  1. Hello everyone, Thanks to LeeG's investigation, we now know that SmartHome decided to give refurbished units a different subcat. This has been fixed and included in 4.1.3. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello jjp076, IOLinc subcategory must be 0x00. In short, your device must report 07.00 and not 07.13. I would return the unit. With kind regards, Michel

  5. Hello all, Thanks so very much for the update. This is indeed an intermittent bug which was supposed to have been fixed in 4.0.5 but it seems that there are certain corner cases that the fix has not addressed. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience. This should be fixed right after 4.1.3. With kind regards, Michel

  9. Hello txNgineer, You can use State Variables and then use the REST interface to publish your values to ISY. Above and beyond that, unfortunately, there's really no other way to publish Weather information into ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi jimd60, I am so very sorry to hear. If you have a blinking error light, then please try re-seating the SD Card. If you have both error and mem blinking simultaneously, then the problem could be that there's an IP conflict. If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, then factory reset might fix it. This said, make sure you have a good backup before doing a factory reset. If all else fails, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). With kind regards, Michel

  18. Hi nlaredo, Thanks. You do indeed have an SEP module. If you wish, you can setup a call with PG&E tech support and let me know the time so that we can get to the bottom of this issue. Currently, there are two cases: ISY cannot find the meter (out of range) OR The meter is not advertising itself Have you tried selecting ALL channels? With kind regards, Michel
