  1. Hi mountainman3520, Would you also try 8.8.4.4? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi DIYguy, If that other switch is a controller in a scene, then simply put the outletlinc in that scene as a responder and then remove it. If the other switch is not a controller in any scenes, then create scene, do the above and then remove the scene. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Gary, Yes. Please try this: Make sure you use POST and C-Escaped. Connection-Close should be keep-alive. ---> for the first one, simply let ISY create the package for you. The body would be { "email" : "myemail", "password" : "mypass" } ---> Then, in the body, add the following: POST /ethClient.asmx/Ping HTTP/1.1\r\n Host: urlname\r\n Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8\r\n Content-Language: json\r\n Connection: keep-alive\r\n User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0\r\n Content-Length: 28\r\n\r\n { "id" : "0" } { "id" : "0" } With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi danncas, What you need is: If Control 'Main Bath Motion.1-Sensor' is switched On And Control 'Main Bath Motion.1-Sensor' is not switched Off Then Set 'Main Bath Lights' On Wait 6 minutes Set 'Main Bath Lights' Off With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi snowtech, You do need a web server on your MAC to perform the shell functions while providing a URL for ISY to connect to and execute. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Gary, I do not think the first part is POST since you don't have a content-length = the length of the body. Also, if you want to do pipelining, what you need to do is to add ALL the headers for the second post inside the body of the first post. This should include content-length. Furthermore, you will have to use C-Escaped since, for the second post, the header must be separated from the body by \r\n\r\n. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi atmarosi, Thank you. The issue is related to the device not responding to the secure message. It seems that exclusion was successful and therefore I must assume that the issue is range related. Can you please try the same and this time bring the lock closer to ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi mlennox, Please send your UUID (Help | About) to support@universal-devices.com and it shall be removed. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi johnnyt, Yes, thankfully, LeeG provided more details; The problem is we are getting two responses for the same command one of which is not valid. Justin mentioned that he's going to send you another unit to try. Please keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi atmarosi, I am not sure what you are trying to achieve by Synching. That's not what we should do. Instead, please do the following (step by step): 1. Z-Wave | Exclude/remove a Z-Wave Device ... once you see the dialog, use the instructions from your device to exclude it from ISY 2. Remove the node from ISY (if it's not automatically removed) 3. Z-Wave | Include a Z-Wave device With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello mlennox, Have you looked at your router's logs? That's where I would look at next. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello Xathros, Teken, huddadudda, et. al: Thanks so very much for your kind words. Precisely the type of soothing words I would love to see at the end of a very long day. I must admit that my contributions are nothing compared to all the forum members who are always available and happy to help. I am quite proud to be a member of this community without which we wouldn't have been where we are now. Thank you all and with kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi atmarosi, Z-Wave | Remove/Exclude a Z-Wave Device menu item. Can you verify that your firmware is indeed 4.1.2 or above (Help | About)? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi johnnyt, Thank you. I will follow up with SmartenIt. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Frank, We are actually going through PG&E certification as we speak (it's been 3 weeks in their testing lab with 22 different meters)! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi johnnyt, I got an email from Justin at SmartenIt ... I told him that the issue is that we are receiving duplicate messages. Getting duplicate messages is OK because RF devices send 2 (or sometimes 3). This said, EZIO never used to do that. So, questions: 1. How old is your EZIO? 2. Do you know whether or not it's a dual band device? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello atmarosi, All issues we have dealt with thus far have either been firmware mismatch (you need 4.1.2) or range. Please make sure you have 4.1.2 installed and, exclude it first, and then include it while close to ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Jay, I do apologize for the phone tag. The best thing to do would be to submit a ticket and provide us with a few time slots most convenient for you. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi ngeren, Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi mlennox, Please reboot your router and retry. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi iglon, Reason 3 means that ISY could not communicate with the device Or that the device is not reporting its engine. Please change the Level to 3 so that we can see the traffic and then paste it here again. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi ngeren, This is very cool! Thanks so very much for sharing. The main question is whether or not this could become a standalone solution to purchase/use? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi rniles, Would you please open Tools | Diagnostics | Event Viewer, change the level to 3, retry including your door lock and then save send the contents of the Event Viewer to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi mlennox, Yes, you can but the main issue is whether or not your router will allow DNS queries from a device that it has not assigned IP addresses to. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello TheSidewinder, Thank you. But the same zip file can be imported to ISY without errors! With kind regards, Michel
