  1. Hi smokegrub, Quite strange. As both Techman and larryllix suggested, when you close the Admin Console, the state is saved in a temporary file on your disk. The only thing that I can think of is perhaps the cache is getting cleared (i.e. Java cache settings are set to 0). With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi paulbates, I think it would be much more expeditious if you submitted a ticket (links below) and we'd be delighted to help you out. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Teken, Unfortunately this is a very hard problem to solve. My recommendations: 1. Make sure you are accessing your ISY locally (not through the remote IP address) 2. Create a new Folder with no conditions such as My New Programs 3. Disable My Programs Folder by having an On Never condition. This will stop all your programs in that folder 4. Right mouse clip | Copy each folder in the original My Programs and then move it to My New Programs 5. Observe for whatever duration that causes the slow down, if OK, then repeat step 4 for other folders Good luck. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi jmed999, Techman's issue but the rain issue will be solved by HAM by end of next week. With kind regards, Michel

  13. Hi MWareman, thank you and you are right on. Hi MustangChris04, this is only the case for initial connection. If your client (most do) supports session resume, then all other subsequent connections/commands should be almost as immediate as regular http. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Kevin, The issue is DNS related. Would you be kind enough to revert to DHCP and retry? With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Steven, Unfortunately you cannot install a new certificate on ISY99i since it's way too old. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel

  19. Hi Xahtros, Actually, it depends on how long the PLM is plugged in after ISY. ISY retries for 20 seconds to communicate with the PLM at bootup. With kind regards, Michel
