Hi nlaredo, It does depend on the meter. Some of the meters require PG&E to enable the Join flag before ISY finds it. You might also want to use All channels instead of just SEP. Hi kaphely, thanks so very much for the feedback and I do agree and we did spend quite a lot of time trying to find the root cause. The major problem is that for some reason the Admin Console is NOT responding to ISY and then ISY assumes that the Admin Console is no longer there. The program tab hypothesis might be quite interesting since the UI might be too busy to respond to ISY. In all cases, I do agree that we should pay a closer attention to this issue and find a satisfactory resolution. With kind regards, Michel
