  1. Hi m6bigdog, I am so very sorry to hear. Would you be kind enough to send the screenshot of the Options dialog for the module after you have configured it manually? Please send to support@universal-devices.com. Thanks in advance and with kind regards, Michel

Hi ferdies, If the issue is only random devices, then we are not talking about the same problem. If ALL your devices turn on randomly, then yes, you can change the PLM (once available from SmartHome). With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Big Totoro, Yes, it's all one huge line with no line breaks. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Big Totoro, Let's start with the set_alarm.cgi: Protocol: http Host: 192.xxx.xxx.xxx Port: 676 Path = /set_alarm.cgi?user=xxxxxxxx&pwd=xxxxxxxxx&next_url=alarm.htm&motion_armed=1&motion_sensitivity=0&motion_compensation=1&sounddetect_armed=0&sounddetect_sensitivity=0&iolinkage=0&mail=1&upload_interval=5&schedule_enable=0&schedule_sun_0=0&schedule_sun_1=0&schedule_sun_2=0&schedule_mon_0=0&schedule_mon_1=0&schedule_mon_2=0&schedule_tue_0=0&schedule_tue_1=0&schedule_tue_2=0&schedule_wed_0=0&schedule_wed_1=0&schedule_wed_2=0&schedule_thu_0=0&schedule_thu_1=0&schedule_thu_2=0&schedule_fri_0=0&schedule_fri_1=0&schedule_fri_2=0&schedule_sat_0=0&schedule_sat_1=0&schedule_sat_2=0 Encode URL= checked Click on Add Header, choose Authorization, and then enter the userid/password for your camera. This should add the Authorization header. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Thanks so very much guys. This goes back to firewall rules in which you have to include isy as the URL instead of the IP address. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi evilpete, Thanks so very much for the update and very much looking forward to the complete package especially if it can run on Eagle! With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Craig, Excellent and thanks so very much for the update. Can you please keep me posted? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Big Totoro, Can you copy and paste the source for camera configuration page here? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi nlaredo, It does depend on the meter. Some of the meters require PG&E to enable the Join flag before ISY finds it. You might also want to use All channels instead of just SEP. If you are still having problems, one more test would be: 1. Go to http://your.isy.ip.address/rest/zb 2. Please do let me know whether or not you see SEP=true With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi tommet, Yes, correct. If low battery is on, then your device needs a new battery. Once you install a new battery, please right mouse click on the node and then choose Query from the menu to reset the battery low indicator. With kind regards, Michel

Hello everyone, SmartHome is working on a PLM firmware that will help alleviate some of these issues. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Tom, I am so very sorry. Please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com and we'll help you out. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi KMan, Thanks so very much. Can you please try: https://your.isy.ip.address/admin ... instead of https://isy With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi evilpete, Where would the script run? Also, with support for Z-Wave devices, the universe for energy monitoring is much more populated now. For instance, there are many devices that can either be used with a CT or as a smart plug. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi clarkes71, thank you. Can you please tell what URL you use the most to access ISY? Hi kaphely, thanks so very much for the feedback and I do agree and we did spend quite a lot of time trying to find the root cause. The major problem is that for some reason the Admin Console is NOT responding to ISY and then ISY assumes that the Admin Console is no longer there. The program tab hypothesis might be quite interesting since the UI might be too busy to respond to ISY. In all cases, I do agree that we should pay a closer attention to this issue and find a satisfactory resolution. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Mike, I am so very sorry to hear. Please note that if you wish, you can definitely request a refund for the irrigation module. I haven't seen any Z-Wave moisture sensors. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi clarkes71, Unfortunately you cannot really disable firewalls. Do you have any other firewall above and beyond regular Windows? The problem is this: The Admin Console subscribes to ISY. Once subscribed, ISY sends a heartbeat to make sure the Admin Console is still listening. If there are any programs (such as firewall) which block ISY to publish events, ISY expires the subscription and that's why you see the double login. Question: once you login the second time, does it continue having the same problem repeated over and over again? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Bxsteez, Yes but in 4.1.3 to be out in couple of weeks. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi gmarcincuk, A few quick suggestions: 1. Why do you have sunset/sunrise (next day) twice? 2. Do you have to have the button control the scene attributes or can it just be based on time of day? 3. I strongly recommend making two programs and separate the two conditions. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello all, The problem is 100% related to antivirus/firewall. Unfortunately, you cannot disable firewalls. You will have to put an exclusion rule inside the firewall for ISY: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... r_Your_ISY Alternatively, if you use https instead of http, most firewall will ignore the traffic. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi KMan, Is this the Admin Console? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi clarkes71, Please do not hesitate to submit a ticket and we'll help you. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello bfish, It very much looks like communication issue (no response from the device). If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket (links below) and we'd be delighted to help you out. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi snowtech, Can you give the URLs to control your iTunes from the web server? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi OP, Please do NOT use the default userid/password and make sure you always use https to communicate with your ISY remotely. Otherwise, all your traffic (including the userid/password) can be sniffed by hackers. With kind regards, Michel
