  1. Hi Leon, ZS series requires the ZigBee Smart Meter dongle (not RCS). Once you have that, then you can connect to your Oncor meter and see real time energy information (and prices if they send it). With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi MWareman, It should but we are in the queue! With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi CTBigman, I am so very sorry to hear. Please send your Tools | Error Log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi ccclapp, I am not sure how MobiLinc works. If you can create different profiles (for different ISYs), then it should work. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello everyone, Just wanted to let you know that we were given the go ahead by Amazon to open the gate. So, everyone is now welcome and we are no longer in Beta. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello everyone, Honeywell is the only company that actually approached us to add support for their WiFi thermostats (Comfort API) and even sent us a thermostat immediately! Since the solution is cloud based, we are going to have to use the ISY Portal. This said, we are going to working on it shortly and as soon as 5.0.3 is available. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi pwerboost, I am so very sorry to hear. Can you please let me know the number of links in your PLM? Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM Links, followed by Start, wait for completion, and then the Count button. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Gerry, I just realized that you can create a new account under your account for ISY. Each account can have its own Amazon Account and Preferred ISY. The only drawback is that you would need TWO usernames: one for each account and the new user must be Admin for the second account. In the Admin Console, you need to approve the new account as you would the old account. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi ccclapp, The issue is that MobiLinc does not send the correct packet for subscriptions. That's why we had to use the Preferred ISY in the portal so that we would know which ISY. Unfortunately, at the moment, you really cannot use MobiLinc with two ISYs on the same portal unless you create two accounts in the portal and have the preferred ISY for each. If you go this route, you will also need two usernames. Once you have done this (create an account under your main account), then the process is the same. Make sure you approve the new account in Admin Console | Configuration | Portal. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Gerry, At the moment, that's correct. This said, I know you can associate "one account" with multiple ISYs and then say "Alexa, ask izzy to switch ISY". I am certain that if there are more requests for multiple ISY/Amazon account linkages, we'll definitely consider implementing. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Rob, Thank you and we'll certainly look into it. This said, ISY creates links during Start Linking and this might cause other things that may require major regression testing. With regards to names, we'll look into it but I very much doubt we'll be expending more time on changes to the Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi rccoleman, Figuring out the address is one thing. Creating linkages it's another. For INSTEON HUB, that would be easy since you are communicating directly with the PLM and not using APIs. I do not know what Indigo does. Please note that the issue is not that these are battery operated. The issue is that these devices are controllers only (they do not respond to events) so, unlike others, the PLM has to go into Slave mode and that never worked reliably through their APIs and with older devices. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi aaronburnlab, We sent three emails to Logitech for access to their developer APIs and all were ignored. We even sent an email to their gaming division which responded and forwarded us back to the same email that ignores us. We really cannot do anything till we have access to the API to figure out the best path forward. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello all, Apologies for missing this topic. You cannot link Controller Only devices using Start Linking. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi pwerboost, I think your PLM has lost its links: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=INSTEON_No_Status_Feedback_From_Devices(please ignore the title). With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Guys, Agreed and will be done shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi all, More documentation can be found here: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#ISY_Portal.2FAmazon_Echo We are also going to add a comprehensive list of names that the Skill understands. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi ccclapp, Here's the link to the instructions: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Admin_Console With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Deane, I am so very glad to hear and thanks so very much for the update. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Jamison_IO, No integration with INSTOEN HUB is planned. ISY now works with Echo just in case that's what you are interested in. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Deane Johnson, When you want another device to join ISY, it should be as simple as Z-Wave | Include. The main question is whether or not SmartThings has a Learn feature that can import all the nodes from ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi 502ss, Unfortunately not. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello all, The only possible reason would be that 1. What ISY considered to be the status is NOT the same when IOLinc is queried (Trigger Reverse?) 2. There's a program that depends on #1 I have seen this before with Trigger Reverse and some older IOLincs. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Deane, How did you link ISY with SmartThings? Z-Wave Controllers usually have a Learn button. Does SmartThing have one? Also, if you are using SmartThings only for Echo integration, you can use ISY directly with Echo and have the same features as SmartThings + support for scenes and programs: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#ISY_Portal.2FAmazon_Echo With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi larrydreher, I am so very sorry to hear. Yes, support tickets are usually handled much quicker than responses to forum posts. With kind regards, Michel
