  1. Hello everyone, The rumors are true! The good news is that we have taken all failure points into consideration during design. The bad news is that we still need to use INSTEON provided chips which include their firmware and thus not field upgradeable. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi davbow, For these programs to work, ISY must "hear" INSTEON signals coming from devices unsolicited. So, the first test is to go to the Admin Console and see whether or not the status of those devices change if you turn them on/off physically. If not, then go to Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM Link Table, click on the Start button, wait for completion and then click on the Count button. I suspect that the count is either really low or probably zero. If zero, then try File | Restore Modem (PLM). In short, there needs to be links it the PLM for each device. I suspect the PLM has lost its links. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Neil, Unfortunately that's a sign that the PLM is dead and ISY is now in Safe Mode. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Robert, 1. What SMTP server are you using? 2. Does the Test button successfully send a text? 3. Can you try a regular email address instead and see whether or not you get the email (not text)? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Jeff, Click on the Find button and enter your city. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi jmed999, I am so very sorry the misquotation. Either one will work. One waits 72 hours to make sure the value remains negative and the other does it immediately. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi jmed999, Michael, aka MWareman: If Irrigation Requirement is Negative Then Set State_Negative_Irrigation_Requirment = 1 Else Set State_Negative_Irrigation_Requirment = 0 If State_Negative_Irrigation_Requirment = 1 Then Wait 72 Hours Reset Irrigation Variables With kind regards, Michel

  9. Hi raymondh, If your utility provides Smart Meters, then the best would be to use the Zigbee SEP module and enroll in the HAN program in your utility. Otherwise, the only other way would be to use Brultech energy monitors. If you need whole house only, then the Ethernet version would work fine but you will need to install CTs (Current Transformers) in the breaker. With kind regards, Michel

  13. Hi Mikes, I am so very sorry for not answering your post. Please note that we have a dedicated tech support staff who are ready/eager to help (links below). As far as port 465, it's used for SSL (which is an obsolete standard replaced by TLS). As such, please do not use 465/SSL and use 587/TLS instead. If that does not work, you will need to ask your ISP whether or not they support TLS and, if so, on which port. Again, please use the links below in case you require urgent attention. With kind regards, Michel
