  2. Hi Pascal, My pleasure. Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support in case we can be of further assistance. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Pascal, Welcome to the forum. I assure you that there are no bugs. If you cannot backup/restore anything on a MAC, there are only 3 possibilities: 1. When initially installed, perhaps permissions were not accepted (Permissions to run Admin Console published by Universal Devices) 2. You should use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp(do not use the browser/Applet plugin) 3. A firewall software that blocks communications with ISY What I suggest: 1. Clear your Java cache 2. Restore Security Prompts (Java Console | Security | Restore Security Prompts) 3. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp- make sure you accept the certificate In all cases, you are welcome to contact our support and we'd be delighted to get to the bottom of it. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi IanSmith, In addition to excellent feedback from jerlands: 1. Make sure the program actually ran (Program tab | Summary ... Last Runtime) 2. Make sure there are no comm errors (Admin Console | Login ... check whether or not you have any ! next to any of your devices) 3. To check your logs, you don't need to configure anything: Admin Console | Tools | Log With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi stusviews, Sincere apologies for the misinformation. I had completely forgotten that we had tied echo accounts to ISY's UUID within the main account (for performance reasons) and not sub accounts. Let me see what it takes to untie them without having a major impact on performance. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Scyto, The first step is to use Alexa app and make sure Alexa heard you correctly. If it did, then next step is to login to Admin Console | Configuration | Portal and then check and see if ISY is online. If that's also OK, then check the error log for communication errors with the portal. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Tim, I might be wrong but I do not think MobiLinc direct connection ever worked with Geo Fencing as it requires MobiLinc Connect service. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Matt, Please submit a ticket and we'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Matt, 1. Please clear your Java cache (http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml) 2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Harold, Auto Discover should find devices as old as 2007. So, if you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi whywork, It's already there: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18113-isy-portal-release-notes/ With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi whywork, We do have release notes for ISY Portal: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18113-isy-portal-release-notes/ With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Joe, I suspect you are running out of nodes. Can you please right mouse click | Delete on the KPL. If there are more buttons associated with it, you will see a dialog with a list of all the associated buttons. If you only have one, then continue with deletion and then link it again. If it only shows up with one button, then you need to upgrade to PRO (Help | Purchase Modules). With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Tim, Geo Fencing does not work with ISY Portal and MobiLinc. You can instead use Locative (IOS) or Tasker (Android) to do geo fencing with ISY Portal: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Geo_Fencing With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi blakevh, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Leon, The range extender is a good idea (if they have it). The load controller might not be since: 1. It depends on the meter sending DRLC events 2. ISY cannot do anything with it With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Leon, Correct, the channel is 21. I do not think channel is an issue. I think the major issue is the wall between your meter (outside) and ISY. What you can do is to get a coax cable (not too long) and bring the antenna closer to the meter. Please note that you do need a 2.4Ghz antenna (you can use the antenna that comes with ISY). With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Leon, Repeaters must be Smart Energy profile certified. So, the link to SmartenIt will definitely NOT work. Do you have any other devices that talk to your meter? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Leon, As Teken correctly pointed out, you will need to purchase SEP repeaters and they are expensive. KevinNH is also correct. Can you please check the channel in the Dashboard (under summary)? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi EddieRock, Thanks so very much for the update and I am so very glad you got it figure out. Correct, all you need are ports 443 and 8001 to my.isy.io. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi EddieRock, Please do make sure that you do not have MobiLinc Connect module installed. Please also make sure that ISY can get out to the internet and, specifically, my.isy.io is NOT blocked on port 443 and 8001. You do NOT need any port forwarding. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi rehills, I am so very sorry to hear. ISY can only support one portal: either MobiLinc Connect or ISY Portal. Please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com and let us know which you wish to keep and we'll process a refund for the other. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Rob, I think it would be best to submit a ticket so that we can login to your computer and see what's taking place. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Harold, I am so very sorry to hear. Please submit another ticket and we'd be delighted to get to the bottom of the issues you are having. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi universe, It depends on the firmware on the unit. Older versions only support up to 1G and thus my recommendation. With kind regards, Michel
