with UDI via the on line submission form before going the wipe and go approach. Michel and team may very well find something very simply in the config or setting in the controller. Regardless, keep us all in the loop of the final outcome and the break fix . . .

    Polisy?

No ETA on when the team is ready to begin the migration process. In passing conversations in related threads Michel simply affirmed the Polisy would be the next generation home automation controller. Unless something changes drastically I don’t foresee this happening anytime soon in 2020. [emoji53] I’d love to be proven wrong as I’m itching to get all of my energy management into a more powerful computer system. [emoji869] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. @markv58 Another feature request is some form of heart beat that the Node Server is up and running. Also, would it be possible to incorporate something to track the last state / previous temperature?!? [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Is the ISY Series Controller using a static IP or given a reserved one IP based on MAC address? Are you using Suricata, pfBlocker, did you update pfSense during that period? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
