  1. Hi Rob, Please do make sure that BOTH the subject and the body are NOT empty. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi stusviews, How many accounts are there on the portal? There's a 5 account limit per ISY/Portal. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi stusview, Thanks SO very much. Fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi madcodger, Yes, of course and already there: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration#Instructions_for_using_Multiple_Echos_Connected_Home With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi fryfrog, Agreed. We already provided this feedback to Amazon and they mentioned that they would work on it. This said, we have not really heard back from Amazon for over 3 weeks now. This is a little troubling since we were on their V2 API list and cannot test it. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi mapeter, Unfortunately there are no APIs that allow the Portal to tell Alexa what to say in the Connected Home realm. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi saphotoexpress, I am so very sorry to hear. If the logs you have posted are from the time that you think All On happened, then it's NOT an All On since ISY knows about it. What I would look for is a program that turns on/off: Scene:Garage FP Test On Wed 2016/03/02 05:55:00 AM Program Log With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi MWareman, I like it very much. Everything is fully tested and working properly. The changes are MASSIVE so we are considering either having a by-invitation-only release OR make it ALPHA. Regardless, we'll definitely have it this week. Stay tuned please. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Thanks Stu! With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Stu, I will send you an email tomorrow. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi ccclapp, No, multi channel will NOT work on 5.0.2. It will work on 5.0.3. It means that there will be a procedure to migrate existing 5.0.2/4.4.x Z-Wave nodes to support multi-channel. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi ccclapp, Z-Wave nodes will require migration. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Dayebefigge, http://www.universal-devices.com . With kind regards, Michel
  14. Multi channel in its way this week! With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Stusviews, I think it's time for a remote session! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi mapeter, These are reserved words that cannot be used by any connected device (unfortunately). With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Non Sequor, In that case, the issue is either of the following: 1. The cable to the router 2. The router port 3. ISY If you have tried 1 and 2, please contact sales@universal-devices.com for an RMA. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi stusviews, What operating system are you on? I did have the same issue with one customer and the issue was the persistent Amazon cookies on the browser (MAC). Had to log out of all Amazon accounts (even though you might not be logged in, the cookie stays there for your name), close ALL the browsers, and then do it one at a time. Repeat the same procedure for the second account. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi rehills, It should be coming but I am afraid to give it any ETA after all the missed dates for 5.0.3! In short, 5.0.3 is the foundation upon which all of these will be implemented. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Non Sequor, I am so very sorry to hear. As Brian indicated, this is definitely networking related. If the lights on the Network jack are on (or blinking) without both turning OFF at the same time, then the issue is definitely not ISY hardware related. If you have a mini USB to USB cable and a Windows computer, we can login to your computer and see what ISY is complaining about. Please do not hesitate to submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello all, Sincere apologies. This was a bug introduced when we added support for multiple Echo accounts. It's now fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi whywork, No problem. Today we added support for multiple echos. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi ccclapp, Aren't there volume up/down commands? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Pascal, thanks so very much for the feedback. Hi GT, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Harold, Please do submit a ticket so that we can see what's going on. It seems that the issue is related to noise/signal (or defective devices). My first recommendation in these cases is to plug in the PLM into an outlet that's not shared by other power supplies and transformers. With kind regards, Michel
