  1. Hello oratzes, Thanks so very much for taking the time and posting your resolution. Appreciate it very much. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello smokegrub, Generally, it's best to use the application instead of the applet: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.1/admin.jnlp This installs an icon on your desktop which you can use instead of the browser. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Michael, Got it ... you are correct. Can you do me a favor? Can you please: 1. Save your Error Log 2. Clear your Error Log 3. Go to Event Viewer, change the level to 3 4. Try your program 3 (or more) times 5. Get the Error Log, save it and send it to support@universal-devices.com With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Michael, Thank you. Can you please try the without the '.' ? i.e. 11.31.DC.1 to 11 31 DC 1 With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Michael, Thanks so very much. Just went through our code: 1. If the id is null or ISY cannot find the node with that id, you would get 500 2. The only time you would get 404 is if there's really no properties file for that node So, the main question again is whether or not the Admin Console actually returns the properties for that specific node. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Quasmo and marvel, If you are still having technical issues, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello DIYguy, That's all you need (i.e. port forwarding to ISY and having MobiLinc point to your remote IP address). Portal integration module basically removes the necessity for port forwarding: ISY makes an outbound connection to a Proxy/Portal Server and keeps it open. In this case, the Proxy/Portal server is MobiLinc Connect. I am not sure. I think it would be best to post this question in the MobiLinc forum. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi DualBandAid, Factory reset is 30 seconds. The best thing to do would be to look at the pattern of lights and make sure they do what it says in the instructions. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Michael, It looks correct (compared to mine). Unless the header is posting to a different URL, I do not think it's header related. This said, I would love to see the header. Perhaps the content length is not correct? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello 16sail, I am so very sorry: WB changed all their APIs which have left us completely paralyzed. If you wish, you can send your zip code to support@universal-devices.com and we'll find a list of stations next to you. In short, all you need is the Station ID which you can search for online. Again, I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello MWareman, Is it at all possible to have the output of your SOAP request saved into a file and then pasted here? It must be something simple that my eyes didn't catch. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Michael, http://isy/services will always fail on a browser because GET is not supported on this URL As far as getting node properties, can you please do me a favor? Can you please use the Admin Console and let me know if it returns your properties for that node? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi jlokanis, Apologies for not being clear. I didn't say that you can no longer access the Admin Console for 99. You can always use: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/ or http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp The main issue is whether or not you can create SSL certificates for 99 and, unfortunately, that's no longer possible. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi dano, I sent an email to our contact at Kwikset for documentation. Once we have it and have analyzed, I will let you know. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi raymondh, And that's the problem. Since the leak sensor cannot be queried, ISY does NOT know its status till the next hearbeat. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Guy, We had to disable the WeatherBug module till we figure out how to support their completely new APIs. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi CalifDan, You can find stations close to you. If you wish, you can send your zip code and I can send you a list of stations close to you (support@universal-devices.com). With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi raymondh, The problem is that those devices are no queryable. Are you running those programs after the status of the leak sensor has been established? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Teken, I just sent an email to our contact at Kwikset. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi barrygordon, It seems that there's a contradiction in what SH tech support is suggesting: if ISY can impact the master/slave mode, then we should already be able to support that feature. This said, ISY does not so how is it that removing the thermostat from ISY would fix it such that it does not revert to slave? Do you have more than one of these thermostats? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello wcmartino, Unfortunately didn't get it. Would you be kind enough to submit a ticket instead (links below). I am so very very sorry for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello badman85283, I am so so very sorry. Since 99 was discontinued, the application that allowed one to generate SSL certificates also expired. I am so so sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi wcmartino, I am so very sorry. Would you please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com (Help | About)? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello Teken, Do you have a link to their APIs? I think an NDA is required. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi barrygordon, Unfortunately I do not think the APIs provide this information. With kind regards, Michel
