Hi coder96, You do not have the latest (beta) UI. Please try: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.3.10/dashboard.jnlp With kind regards, Michel -
Hi giesen, It should be proxyable now ... I think MWareman uses it. With kind regards, Michel

giesen, - SSL is not slow if you are on 4.3.x branch. We made 100% improvement in speed - HTTP digest authentication is meaningless when you use TLS whereby everything (including all the headers) are encrypted - Multi user on the horizon With kind regards, Michel

Hi dseigel, Is it error light only or is it memory and error light? I think this is networking issue: you probably have ISY configured ISY with a static IP address and another devices is using the same address (IP Conflict). With kind regards, Michel

Hello, This can be done in 5.0 (currently in alpha). With kind regards, Michel

Hello kingwr, We are already working on ISYPortal integration with Echo and will host a node.js service for it. If you'd like to help, we will probably have a quicker development time based on what you have already developed. Please PM me if you would like to help and we can also discuss spoken word. With kind regards, Michel

Hi zerop, I very much suspect a thermostat setting or thermostat program. What you might want to look at is Tools | Log and check the last column and see whether or not the reversion to the original values is from System. If so, it means that the thermostat itself caused the reversion. With kind regards, Michel

Hello JJP%^Houston, One more thing to consider is whether or not your program is inside a folder with condition. If that condition is false, then your program will NOT run regardless of whatever you do with it. With kind regards, Michel

Hi grant 33302, Failed Reset means that ISY was not able to communicate with the PLM. If you have a good backup, you might want to try the following: 1. Unplug the PLM, wait for 30 seconds 2. Press and hold the set button on the PLM while unplugged for 10 seconds … continue holding the set button on the PLM and then plug the PLM back in and while continuing to hold the set button on the PLM wait for another 10 seconds 3. Reboot ISY 4. Retry the File | Restore Modem If the above does not work, then try pushing up the pins inside the RJ45 on the PLM (perhaps they are not making good contact), plug the cable back in and reboot ISY. If neither of the above works OR the LED on the PLM is not lit, then, unfortunately you have a defective PLM. With kind regards, Michel

Multiple Login Requests when starting Admin Console
Michel Kohanim replied to sasines's topic in ISY994
Hi Alan, In addition to invaluable feedback from LeeG, it might be related to the firewall on your computer. Please consult this post: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Help#Userid.2FPassword_dialog_keeps_popping_up With kind regards, Michel -
Hi zerop, It seems that the program is working for the morning. Is it possible that your thermostat has schedules? With kind regards, Michel

Hi bdw72, It should be ON and stay ON when ISY hears the first heartbeat. If it's off and your ISY has been on for more than 24 hours, then this sensor is either not sending heartbeat or there's signal issue. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Todd C, Paul is very much correct. Please take a look at this article: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Help#Userid.2FPassword_dialog_keeps_popping_up With kind regards, Michel

Hello everyone, I must stress that there are a few steps that have to be followed for range extenders to work with door locks the most important of which are: 1. Include the range extender when close to ISY 2. Move the range extender to its destination location and do a Heal Network 3. Repeat 1 & 2 till such time that Heal Network works for ALL range extenders and door locks With kind regards, Michel
-
Hello everyone: This is absolutely incorrect. Please review this article: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Configuring_Range_Extenders_and_Door_Locks In short, range extenders must be included when close to ISY, then move to the destination and then a Heal Network. This has been proven to work 100s of times. With kind regards, Michel

Hi kingwr, Yes, we have. The main issue is that we have not been given any APIs/documentation on: 1. How to register a service with credentials (for ISY) 2. How to tie an Echo user to the service in #1 With kind regards, Michel
