  1. Hi Electron4951, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This is fixed in our next firmware release to be released tonight. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Frank, You can put the thermostat inside a scene as a responder and your remote control as a controller. Then, you can assign set points for the remote control button. Or, you can have programs that when you press a button, set point is incremented or decremented: If Control 'RemoteLinc A' is switched on Then Set 'Thermostat' decrement 1 With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello everyone, ISY requires both. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi mlennox, No, there's no time limitation. Are you certain this program is NOT being called explicitly? If so, if you go to program summary page, what's the state of this program (true or false)? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Teken, Thank you. The problem with Zigbee is that it's completely unlike INSTEON, Z-Wave, UPB and any other protocol out there. Basically, there's really no interoperability between profiles. For instance, the RCS Zigbee thermostat that we support cannot be supported in HA. Or, none of Zigbee profiles are interoperable with Smart Meter. And, better yet, if we go to HA route, the likelihood that you can use the same radio to also communicate with your GEM is extremely low (if not zero). With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi ro345, These are debug statements to show the time and are printed out every time a program is evaluated. I would not worry about them. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi pelle8, Please try making the else section into a different program with its own condition. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello DIYguy, I am so very sorry for all the troubles you had to go through. Would you be kind enough to contact our support team so that we can help you more expeditiously and efficiently? The problem is that the UI you are using is for 4.0.5. You should use: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Teken, Are you referring to Zigbee HA? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Generalf, I am so very sorry to hear. May I humbly suggest that you contact our support (links below) so that we can better assist you in resolving the problem? With kind regards, Michel
  11. PurdueGuy, You are 100% correct! The only thing is that I am not yet certain whether or not Revolv can make scenes. If not, and if revolv is the last entry in the link table, then I do not think there will be any issues until such time that devices are restored (or modified) by ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Brian H, thanks so very much for the links. riojp02, if you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). Statistically speaking, it's extremely rare that ISY would develop a serial port defect unless you had a 2412S and a power surge. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi OICU8IT2, LeeG is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support in case we can be of further assistance. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi johnnyt, Unfortunately not yet but certainly a feature in 5.0. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Rod, The problem is that the .jnlp file points to the file name by the name and if you rename it, it's going to cause all sorts of issues. It should be OK as long as you have multiple .jnlp files. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi ChrisMcA, I am so very sorry. The weatherbug service is return 503 (service unavailable). If you have a specific station ID, you can simply type it in Location ID field and click on Save. Again, I am so very sorry ... hopefully they'll be back up soon. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi haroldunger, Do you have MobiLinc Connect? If so, I suspect your ISP's IP address changed. Can you copy/paste the same URL on your browser and see if you can connect? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Bill, Can you please open event viewer, change the level to 3, and let me know whether or not you see any traffic? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Rod, Thank you and thanks for the email as well. I reproduced it and it's already fixed for the next release. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello m6bigdog, If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links/contacts below). With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Harold, I am so very sorry. Again, I would like to offer assistance via our tech support line. SteveL is the master of all things INSTEON and he would be able to figure out whatever problems there may be in rather quickly. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello AutomationNut, Please submit a ticket (links/contact info below) and we'd be delighted to log in to your system and see what's going on. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Thanks LeeG. Harold, I can tell you from experience that KPL versions 2A and 2D were wrought with bugs. I actually dubbed KPL v2D "the Christmas Tree" effect since it would randomly turn some of other devices to which it was connected on/off. 2A had the same behavior but a little less. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi dfetzer, From which Certificate Authority have you requested your certificate? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Xathros, Thanks so very much for all your help. Hi smokegrub, please do not hesitate to contact us (links/contact info below). With kind regards, Michel
