Hi Bruce, No, this will install an icon on your desktop that you can use subsequently. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Frank, You need to redo the PG&E registration again (but not the ISY). Once that's done, reboot ISY and ISY should automatically join. With kind regards, Michel
-
Hi smokegrub, Yes, but you will have to click on the Add button and then copy/paste the Remote URL to your ISY. With kind regards, Michel

Thermostat programming w/ Weather Module question
Michel Kohanim replied to JSP0511's topic in ISY994
Hi Jerry, Folders must be used to "constrain" programs to be evaluated. What you want to achieve should be done with programs themselves. So, why: ? With kind regards, Michel -
Hi Frank, got it. I do not think ISY is joined to the meter. Do you see the yellow ! next to status? With kind regards, Michel
-
Hi shannong, You are correct! With kind regards, Michel
-
Hi shannong, I am so very sorry ... just looked at the code and temperature can NOT be queried on Z models. The first command queries set points The second command queries modes The third command (if NOT ZTH) would have queried the temperature With kind regards, Michel

shannong, It's always best to send the output of the event viewer on Level 3. For one thing, most thermostats have an offset between heat/cool setpoint which must never be below 2 (some accept 1). As far as Fan Mode, it's been such a long time ... I will have to go back to the documentation. I remember the older TH models (not ZTH) didn't allow the fan mode to be set but that was a very long time ago. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Frank, Unfortunately I don't have your log. Can you please resend to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
-
Hi shannong, Please post the whole contents of the event viewer using Level 3. In short, it should. With kind regards, Michel
-
bsobel, Yes, precisely and that's why http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp will work without an issue. With kind regards, Michel

Hi smokegrub, If you are on Safari, it goes into your download folder (down arrow at the top right corner). Click on the admin.jnlp. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel

Hi kaphely, We are even more eager to get to 5.0. Originally, we were going to put all Z-Wave bug fixes and enhancements (such as routing/healing) into 5.0 but decided against it as it would make our 4.1.x official release not robust. So, it should be quickly after 4.1.x official release. With kind regards, Michel

problems upgrading to 994i - blinking MEM & ERR LEDs
Michel Kohanim replied to WayneW's topic in ISY994
Hi Wayne, thanks so very much for the update. With kind regards, Michel -
Hi smokegrub, Quick questions: 1. Do you still have the hub on the network? 2. Did you register your devices using the first option (remove existing links)? 3. What does false status mean? Is it after a query or spontaneous? If you are still having problems, it would be best to schedule a call/remote session with our technical support. With kind regards, Michel

Hi smokegrub, I am so very sorry. Two choices: 1. Upgrade to 4.1.2 (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=13338) OR 2. Use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel

Hi garybixler, Thanks so very much. This should be available in our 5.0 release as we add bidirectional communications to the network module. With kind regards, Michel

problems upgrading to 994i - blinking MEM & ERR LEDs
Michel Kohanim replied to WayneW's topic in ISY994
Hi WayneW, Is it possible that your 994 and 99 (or some other device on your network) have the same IP address (and thus an IP Conflict)? With kind regards, Michel -
Hi Gary, There should be .. the only problem has always been that the network module is NOT bi-directional and thus the value of the ping is lost. Are you looking for only a ping (one way) or did you want to do anything with the results? With kind regards, Michel

Hello everyone, I am so very sorry. You have two choices: 1. Upgrade to 4.1.2 (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=13338) OR 2. Use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp ß do this first With kind regards, Michel -
Thank you both for your input. madcodger, we are not "anti-cloud", if we were, there would not exist MobiLinc Connect and MobiLic Energy Management Portal (and a few other OEM solutions). What we are is cloud-independent. I am sure you understand the difference so I am not going to bore you more. apostolakisl, yes, precisely! With kind regards, Michel

Scene via keypad button vs HTML interface not the same
Michel Kohanim replied to GQuack's topic in ISY994
Hi GQuack, Fast On only makes sense if you have a dimmer but you do not wish to use any preset level. If you have a switch/relay, Fast on would not make any sense since everything is basically a fast on. With kind regards, Michel
